Snivy walks in, and hears a commotion from the pool area. Being the sort of Pokemon to watch fights, he heads towards there, "Ah, a battle. May I watch?" Being an exchanging student, he wanted to prove his worth, adding, "I want to battle the winner."

"Eh, just call me Snivy, I never really liked my personal name. I'm exchanging from a different school across regions, that's why you haven't seen me before, this is my first day." Snivy adds, "also, you should try and keep focused on your battle, maybe? NEVER look away from your opponent."

Jade happened to be walking down the corridor at that exact moment carrying two books with her so that she could read and see about being up to par for the double battle when she saw jessica and some girl with her.
