Clay laughed. "Don't be like that, you're just like her." Clay replies looking over to his son. It was true they were similar in almost every way possible. It was at some times frightening but for the most part it made Clay happy that he had a piece of his wife left behind.

"I know I am." Rylan said as he laughed and smiled and Allie smiled too. Cory looked at his dad and then asked, "What happened when she had her first attack with you dad?" Allie looked at him and shook her head but smiled softly.

[Lexus]

Clay let out a sigh and slowly nodded his head. "It wasn't a fun experience at at all." That's was the moment for him when he realized he loved her he wasn't going to tell them that though, all that matters is that he told her.

"Was it scary? What happened?" Allie asked again and Cory sighed. "You don't have to dad." He added. He didn't know if his dad was bothered by talking about it so he didn't want to force his dad.


(Oh okay. I'll go reply now.)

 

[Lexus]

"Of course it was scary I didn't know what was going on, well she told me about it before but I had never seen it before so I didn't know what to do." Clay admits before he heaved a sigh. In the moments she went unconscious he thought he lost her, forever.

"How old were y'all?" Allie asked as she looked at their dad and Rylan rested his head in his dad's shoulder. "Did you love mom then?" He asked as he looked at the pictures. His mom always looked so happy and full of life with their dad.

 

[Lexus]

"Yeah, I did." He admits with a content sigh and smiled at Rylan. "We were still young," he then turned to the picture of the two of them in the hospital, him hugging her while she laid in the bed, the flowers and bear in between her legs. She scared the life out of him that day.

It was like any other day. Ashley was in middle school and it was a few days after her 13th birthday where she did have a little scare but Clays mom helped her. She was at the fields getting ready for the game. She yawned and smiled when she saw Clay coming and she ran off the fields and straight to him. "Waters!" She said and laughed as all her friends looked at her.

 

[Lexus]

Clay smiled brightly and took her into his arms into a right hug. He laughed when she tensed up. "Hi Ash, are you feeling better?"

"Yeah. I'm all ready for the game." She told him and smiled with a laugh. "Clay I gotta go. We need to run our laps." She told him and laughed again. She loved him being here at games.

 

[Lexus]

Clay nodded and hugged her once more before she ran off. He then walked over to the bleachers and took a seat closest to the front and began to jingle his keys.

It was going great until after Ashley ran her home run. Everyone came to congratulate her and Her breathing was heavy. Everyone moved away a bit and when Ashley was sure Clay could see her, she held up three fingers. Everyone looked at her worried and the coaches ran over to help calm her down.
