Kicking the tree in annoyance, Eona frowned when she realized she had just wasted all of her time on some random tree that she had thought Leuther was at. A soft echo resounded from the tree, her ears just barely picking the sound waves up. Raising an eyebrow, Eona put her ear to the bottom of the tree and wondered if it was hollow. Although, hollow trees were quite normal, most of the time, bugs invaded the inside and ate it out, there was a good reason why the tree looked so withered up.
But, it was worth a try, wasn't it? Stretching her fingers, Eona took a few deep breath before punching through the tree, finding it indeed hollow. But unlike a normal tree, it was a huge labyrinth underneath where the roots would usually be. "Wow..." Eona gasped at the sight, her eyes widening in awe. Leaning in a bit too far, the kraken suddenly tripped over a root and fell into the maze. The hole where Eona had punch through quickly sealed up like magic.
"Oh, great." Eona frowned as she stood up and dusted off the dirt from her clothing. How was she going to get out of this one?

(Okay, I'm back)
Athena? Help... Please? Uhm... The puzzle looked like a bulls-eye with three bronze rings, a golden arrow facing downwards at the top, and a large button in the middle. Each ring was polished to a shine and etched with six identical sets of symbols.
1. A 6 and a circle
2. A 1 and a triangle
3. A 1 and a square
4. A 4 and a hexagon
5. An 6 and a pentagon
6. A 0 and a octagon
Hmm... any clues? The arrow was about the size of a child, very ornately designed, it looked like this:

but cast from gold. Actually, that looks like phi, and... pi, maybe? Those should mean something to me... Athena? For once the gods were utterly silent, and, though he'd prayed for it, time and time again, this was not the occasion. This really looks like something Archimedes would make, and the holes in the walls indicate that it's trapped... "Do the characters Phi and Pi mean anything in math?" He asked Skandranon
"Pi is approximately 3.14, does that help?"
1, 4... no three
"How about Phi?"
"It seems familiar, but I don't know, just... do something!" another shot, this one in the shoulder of Leuther's unwounded arm.

((Okay, I'll be very infrequent for about an hour or so, I'll put up the responding reply for Ajax, Darky. AND YES, YOU SHOULD.))

Listening to Kima talk about what had really happened, the corners of Ajax's lips twisted into a frown, his eyebrows furrowing together slightly. "So that's what happened..." It seemed that the press had twisted the words around by a lot, Ajax had read in the newspaper that it was from rage. It didn't seem like Kima to burst out with anger like that, but the sphinx never did trust the news.
Something like this had occurred to Ajax a long time ago when he was still a kit under his mother's protection, although that was easily solved by eating the humans that defied him and his family. Then again, that was centuries ago, when slavery was still present. Nowadays there were civil rights, freedom of speech, etc. Everyone usually got to voice their own thoughts without being beheaded, well, mostly everyone.
Shrugging the dark thought off, Ajax returned back to the phone call and spoke into the phone. "Well, you got my number now. You can always call me if anything happens." Smiling softly, the sphinx pushed his raven hair out of his face and stared up at the ceiling, counting all the colours that had somehow made their way up there from Amia's short little stature.

(I was going to post the concept art, but my computer crashed. So, until it reboots, I'll redraw them by hand. I messed it up pretty bad earlier today, so don't expect anything like my last drawing...)
(I'm still drawing with my busted hand, and in pen no less, but I did manage to scrape out something. @Prowlzerz, I managed to get out a future Lucien, even though I'm not satisfied in the slightest with it, but I also found an old sketch of young Lucien that's average.)
