Soul the son of higher up team nova members they have been training him sense he could walk to manipulate people wills to his desires just though talking to them. He's a master of deception he has been wandering the world doing missions for team nova. He is brutal cruel and unmercyfull like the nova have taught him to be.

Metang is the Iron claw Pokémon, a Psychic/Steel type weighing in at 446lbs. A Metang achieves locomotion through the manipulation of magnetic fields, allowing it to seemingly float in midair. As a Psychic/Steel hybrid, Metangs are generally versatile in combat and utility, utilizing Psychic abilities, Magnetism and its own heavyweight durability to thrive in its environments. Metangs tend to populate rough terrains such as mountain valleys. GDU22307 (Globally-Designated-Unit 22,307th.) is no exception to the average abilities of this species.

Backstory: Growing up cloak always knew he was different, he had always hated humans though being one himself, he saw them as nothing better than creatures dependent on love and caring that claim to dominate all other species. While he was young his hatred for humans became a hatred for himself and he began self harming (the bandages he wears covers the scars) at around the age of 11 he became the target of bullying and was chased into the forest outside his home, as he stood there terrified a zorua suddenly appeared from the tall grass and disguised itself as a huge tyranitar. The bullies ran leaving only cloak and the wild zorua, ever since the pokemon has become cloak's protector and cloak, for the first time in his life was happy, until the Team Nova grunts appeared that is...
