Just do 10d12, assuming they all are maximum numbers then do the standard +10 hp for every modifier number.

Random I suppose lol What I believe what be an appropriate number for what type of damage they deal/class they are made out to be.

You can have a method to it but that's how I do it. Obviously, I try not to overdo it unless they're an elite or boss enemy.
