Sonic begins to shake a little, as the glamour of his heroes began to die down. Once again he realized just where he was, but in a different way. He had just volunteered for the most dangerous job in the world, one that many before him had failed to come out of.
"Well... this is what I signed up for. I probably shouldn't tell my parents. They'd be more worried than me." He then remembered a young girl whom he kept hearing about. He was worried to ask the question at first, but decided that learning the intricacies of inter-person relations on his new team was important enough to risk embarrassment and rejection.
"This Flow girl... from the little snippets I've heard, I gathered you two didn't get along that well."

Twilight had left the base a while ago, hoping to go out and find Dax. She eventually did and took him back to the outside of the base, not sure ho the group would react after last night. "Wait here." She said.

Three's face remains stoic as she pulls a bunch of water out of her pouch, hovering it in the air. "You are a threat. You killed a lot of people, and there's no telling when that could happen again. Threats have to be eliminated." She threw the water at Dax, changing it to sharpened ice in mid air, before Felix puts a shadow shield around Dax.

"Totally did! I take any news or videos of mass conduit murders and store them on this flash drive. Makes for some entertainment." He pulls out a computer from a nearby room and begins booting it up as Alex points at it.
"Where'd you get that?"
"The store," Nil says as he plugs the flash drive in.
"With what money?"
"None. It was... free." Felix sighs and face palms, having since been distracted from Shenji along with Three. Nil smiles as he boots up a video and turns the monitor to Dax, showing a video of his killing. "According to the death tolls, it was the fifth worst conduit attack in this city. Impressive."

Dax watched the video, horrified as he saw himself killing all those innocent people. Twilight had lookd away, not being able to bear it. "That...but I wouldn't do that!!! It's my body, but it wasn't me! I swear I would never do that!!! He said as he fell to the ground and curled up, in fear of what he had done. Dax began to shiver, not knowing what was wrong with him.

"It's clear whoever that was wasn't you," Felix says sadly, all too familiar with the feeling of not being able to control yourself. He sighs and looks over, seeing Twilight looking away. He frowns and walks over to her. He looks at her, though makes it clear that while he is addressing everyone, he is talking especially to her. "It's terrible about what's happening to Dax. We'll do everything we can to help. However, if he gets into that state and begins hurting people again, our priority is to the public and not him. If the time comes when we must choose between letting Dax live and let people die, or kill him and save people, the latter will be what we have to do."

Felix walks over to Dax and kneels next to him. In a calm voice, he speaks, "Dax... I'm sorry you're going through this. We... I will do everything in my power to help whatever this is. If you lose control and we can stop you non-lethally, we will. I will do everything in my power to make sure you don't die."
As he does this, Three looks over at Twi with a chuckle. "Okay lover girl. You know, I never liked Dusk but I prefer her to you. At least she wasn't a whiney bitch." After she says this, Alex and Terence plop down on the ground next to the two of them, ready to observe the fight that unfolds.
