Well, I'm working on the post, but as it turns out your guy was standing in front of Uma moments before the...impact.

So I was wondering what are you planning having happened to your guy? Was he hit in the process? Did he run and duck?

I think hit in the process makes the most sense, since he his attention is on Tori and Uma and he doesn't have 360 plot armor vision.
