No, I think it makes perfect sense (even if I don't know very much about neuroscience myself)! The sorts of skills that are so ingrained into his psyche that they've surpassed long-term memory and simply become motor functions-- if I'm assuming things correctly and those exist on a different plane to one another in the mind-- would obviously stay, otherwise Urie wouldn't be able to do very much on his own, but conscious recall of memories not vital to his survival aren't possible, then? I'm quite sure half the world doesn't follow logic, though. Take me and my rambling on neuroscience when I can safely say I've never learnt a jot about it in a formal classroom, for instance ||D
I have absolutely no idea how Pallas would react to him, but we'll see when the time comes~
