There's nothing to say, what more do you all want from me?! Ariao thought, about ready to voice the words when Ms. Magia walked in. Once the teacher was set, she looked back down, clenching her jaw. What could she ever do to show it, though? And on top of that...did she really believe she was alright? No, but that wouldn't stop her from trying to convince herself of such. Forcing the thoughts to the back of her mind for now, she started to take notes. That is...until she saw another piece of paper on her desk. Frowning, she looked up at the teacher to make sure she wouldn't be seen reading it, then opened it. Not two seconds later, she tore the page in half, causing a loud ripping sound to fill the room.

Saith, a young human girl who sat infront of Ariao during Chemistry turned and raised an eyebrow after setting down her pen. She wondered if everything was alright. Silently picking up her pen again she took out a blank sheet of paper before writing something down quickly. She looked to see if Ms. Magia wasn't looking before folding the page and sending it over to Ariao. The note read: Everything alright? You look Infuriated. A look of worry crossed her face as well.

But alas, the young man turned away from the woman when she looked away from him and continued on with his business. He had other things to get and a few other things he wanted to do on his day off. He also had to go pick up his brother from work later on, so he was on a time crunch. He took the pork loin from the booth manager, nodded to him in thanks, then moved onto the fruit booth he was at first, now that the woman was through there. He didn't spend too much time there, merely picking out a few good fruits before he moved on, following the path the woman had gone consequently. Now he just had to buy more bread.

The woman found herself looking over the quality of the bread. She stared over the fresh baguettes that caught her attention. Of course she was buying for herself since she had no immediate family as of now. Her hair fell from its hold as she picked up two baguettes, she looked to the vendor, "This should suffice for now." She the pulled out a few coins from her bag as she counted out the exact change needed.

Ariao blinked as a new note landed on her desk. Half dreading so much as looking at it, she gave in and looked it over. Seeing it was from Saith, she let out a sigh through her nose. It's been a long day already. She finally settled on before passing the note back. Though she wouldn't consider Saith as close a friend as she did with Avery, Penelope, or Spencer, they had become decent friends last year.

If you ever need any advice on how to deal with certain situations, or even need someone to talk to, you know where to find me. Saith had written before sending the note back her way. But before doing so, she had doodled a small emoji on the side of her note, hopefully to lighten the mood. She hated seeing a friend in distress, even if it meant using little doodles to put a smile on their face.

The soft clacking of shoes on the tile floor echoed through the empty halls. Brandy was considerably late, but it didn't seem to bother her. Instead she waltzed casually towards her class room with a somewhat smug smile on her face. Carefully pulling open the door, she entered what she assumed was Ms. Magia's second hour, Chemistry class. A number of students glanced up at the sudden sound, watching as the stranger entered the room and set up at one of the few empty desks. Beside her were a number of dull looking students, all with the same half-dead expression on their faces, but there was one who differed. Instead this student looked aggravated. He wore a dark hoodie and a look of, what Brandy could only describe as, a mixture of worry, anger, and general annoyance. Someone's having a bad day, Brandy thought in a sincerely sarcastic tone.

After Ariao stopped talking to Spencer, he reverted to staring at the floor blankly... Until Brandy came into the room. Spencer had several classes before with Brandy and she was always late to each class, which he wish he could do. He envied Brandy for that, and how she could outwardly express her carefree attitude. He had too much at stake to be as carefree as he would like to be, especially since Ariao had his heart. Though he had a feeling and deep down knew Ariao would never be his, he still could not let her go. He acknowledged Brandy by simply glancing her way as she settled next to him, then reverted to staring back at the floor.

Not sure what else to do here Jess. Any ideas?))

Ariao frowned at the note that landed back on her desk. She knew Saith was just trying to help her cheer up, but with things the way they were, she didn't really see that happening any time soon. Crumpling the note in her hand, she settled for shoving it into a side pocket on the outside of her bag to put elsewhere later. She heard Brandy come in just as she straightened up and cast her a quick glance before settling back into her seat to continue taking notes.

(I'll let you be the one to decide when the class ends, Wolf. Since Magia is your character.)

(going off of my phone so sorry if the reply is short and has a few mistakes)

Brandy watched as the guy beside her- Spencer was it?- glanced up at her. She offered a small smile before looking towards the board. With a quick motion, she pulled her ponytail around her neck like a noose, stuck her tongue out, and rolled her eyes back. She then looked to the moody male, hoping it would earn some sort of reaction, whether it would be a grin or a sigh of disapproval. She would take even a little eye roll.
After, she released her make-shift noose and pulled out a notebook, figuring taking some sort of notes would be beneficial. Every so often she would look up, examining the peers around her. The dead fish look was a common one among most of them, and to be honest it was kinda of bumming her out.

Oh yeah, sorry Ember I keep forgetting to respond for her))

"Alright, wonderful Lovelies, again I apologize for the late start to the day. My morning has been quite hectic, though I hope all of you have had a better one?" Ms. Magia began speaking finally after having got settled and set up. Her introductory powerpoint was loading up.
Spencer scoffed and rolled his eyes with crossed arms at Magia's question. "Sure, if you call dealing with life's bullshit better..." he muttered under his breath, still clearly agitated and angry about the encounter with Jonas, and the jealousy stirring up within him towards Leo. He sank deeper into his seat, slumping back now.

After Spencer's rather sarcastic comment, Brandy's motions caught his attention and he looked to her. At her message, he widened his eyes. "Right?" he whispered, then rolled his eyes and shook his head again. "School is just a waste of time... Nothing like prison for the teen generation..." he muttered again under his breath, huffing another sigh.
Magia was drawn to Spencer's voice and looked to him. Her eyes glinted and she lifted her chin. "Spencer Mercer, I have heard much about you from... Other staff members. They all are quite intrigued and even flabbergasted at your behavior, since they all had you and knew you had potential as a student - if you applied yourself. Why don't you stand up and come up here, introduce yourself to the class, and tell us how you feel about Chemistry, specifically?" She almost smirked and crossed her arms, clearly already intrigued by his presence in her class.
Spencer widened his eyes, slowly glancing around the room at all of the students looking at him. After a brief and tense moment of silence, he cleared his throat dramatically and sank down further in his seat. "Uh, no thanks, Teach. I'd rather not. Don't really think my legs are working right today," he responded, invoking laughter from the class.

Even Ariao couldn't help the quick choked laugh at Spencer's excuse. Of course he would get singled out, acting like he didn't care in class was a sure-fire way to get a teacher's attention. "Even I can't wait to get out of high school." She murmured, a faint smirk on her face as she thought of her plans to go to Wyland's Stone University of Law. Hopefully there, she'd finally be free of Jonas and his little group and be able to start on the path of being a defense attorney.

With an eyebrow raised, she looked between the teacher and Spencer. "A reputation?" Clearly he was a rebellious student, but he didn't seem to be the same kind of rebel as herself. Instead he didn't seem to he enjoying himself. Wasn't that point of being rebellious? To have fun in less than happy times? She shrugged internally and laughed lightly at Spencer's retort.
