You are close, very, very close. I was going for "Exotic Dancer" Same thing, but he can be a bit more selective with who he spends nights with xDArvis90 said:He's gonna be a roaming escort aint he?
Yeah... Not sure how she'd explain being in a "Ladies Club" while on the clock xDHeartsAbyss said:Hmm, getting all the girls to flock to the guys already, are we~?
This'll be interesting to read once the IC's up and running.
Though, given my own experiences with fangirls, I'll probably make Pallas hold off a bit.
After all, it'd be unprofessional if she left her duties for a look at some hot mages
They can look, and they can touch, but if they touch, they faint from pure bliss at touching perfection!HeartsAbyss said:@One Mean Ghost
That, and she'd rather gut herself than abandon her duties for a bit of eye candy.
No matter how appealing said eye candy was-- //shot
(though, honestly, I'm still sussing our her sexual orientation so she might not even appreciate a guy's semi-naked body if things come down to it; we'll see, anyway)
Mm, something like that. For the sake of rp fantasy, its not quite normal short-term memory. He can recall things if they're consistently happening (he sees the same person every day, though they may have to remind him of things), however, his mind pretty much "resets" every time he goes to sleep or goes too long without re-interaction. So, whatever would be stored into long term memory is dissolved after a day or two. It isn't that he never had long-term memory, but as of right now, its just gone. So somehow that effects his short-term to adapt in some way to compensate. So, y'know. He's not a mushroom or something.HeartsAbyss said:@CRiTiCAL ERROR

I think it reads quite nicely, so at least your bio has that going for itself.
Though, correct me if I'm wrong (seeing as I'm only learning about the human mind in relation to education, and not to any particular branch of neuroscience)-- doesn't short-term memory only last for a few minutes? Unless Urie's case of retrograde and anteretrograde amnesia allows him to recall a few of the more recent memories he's made but, ultimately, fade away into oblivion when they dislodge themselves from his faulty long-term memory bank.
Dante: *kicks the first straight up to the ceiling so that his head sticks, leaving him dangling like a chandelier* I would not recommend that if I were you. *raises foot menacingly*HeartsAbyss said:@One Mean Ghost
Oh good lord, the bara is too much for my poor eyes to take //squints and shields eyes
Meanwhile, the presiding judge attempts to stem their nosebleed pounds the gavel repeatedly, but to no avail.
Then the pandemonium escalates when a few able-bodied men begin clamouring to eliminate Dante because his perfection makes them feel inadequate :')
Actually, it is quite obviously self defense, with an entire courtroom of witnesses (a vast majority of whom have been successfully hypnotized by those abs). Let's face it, he's getting off scott-free xDHeartsAbyss said:@CRiTiCAL ERR0R
Ahh, so Urie's memory functions as though nothing he consciously deems important will be removed, while things consciously deemed important (like recurring figures in his life, the general abilities he needs to survive like using money and ordering food) will stick in his mind. Yeah, that makes sense (owo)b It'll be really interesting to see what he deems as useful and what isn't when the IC gets rolling, at any rate~
@One Mean Ghost
At this rate, Dante might get acquitted of one charge, only to be sentenced to another.
Oh well, at least aggravated assault is a little less severe than whatever crime you'd get charged under for being a mage... right? :')
Yes! It still functions, just not quite normally. Most of his motor skills and comprehension is there and in tact (minus speaking because of a different issue). Reoccurring figures only stay if they're just that--reoccurring. But basic skills (counting, distinguishing one thing from another, colors, etc) has stayed with him, almost like muscle memory. Its wonky, I know. eAe;; Doesn't quite follow logic, but I'm thinking it'll still work alright considering the fantasy aspect of the rp.HeartsAbyss said:@CRiTiCAL ERR0R
