Spark smile at Kiro as he turn back at her "Guess you want me to learn by the hard way,right?" since Spark was not very skillful he try to dodge the attack but fail and get touch as he take some few steps back smiling "Alright alright,the safe zone safe me i guess...My turn sweetie !" Spark start to form some Electricity around his arm projecting it at Kiro. Unfortunately it was a very low power for now on as 80% of the electricity project didn't went in the right direction.

Kiro slammed sparks fingers down which caused the electricity to wave through the ground a bit causing some people to feel the Wave of shock. Kiro backflipped and using the dull part of her sword she hit spark in the back enough for him to feel it but not painfully. " Dodging seems to be your hardest and controlling the spark seems to be the second hardest." Kiro said as she placed her hand on her waist she was a good fighter and dodger. @NickTonCutter

Spark was feeling some tingle in his whole body,it wasn't unpleasant at all.The vision around him start to slow as Kiro approach,the voice around starting to fade away in a pinch of broken words.He close his eyes for and open them again thinking "I see...So that what we call the Instinct after all..." the whole body of Spark shatter as his speed double from before and he raised up his head "I'm gonna call that...Time Alter!" this time he could dodge more the strike but still get touch as he take a step back.He was smiling as he discover one of his new power raising up his arms from excitement "Youhou!"

Kiro smiled to see spark celabrating, she was happy that the kid found a new abylity. Kiro soon headed out the door, she didnt want to ruin sparks cleabration so she left again. all that was able to catch a glimpse was her black jacket and the soft sound of her boots. Kiro had left spawn and went to the city. @NickTonCutter

"Alright, that's good." He replies, attempting to patiently wait for Storm. Quietly, he hummed a tune similar to a pirate shanty, scouting out the perimeter of their spawn. After a few moments of doing so he comments with a curious tone, "You know, this is a lot more quiet than I would have imagined. I would have thought we would have ran into patrols looking to stop us before we start." Wondering if this was a trap he decided to scout ahead using his new ability to live in the shadows. Fortunately for him there was plenty of it so he did a wider search around the perimeter, thoroughly fascinated by this skill; it was as if he lived in a world inside this one where only he dwells..well unless he stumbles on someone else with this skill.

Hiniko hirashi.


hiniko soon woke up and went to go get proper out and about clothing. she didnt want to leave the game but she kinda had to..for school. Hiniko went and got her jeans on and a 3/4 sleeve shirt. and her parka. Hiniko grabbed her purse and scarf and soon headed out the door. Hiniko was going to buy some food for her apartment. Her apartment was simple after all. and maby get a small haircut.

Casie nodded in agreement, looking over the oddly calm scenery. Turning to say something to Dude she was surprised to see him no longer there. "Dude?" She turned around in a circle, but didn't see him in the direct vicinity. A playful pout formed on her lips. "Aww, scouting ahead without me?" She laughed softly. With a quick look around to see if Storm had followed them through, Casie refracted the light off the water vapor in the air, making herself 'disappear.' Being a know-it-all apparently paid off in some situations.

Casie's comment about scouting without her made him laugh warmly, when she disappeared using the light off of water vapor he was very much impressed with her skills. Hearing Storm arrive and call their names Cody literally comes out of Storm's shadow. "Sorry man, we were just seeing what was around without trying to attract more attention than needed. Seems fairly safe oddly enough, which doesn't make sense given the fact this isn't a surprise anymore. Oh well, might as well go see this Lord who sent out this job." And with that he walks onto the beaten path that will lead to the front of the hold.

Casie reappeared beside the two with a sheepish smile. "Sorry." She turned, listening to Dude talk about how oddly quiet it was. He wasn't wrong; it was strange how nothing had happened yet. Casie followed Dude along the dirt road, looking at the hold cautiously. "I'll be quite honest, something doesn't feel right. Like a trap of some kind." She knew she could be very wrong, but she thought it would be best to tell them what she thought just in case.

Ryukaa woke up and just sat in bed doing nothing.

 

[Dude]

"You're too right." He replies to Casie, continuing to look around their surrounding area. As soon as he does so the sounds of a blade unsheathing rang through his head; in turn Cody turns himself towards the noise only to find a group of three. These three were dressed in full plated armor; one had a spear, one had a war axe, the third a short sword. So basically one could assume they were champions of sorts. The one with the war axe simply states to his comrades, "These must be the ones Lord Salver was worried about." The three enemies charged the trio, the guy with the sword went after Cody, the one with the battle axe went after Casie, and last but not least the lad with the spear went after Storm. Quickly back stepping Cody can feel the tip of the sword carve a scar into his mask. Swiftly tossing his bow and quiver to the side he pulls his Pugio out of it's leather sheathe, waiting to counter the next attack.

The brute wielding the battle axe charged forward, swinging his weapon with incredible strength. Casie quickly ducked under the axe. For such a big man and a heavy weapon, he moved much faster than she was comfortable with. With a sudden kick off her foot, she had knocked the behemoth of balance allowing her to strike at him.

Bagged eyes rested on the silhouette of two figures foreign to them. Their eyes were filled with such a fear that restrained their very breath. What a terrifying sight that befell them, poor creatures. Sweat drenching their being the longer they'd become engulfed by his gaze, they did their best to avoid eye contact. Everything surrounding them seemed to come to a standstill as these eyes hadn't left their position. They felt like they were going mad with every second passed. Oh, what could they do to be rid of this monster once and for all? Why had they given birth to such an abomination?!


"Mom..Dad?.." The twenty-one year old simply sighed, acknowledging his parents fear and clenching his fists. "All I wanted to know was what you were making for dinner tonight..." The mother quickly rose in her seat "O-Oh! Your father and I were going out to eat t-tonight. We've left some money on the counter so you can order some pizza!" Following this, they quickly grabbed their things and fleed from the establishment... Pathetic...they were his parents yet they acted in such a way? No matter; this wasn't new to him. Taking the money, he headed up to his room and prepared to enter Virtual Reality.


...He was in desperate need of his Mind Palace.

Before the smaller framed skeleton had been a vast sky that seemed to reflect the earth it warmly blanketed. Shooting stars seemed to not only be a common occurrence but flow with the scenery like a never ending vision. Nostalgia of plenty-a-games played prior flashed through the now freed vastness of thought, his wide grin seeming to illuminate his path as he gazed upward; tonight was proving to be yet another beautiful night in Virtual Reality.


{SFX}"Gwwoooooo...Kekekekekek"{SFX}


Slowly turning behind him, a gang of goblins had gathered and prepared for the battle ahead. As he chuckled, a green colored heart appeared above his shoulder. "You know, guys?..I'm getting a bit too old for this." He and the monsters in an open server. What more could one ask for in a game such as this?

" HINIKO WE ARE GOING OUT TO GET DRUNK...AND SHIT!" Hiniko never payed attention to her parents because they always caused some kind of trouble that hiniko didnt like. " Yea....fine...what ever.." hiniko yelled as she looked out the window...she was sick and tired of being bossed around. being left alone with drunk parents. she hated it...it sickend her. to the most of running away..but she couldnt do that... all hiniko needed was some game time. thats all right?ish....


hiniko soon walked back up to her room and put on her nerve gear again. she didnt want anything to do with her family. After hiniko reached her room she soon shut the door and put on her nerve gear. " link...start!" hiniko said as the game started and she logged in. Hiniko was ready to go.


After a moments kiro walked out of the shadows to see a skeletion...no a avatar..and some god damn goblins. kiro soon charged at the goblins slicing some of them. others she stabbed while doing a backflip. kiro was addicted to combat but who was this little skeletion.. @Wyvern

The Twilight March - Part 1

What an interesting turn of events. Sim had every intention of taking on these goblins without breaking much of a sweat, however, a random traveler appeared before him and began wildly swinging on the enemies surrounding them. One after another, she effortlessly slayed them to the point where it seemed she was enjoying herself. Hey, everyone gets something from this game. If she wanted to get her combat kicks off, who was he to stop her?


"Thanks for lending me a..hand there." He lightly chuckled "I barely escaped by the skin of my teeth." As the general majority of the goblins had been defeated and dispersed, another batch of goblins ready for the hunting arrived soon after. "Looks like you're a little hungry for some action." He slowly approached the new batch of Goblins "You came to the right server, friend." As he stomped his right foot on the ground, his threw his hands back a gust emitted from each, propelling him toward the crowd at alarming speeds.


{SFX} FWOOOOSH! {SFX}


Whilst travelling, the heart changed to a flaming red. The skeleton breaking into a twirl as his right hand filled with flame and lunged toward the face of the nearest goblin...It let out a scream as it's body became engulfed by the heat and eventually burned to death. Clearly intimidated yet brimming with pride, the goblins all rushed the mage in an attempt to use their numbers against him. "Sigh...You're really gunna make this old bag of bones work for it, huh?" Having landed a few seconds ago, both his hands soon filled with flame as he slammed them into the ground; flames bursting outward and catching the surrounding goblins in it's influence.


{SFX} GYAAAAAAAH! {SFX}


He looked to his new yet temporary comrade with that same goofy grin on his face. "Tell me, my friend, are you having fun?!" The portal opened up "Because here comes the next wave!" Coming from behind the pack was a significantly larger and much angrier goblin. It might take the two of them to defeat it, but he'd see where they individually got with it first.

" yea accually, i like combat. OH MY GOD DAMN GOD THATS A HUGE FUCKING GOBLIN! more fun!! " Kiro stated as she took out both of her swords and charged at the smaller goblins, back flips, jumps acroabatics. Kiro soon cleared the last wave as she ran and kept hitting the smaller goblins. getting loads of droppings.... a little too much. " CMON KID LETS TAKE THIS BASTARD DOWN!" Kiro yelled as she took a few paces back, kiro was known for combat with swords...but she did not like long range in the slightest.


Kiro soon took one final pace. she was close to the skeleton, Kiro soon took a run for it as her weapons glowed. Kiro was on a run for a fight. hell she was itching for it all day, After a few moments kiro soon jumped preforming a back flip. After a few moments kiro was onto the huge goblin attacking,


After a breif moment the goblin picked up kiro and threw her which took a good amount of her hp..turning it yellow. " Shit...its gonna take both of us." Kiro stated as she got back up. " My name is kiro by the way." she smiled as she looked at the health bar on the goblin. only half of a bar and he had...4 DAMN HEALTH BARS?!?!?! @Wyvern

The Twilight March - Part 2

Notes: Sorry for the delay, I had to respond to another post.

She was enthusiastic, if anything else. He had to admit, her recklessness was almost charming. Watching as the female charged the large goblin and get easily thwarted, the boss of this wave clearly not in the mood for shenanigans. It was apparent to him now that he'd have to work together with the female in order to clear this current hurdle. No problem, he was a mage after-all. So long as he supported her from the back and she had a decent enough offense to strike with the time came? They'd be able to take care of this without a hitch.


"When I give you the signal, I want you to strike him with everything you've got!"


Taking a moment to stretch and crack his old bones, the heart soon after shifted to a gold color. "Let's do this, then." The skeleton slammed his hands into the ground, a large wave of earth surging forth as it would entrap the larger goblin; momentary halting it's movement. "I've got it's legs! It's still got a massive swing and it won't be long before it'll break free! If you're going to pull a massive scene-ending strike, this would be the time." He simply awaited to see how this current plan worked out. If it hadn't? He'd move on to another plan and continue to work with his temporary comrade until they defeated this goblin once and for all.

 

[Dude]

Cody's opponent made an overhand slash, which was his mistake as it left Cody with a perfect opening under his arm. Activating his skill which allows his adrenaline to kick into overdrive temporarily; during the few seconds it was as if time was slowing down just for him. Cody drives his Pugio into the guy's side twice in quick succession before stepping back. Cody's opponent dropped his sword, his body starting to fail due to the harm caused. Cody laughed lightly as he started collapsing to the ground, walking over to his longbow and quiver, pulling out only one arrow. Calmly Cody walks back over to his opponent who is now trying to crawl away, notching the arrow onto the string and pulling it back. "This is the part where you apologize for being so bold." Cody adds without any real vocal tone to the guy, releasing the arrow into the back of his head before even letting him respond. Since his fight was over he turns to see how Storm and Casie are doing, waiting to see if he needs to support them.

Casie pulled out her blade and rammed it forward, aiming to pierce through the man's rib cage, but he quickly blocked it with the bulk of his axe. An unknown source of anger boiled up as the man grinned down at her, proud of his block. With their weapons locked together she swiftly kicked up, her heel connecting with his jaw. The rest of her moves were precise and calculated, a cold, unfazed look coming over her. She knocked the man back and straddle him before driving her blade into his sternum and dragging it down, opening his chest. Wiping the blood off her hands she stood up and turned back to Dude. Her expression then changed to a shy smile. The sudden switch between expressions was odd.
