Fandom Mapletree Village -- A Harvest Moon RP

~Elena Goodwin~

Elena served someone's food to them, being polite as she told them that she hoped they enjoyed the meal. Then again, who wouldn't? They had a really skilled cook, despite the fact this was a small town. She gave a smile, probably a little too fake for her liking as she walked back to the counter before hearing the small bell ring, signaling yet another customer. She turned around, about to welcome them until she noticed it had been Atticus. She gave a light blush before turning away, trying to drown out her overwhelming thoughts. 'He just gave you a book. It was nothing special.' She had to keep reminding herself, but she found herself rethinking her time at the library that morning. Ah... she could still remember the embarrassment she felt. She was too lost in thought that she had bumped into the side of a table, causing someone's drink to spill over. Thankfully, nobody but herself got a little wet.

"Oh! I'm so sorry, I didn't mean-" she found herself cut off from the man getting a bit angry at her, but she managed to make him quiet down after giving a proper apology and promising to take care of it right away. She sighed as she walked towards the back, grabbing a towel to clean up the mess she made. 'How embarrassing...' that's the only thing she could think of. She supposed she was a bit clumsier than usual today, but maybe it was because of her lack of sleep. That had to explain it. Right? She returned back to the front, picking up the ice cubes as she put them back into the cup for the time being. She used the towel to clean up the spill, letting it soak up the liquid until nothing remained. She wiped her forehead before getting up again as she trailed back into the kitchen, getting him another drink. She came back, giving the man his drink as she gave another sincere apology. Ah... apologies. That's all she found herself saying lately. She wasn't the type to step up and fight back. She was just a quiet girl who accepted life's bitterness without a second thought. Maybe she picked up the habit from back home... home.

She instantly pushed away the thought as she checked to see if anyone else needed anything before trailing to the back to clean herself up. She was still wet from the spill after all... not by a lot though, thankfully. She cleaned herself up briskly, keeping quiet as her never ending thoughts lingered in the back of her mind. Even when she was so far away from home.. it always seemed to come back to plague her. A good night's rest was what she probably needed though, despite the fact she really wanted to read the book of fairy tales. She would just have to read it some other day. She sighed wearily, making her way back to the front as she quietly waited until she could assist someone else. However, she found her gaze kept returning back to Richard and Atticus. Why... why was he there? Did he need something? She wasn't for sure, but she was too shy to ask. She merely stood there, waiting quietly.

Camilla/in front of clinic

Camilla blushed at the pet name the other so easily gave her and immediately began going through reasons as to why Riley would call her that. In the end she settled on a reason that was completely platonic and nodded, still not satisfied but refused to think of what else it could be. She heard Riley call out and looked up at Esther, it was then she realized she hadn't heard anything from the boys yet. Typically they wasted no time on playing pranks on her whenever she scolded them and Camilla felt it was to quite.

Tex

Tex didn't want to believe Cathal, 'Miss Camilla should't care about us just because were her students. She's not related to us' the silent brunette thought to himself as he listened to their friend Cathal the mailman's words. He didn't understand it one bit, he thought in his mind as he grabbed their first aid kit from the corner of the fort once more, handing it gently to Cathal, incase he had messed up on fixing up Rex's burn.

Bryan's Ranch

Bryan smiled at the compliment. "You're welcome, it was the right thing to do after all." Bryan replied as he closed up his first aid kit and managed to fit it in his backpack. "Well since you're in good hands and I've done all I can, I'm going to head out. If you need anything I'll be back at my farm soon." Bryan said and waved good bye to the ladies.

The rancher decided he was probably save to roam the streets and socialize a bit. The Harvest Goddess thrived when all of the villagers got along. So he wanted to push himself to interact more and he normally didn't go to the flower shop. He saw that the shop was closed.

Today was just not a good day for him. He decided he would try to visit her later in the day. For now the rancher headed back to his shop in case any more customers decided to come.

Atlas Simons
Street in front of Blacksmith shop

Atlas heard Crow's voice from outside his house, and he clomped down the stairs. He strode through his shop, opening the door and walking out into the street were Crow was with a wheelbarrow full of ore. "Hey, this looks pretty good, Crow," he said, slapping Crow on the shoulder. He picked up one of the pieces of iron, inspecting it a bit more closely. The iron in the mine seemed to be coming back more pure lately, which was good for sales. "What else did you get?" Atlas asked, peeking deeper into the wheel barrow. Crow was a good miner, and while Atlas knew how to mine, he didn't enjoy it. He much preferred putting hammer to metal and constructing something that people would use. But of course, to each their own.

hehe right kid i got lot's of Iron and the deeper i go into the mine the better it get's i even found Lapiz azul and even some Ruby's and i belive i have found deep down in the mine's and guess what i found a ruin that is connected to a hot spring but " he got serious " no one can go in to take a shower that is going to piss of the goddess i belive after all i think it belonged to her. " Crow took out his Flasked and smiled while he drank some of his whiskey and then passed it to Atlas and said to him " lets celebrate tonight kid oh make this fine jewels into a ring for your crush " he said smiling at him

  • Esther Morgan

Esther was the happiest she had been in a long time, the biggest smile she had was as bright as the sun. She nearly forgot her job as the nurse. It wasn’t until she saw Riley waving at her in front of her clinic, she looked around also noticing Camilla and Bryan were also there. Esther sped up and made her way towards the small group, hoping nobody was too seriously injured. “What’s going on? Are you okay Camilla?” Esther went straight into nurse’s mode, as she began to examine the poor girl and looked at Bryan. “Thank you, I’m sorry I wasn’t here…. I was grabbing lunch at the pub—“ she tried to hide her grin, but it was hard at that moment.

  • Rex
Rex nodded his head quickly, his brother was right and all they wanted was to go home back with their mother. “We won’t be nice to her because we want to…. But, you have only tried to be our friend, so we well be a little bit nicer for you….” He said turning his head as he showed his arm to Cathal and cringed a little.

  • Steve Adams

Steve was concentrating very hard on the area, but it was clear when he saw the fire crackers that the chances were it was Richard’s nephews. He looked at Bella, smiling sweetly at her and gently placed his hand on her cheek. “I appreciate that very much, Bella…. But I’m pretty sure I know who did this….” He let out a sigh and then rub the bridge of his nose, he couldn’t very well kick children out, if he did that then he would certainly get a butt kicking from Eloise. “It looks like we will have to let Richard know, but I can’t go back there right now….” He shivered when he thought about how Eloise beat him with a kitchen utensil.

Belladonna/ next to Steve

Bella's heart stopped beating when Steve not only complimented her but gave her physical affection. So surprised was she that she nearly missed what he said, after he finished she nodded. It was clear who did this and Richard needed to know, noticing the mayors trepidation she wrote him a note. "I will not let them harm you." With a shaking hand she gave it to him, she would never sit back and watch the only one who shows her kindness get ridiculed.

Marielle
>Street/Pub
Marielle let out a sigh. She hadn't had any luck in tracking her niece down. She frowned a little as she thought of places Isabelle could have gone or people who could have seen her. "Hm...Maybe someone down at the pub has seen her? Someone's bound to know something at least. And perhaps I can find out what all that fuss was about." With a small smile, she began walking in the pub's direction.

Opening the door to the pub, she quickly stepped inside. "Hello everyone!" She called out. Carefully shifting the bouquets in her hands to one arm, she waved politely. "I was wondering if anyone had seen Isabelle today. I haven't been able to find her yet. I though maybe someone here might know something."

~Elena Goodwin~

She snapped out of her thoughts, paying no heed to Richard and Atticus. Elena took notice of Marielle- ah, where did she work again? She tried to recall, but she barely knew her. She didn't talk to the other residents of the village very often, and when she did, it was because it was required of her. She sighed, knowing Richard was a bit too busy at the moment, so she stepped forward, drawing closer to Marielle. "Hello, Marielle. I'm afraid I haven't seen Isabelle today... I would offer to help you look for her, but..." she paused, looking back at Richard before averting her gaze back to the woman before her, "I have work here. Maybe you should ask Richard and Atticus." She gestured to them before giving a small nod. "I hope you find her, Marielle. I'm sure she's fine." She reassured her, trying her best to keep her cool.

Cathal shook his head, but didn't try and argue with Rex. "Let's see what we've got here." He wasn't a doctor by any shot, but he'd seen enough burns to know how to do some basic first aid. And it didn't look as bad as he'd been afraid of. "You should probably have a real doctor look at this, but I expect you'll live," Cathal told him, rebandaging it. "Now, are you loves planning on hiding in the woods forever, or are you ready to go home?"

Street in front of Blacksmith shop

Atlas listened diligently to what Crow had to say. "A spring, you say?" he asked, lifting an eyebrow and taking the whiskey from Crow. He took a swig, against his better judgement, and cringed at the strength of it. "What is that? Motor oil?" he said, coughing a bit. He handed it back to Crow, trying to collect himself.

He stood up straight after a moment, taking a look at the lapiz and ruby that Crow had found. He played with the stones in his hands for a moment, staring at them. He set the Ruby back into the wheelbarrow. "Thanks, Crow. This will work great," he said, holding the lapiz up so that he could see it better in the sun. The color would look beautifully with shade of Willow's eyes, he thought. "Alright, let's get this stuff in and we can head down to the pub in a bit. I don't think much is going on yet, but people will be heading there before long," he said, popping the stone into his pocket and picking up the handles of the wheelbarrow. He wheeled it into the shop, setting it in the corner near the furnace. "Can you help me separate this?" he asked crow.

Crow simply smiled " it's just good old fashion Maker Mark and yea ill help you sort the iron and mineral's out but remember i get to keep at least one finished product okay Atlas and ill defenetly drink everyone under the table today " said crow while he took one more gulp of whiskey and started to help Atlas sorting all the iron and mineral's and jewels he collected for this week. " ohh a old pal from my childhood day's is coming to town after well i kinda told them that we needed a specilist when it come's to some disease's " looking at Atlas seriously and simply said " he will be happy to help both your parent's he is a good doctor.

She suddenly she shook her head making the blush disappear. "Here you go." She said handing Marcus the mouse traps. "How much?"
"Just take them. A rat free inn is worth more to me than all the gold in the world." Marcus answered, shortly before he burst into laughter. He liked giving away things for free when he was able to. After all, a satisfied customer was guaranteed to return and there was no better way to satisfy people than to give them free stuff. Naturally, he wasn't able to let people take whatever they wanted for free, but it wasn't like a few mouse traps would force him into bankruptcy.

"Oh wow! Thanks! That's sweet of you." She smiling at him. She then made her way to the door. "Make sure drop by tonight!" She said as she existed. She was about to head back to the pub but she stopped and looked over to the Tailors. "...I need to pick up my outfit for tonight..." She turned around and headed for the Tailors. As she was approaching the shop she heard some yelling going on. Sounded like Brooke. She opened up the door a crack to see a angry Brooke and a satisfied William. She the closed it and breathed in. "Ok not going to be nervous." She opened the door again this time going in. "Hi hope I'm not interrupting." She held the bag with the mouse traps in behind her back as she watched the to. So far so good.

Willam/ tailor shop

William's smile only grew when Willow came in, he had finished her outfit and was eager to see it on her. One reason was to get a good look at his handi work, the other was becuase he loved seeing Willow in beautiful clothes. "Don't worry, you aren't interrupting anything important. I got you outfit done this morning actually, those detailed borders can be evil on fingers." He got out her outfit and handed it to her with a crooked smile, "if you want you can change in back. Make sure it fits right before tonight, if not I'll do some quick altercations." He hadn't missed how the other always acted differently around him compared to the rest of the town.

"Thanks..." She said with a slight blush on her cheeks and cursing in her head for acting shy. She took the outfit and took a look at it and smiled. "Oh!" Her shyness suddenly faded. "That's exactly what I wanted!" She looked at it some more. "I'll go try it on." She headed to the back to the back to but it on. Once she had it on she looked in the mirror that was in the room. "I knew it was a good idea to bring it here. If I had let mama do it she would of try to change the entire outfit. She try doing some of the moves in it from the dance. "mmm it's a little loose on the hips..." She walked to the door and peaked her head out. "Hey William? The skirt needs to be tighten around the hip." She looked back at the mirror making sure the top fitted nice.

Tex

His brother was going to be ok! Hurray! Tex thought to himself nodding to his fellow troublesome twin with joy! He felt so relieved about it! Though definitely still didn't feel like facing their uncle after he flipped out about a mere rat problem! Just who knows how angry the oldman would be if he found out about them setting the fire! Also those rats were a perfect prank! their uncle just had to flip out over! Tex spent all weekend collecting those wild animals

:bishiesparklesl:Brooke Saber:bishiesparklesr:

Brook scoffed loudly at such words that the tailor had spoke as she stomped her heels loudly, storming out of the tailor shop growling loudly as she mumbled various words throwing open the front door stomping out like some child throwing a tantrum . Unbelievable like oh my god! Some dish towel tailor mouthing her off! Thats what she did to them! Oh dish rag was going down! Like oh my god how dare he say that about her beautiful face she's way more beautiful then any of these people in this dirt town! Like oh my god! She thought as stormed back up the road very angrily stomping past the school teachers house on her way back to her cafe.

William/ tailor shop

William couldn't help but smile at willows enthusiasm and waited for her to change. At hearing her call and giving a knock before entering, he took her in. William had been right about the color scheme and coudnt stop but think about how good she looked in it. Snapping out of it he looked closer and saw that the waist could be a bit tighter, getting out his pins he showed them to Willow. "I can fix that in a quick second."

She turned around when he heard his voice. "Huh? Oh good." Suddenly realizing they were alone she started to get nervous. "So should I change out of it or would rather just fix it while it's on me?" She turned around suddenly looking at the mirror messing around with the top. "So are you coming tonight?" She asked not waiting for answer to the first question.

Time
Nighttime slowly comes over the small village, as less and less people are caught in the streets. The lamp lights are lit, as a different kind of feel comes into play with the locals. The children are sent home, while the adults tend to gather at the pub for some wholesome fun. For those who don’t like drinking, they can make their way to the park and enjoying the evening there.
Weather
The weather in Mapletree, is lightly breezy with a few clouds in the sky. Still a rather perfect night if somebody would like to go stargazing. It’s a little cool outside, so if people are going to be out for a long they are recommended to wear a jacket.

Atlas began to separate the ores, listening to Crow. "Well... thank you," he said, meeting Crow's seriously gaze with an equally serious look. They finished separating the ore, it taking a little bit longer than Atlas had expected it to. He stood up straight, wiping off his forehead with his arm. "Whew. Alright, Crow, I think we've earned ourselves a break down at the pub... it should be about time for this fun stuff to start. Let me run upstairs and get changed real quick," Atlas said, running up the stairs as he spoke. He hurried into his room, changing and grabbing an extra shirt. He said goodbye to his mother, kissing her on the cheek, and hustled out the door.

"Here, Crow," he said, tossing him the extra shirt he had brought. "Ready to go?" he asked, cuffing his sleeves around his elbow.
