Fandom Island of Hetalia

England

Kiku suddenly snapped, louder than his usual self. "ENOUGH. You both can sort this out when we get HOME. But I am not being stranded on this isle with two self-arrogant children who can't behave for a simple 5 MINUTES." The older nation glared at the two, the fury in his eyes challenging them to argue.

"But he - You can't just - "  England's spluttering fell short upon seeing Kiku's glare.  Any of the louder countries yelling was rather easy to ignore, but Kiku?  He had never seen the other nation this angry, and it was, honestly, just a bit terrifying.  That didn't stop him from scowling in India's direction though, his expression speaking volumes.

"I suppose you have a point, Kiku," he conceded, not wanting to earn the nation's ire.  "Though if I recall correctly, I wasn't the one who started all this."  He sent a pointed look in Raj's direction, still not quite willing to forgive and forget.

But now that he wasn't yelling and his anger had simmered down just a bit, he knew he ought to at least try for a temproary truce even if he still did hold a grudge.

"Look, Japan's right; we shouldn't be having this argument here and now.  We'll just have to get along while we're stuck here, though don't ecpevt me to suddenly be your best friend."

(Yeah, I agree, it was getting a bit too intense. @The Elusive Shadow. Probably best that fight got broken up, huh?  xD   And now they'll have a chance to talk things out, maybe eventually start to get along.  Whatcha think?)

Italy

"You have us, though, now," Feliciano replied, gesturing to Seborga and himself.  "And lots of other people here would be your friend, too.  Like Japan - you two are both really quiet - or Alfred or Gilbert.  And when we find Lovino, I can introduce him to you.  He'd curse lot, but he's not that bad."

It was strange to think of what it would be like to grow up alone to him; he had spent his entire childhood surrounded by other nations, all of them bigger and stronger and sometimes a bit scary.  But he'd liked having a family - Austria and Hungary had been like parents to him, and he wouldn't lose his brother for anything.

Japan took a deep breath calming himself. "now, while you two were.....talking Alfred wandered off."

"Thanks Italy, that means so much to me!" She smiled happily "Now i believe we should go back to japan and arthur before something bad happens " She looked in the direction of the way to the camp.

She made sure that Calf was safe in her arms and began to walk back to everyone else still smileing to herself. To her what italy said was the best thing she had ever heard , she wasnt alone anymore. She had friends apart from canada and her cat , She was so happy that she felt like she was going to burst with happiness.

India:

Raj couldn't beleive it after all that he had done for him Japan was gonna take endglands side !!! Yet Raj knew that Japan was right this really wasn't the best place or time to bickering and fighting ...

"You know what Japan , I liked you better when you were Facist !! at least then we had something to disagree on , but now you're all logical and rational and I hate it !!!."

Raj wasn't the kind to back out of and argument easily but we wasn't blind either they were stuck on an island and the only way they could survive it would be if they stuck together .

"But your right , me and England will have to do this sometime else now we need to find a way to survive ."

Raj heard what England had to say , it seemed that what he proposed was a temporary truce ...

"Trust me , England I have come to expect almost nothing from you."

(Maybe they'll reconcile maybe not lets see how things go , I don't know about you but im kinda enjoying the catty , sarcastic remarks from both of em  :D  )

"Better than the disloyalty and ungratefulness I've come to expect from you," Arthur retorted, though kept his voice low to avoid Kiku's notice.  They might not be continuing their shouting match, but he'd be damned inf he let Raj have the last word.

Hearing Kiku's mention of Alfred missing, Arthur turned towards the other nation, brow furrowing slightly.  "Do you have any idea where he went?  I'm not sure it's a wise idea to let someone completely lacking in common sense wander about an unknown jungle..."

(Agreed; the basis of any good story is conflict, which obviously wouldn't happen if everyone got along well.)

Ellen's good mood wasn't hard to miss, and Feliciano couldn't help but wonder why.  Was friendship really so new to her?  It suddenly dawned on him that if her brothers hadn't been there for her and brought her up, she'd probably spent a lot of time on her own over the years.

"Di niente!" He reassured her as they made their way back to the other nations.  "Everyone needs a few friends!"

"There you go again !! some people have no sense of decency or respect . America doesn't lack common sense he's just-um-a bit slow , besides I don't think America has anything to fear from jungles , remember vietnam ?"

"So instead of asking where America's at we should be asking more important questions , Who's hungry ?!!!"

India held up his hands in approval of the idea that they should get food before they continue onwards .

"Whats this about Alfred?" ellen said stopping behind Arthur unintentionally. Calf jumped out of her arms and streched out , He then sat by Ellens foot curling his tail around his front feet looking at englad and what seems to be either india or maybe Bangladesh,  ellen wasnt sure about either.

~Prussia/Gilbert~

"Well, Alfred wandered off while these doon-koffs were biting each others' ankles with weak insults."

I sigh.

People can be so strange. Arguing over things like this, in the past, is pointless. Focus on the future. Who knows how short it will be...

~Seborga/Romeo~

Ellen seemed really happy about having a friend.

I should invite her to join the micro nations club sometime!

Kiku closed his eye's in annoyance, then turned to the two. He wasn't that old to be deaf. He began to growl in his native language, giving the duo furious glares. "Anata baka wa damassuru koto ga dekimasu matawa anata ga shuchō shi tsudzukeru koto wa dekimasen'node, watashi wa mimi de anata no ryōhō o sashimasu!" Alfred wandered along the shore. Matthew was sure to be somewhere....but w-

His heart dropped as he saw something. A blond haired male lying on the sand montionless. (I may kill Mattie since i have 2 chars so i might just kill him off unless someone else wants to control him.)

The nation ran over to the still form of his brother, mumbling rapidly under his breath. "shitshitshitshit...."

(I can control mattie if you want since i only have 1 character)

"We cant just stand around arguing,  Alfred could be in trouble for all we know. We should split into groups and look for him" Ellen said trying to think were alfred could have got to in such short time.

She tapped her foot in thought trying to figure out groups and were to look " Italy and seborga check the beach, Japan and england check to the east , Ill go north and look. Everyone else check west , we should meet back here in maybe an hour or so"

(Sure thing)

Alfred kneeled by his brother, shaking him frantically. Panicked tears pricking his eyes.

Canada/Matthew

Matthew woke up to his brother shaking him and coughed up some water. "What happened" he said soft spoken as usual and he quickly bolted up right "where is kumacheckers?". He looked very worried and scrambled to his feet quickly glance around for his beloved polar bear.

Isle of man/Ellen

She put her cat on a large rock near by and started walking north calling out for alfred and any other countries she saw on board the ship the day of the crash. She didnt know how long she was on the beach for or what happened to cause the crash.

"Alfred! Where are you?! Matthew!" she yelled as she got to a clearing in the jungle.

Alfred pulled his brother into a hug, shaking. "Oh my fucking-Never again Matt. EVER. And Kuma? He's over sitting on a rock." He pointed at the waving bear.

Matthew/Canada

Matthew hugged his brother back and smiled slightly " im glad your safe Alfred , what about the others ? Did everyone get to safety?" Matthew quiestioned before walking over and picking up kuma. The usual 'who are you' talk ensued.

"The others? Well...we found a few. Oh shit....I maybe caused a panic. I just got this weird sense and came here to find you. But let's head back okay?" Alfred rubbed his eyes, getting rid of the happy tears before they could fall.

As he and Kiku walked through the jungle, Arthur glanced curiously over at him, still mildly surprised at how angry he'd just seen him get.  "If you don't mind my asking, what is it you were saying back there in Japanese?  And why were you so upset, anyway?  All us nations have argued before, and much worse."

He wondered whether Japan's anger was the result of worrying for someone else, just as it seemed most members of their group were.  Feliciano was missing his brother and Ludwig - and probably most of Northern Europe as well, considering how friendly he was - and Prussia has seemed just as concerned about his own sibling.  Alfred was off looking for Mathew, no doubt, Ellen had rushed to find her cat... Everybody had someone.

And himself?  Unlike the rest of the group, his family wasn't the first thing on his mind.  He hoped they got out of this alive as well, of course, but wasn't exactly fretting over them.. Centuries of hatred could do that to a person.  But he'd been glad to see Alfred and was worried over Mathew as well, and Kiku's survival had been a relief.  Hell, he'd even be happy to see Francis right now.

Italy

"Do you think Alfred's alright, fratello?"  Italy asked as they made their way out of the trees.  "I wonder why he left."  But before he could get an answer, he continued talking, changing topics as he spoke his thoughts aloud.  "You know, it's been forever since we've talked."

Maybe it was the terrifying thought of all the 'what if's that could happen here - if they ran out of food or water or got lost in the jungle - and the dawning realization that this wasn't such a vacation after all, but he was glad to have someone from his family with him, even if that someone was Romeo, who he honestly just didn't know much about.  Feliciano walways threw a friendly smile and a bright greeting his way when he saw him, but he did that for everyone.  And wasn't family supposed to be something special, like the way he always knew when Lovino didn't really mind him talking with him because he wasn't frowning quite so much?  Or how Lovino surrendered in a heartbeat to whatever threat came his way, but when Feliciano was in trouble, he'd stop at nothing to help him?  Or how he and Ausria and Hungary had gathered for dinner at the end of the day when he was little and living with them?  Shouldn't he have memories like that with Romeo?

Kiku sighed. "I said things. And...Maybe I've always felt like this, and being on an island forced to cooperate just forced it out. Not to mention I'm a bit worried about.." He muttered the last part looking away as the two walked.

"Who?"  Noticing the way Kiku looked away, Arthur tried to offer a bit of reassurance.  "It's alright, really.  We've all got people out there we're missing."

(I'm actually curious now - what did he say in Japanese?)

(If you don't stop arguing I will take a stick and stab you both in the ears so you can't argue any further. -Basically-)

Arthur nodded.  "You have my word."

(And now I really want to learn Japanese.  *Has long list of languages is trying to learn and just wants to speak everything* xD  )

(Dude I used google translate XD)

Kiku took a deep breath before saying it. "..I'm worried about China..he's older than I am and..even through our rough patches he's still my brother."

(Google Translate is indeed a magical tool.  And sorry... am a bit of a language nut. :P  )

"China?"  For a moment, Arthur didn't see why Kiku was so intent on keeping his concern over the other nation secret, but then he remembered the large amount of discord the two brothers had had over the years.  From his perspective, they'd always seemed to care about each other, but considering Arthur's own siblings, his perspective wasn't really the most realistic.  Thinking about it, though, he recalled a fair few times in history when the brothers had been at odds, and why Kiku wouldn't want to talk about such an emotional matter with everyone.

"There's no crime in wanting your family to be safe," he said, tone a little softer than usual.  While he couldn't say the exact same for Scotland, Wales, and the Irelands now, there had been a time when they'd been close long ago, and back in his days of empire, some of his colonies had almost seemed like family as well.  It wasn't the same, but he did understand.  "China's clever, and quite innovative.  If anyone can survive on this island, he can."
