That would be an interesting tactic. Especially is she's on half health. Stelle/Rai/Mateo combination. Rai hits Stelle, Stelle gets crit hits, and Mateo makes sure Stelle doesn't go 0 hp.

In terms of stats, so long as the stat total is equal to 60-70 for regular PCs, no there isn't.

Yep. ANything below 10 is given via debuffs or negative modifiers.
