It's really hard to create "failures" for a character in contrast to all their skills and commendable traits. The urge to just write somebody who is flawless is so strong that it's difficult to even conceive of potential faults. Every time I think of something to hinder August, I automatically justify why it's not actually a failure or why it is "too far."

God needs to make writing easier.

They can be introduced later fairly easily. No hard feelings, but I was the first to post a reply while being the last to join unexpectedly. The group has been waiting long enough, I think. They could also do what I did and post a skeleton sheet and flesh it out later.

Let me know if I'm writing too much or too little. Trying to learn how to write a whole lot without talking in circles, while also leaving it open-ended for someone else to bounce off of, while also giving a clear path forward with subtle suggestions, and illuminating the character's thoughts... It's a lot to keep track of, honestly. (ー_ーゞ

Is Terrect going to follow us around as a voice in our heads? Like Navi? Or is Terrect going to travel around with us? Is he going to be doing more terraforming while you narrate? I think he should make Skull Island and a big monkey and big dinosaurs.

if anyone has issues with the gold text let me know and i will make it into a light blue.

My only issue with it is that the text fluctuates between high and low contrast, so legibility is periodically reduced as the contrast disappears.

I'm looking at the BBCode Guide now to see if there's any way to add like a dual-tone effect to the letters, so it's gold on a dark blue or purple border, or just plain black. Making all the text bold would also probably help. I can feel my eyes straining to read as the colors go back and forth, dark and light. The cones in my eyes are fighting to adjust and readjust over and over.

I'm using Lexend Deca font because it is supposedly designed specifically as an "accessibility" font for people with dyslexia, poor eyesight, things like that, and a dim red color because it's easy on (my) eyes. Changing your font could probably help a lot as well.

* As far as I can tell, there is no native support for shadows, outlines, or mild highlight. BBCode is very "hit rock with other rock make sharp rock" but maybe one of the div wizards like uxie or Natasha already figured it out with some BS div box magic.

I’m very new to bbcode and don’t even know how to do fonts that are not on site. Also I just tried to make everything bold and it broke everything for some reason. Just spent most of the last 15 minutes fixing it
It duplicated all the image backgrounds
