The Hotel

When Hali spoke up about how she was interested in the story, Seijuro's eyes grew bright as he looked away and turned to continue walking by her side. He was lost in thought, boasting to himself about how awesome he is at telling stories now, and didn't even notice the girl escape into the hotel building. Turning to face where she would originally be, Seijuro pointed towards himself with a large smile, "Then I'll tell you ab-...Eh? W-where'd you go!?" That's when he took notice of a hotel building, "Ah! I passed it!" Quickly retracing his steps, Seijuro finally entered the hotel as well, in which Yoshi asked him a question. Stepping back a little, the tall man threw his arms into the air and began to stretch...like...he was stretching; lunges and all. "You bet-cha." Upon hearing of tents and other conditions, Seijuro stopped stretching and leaned forward, closing the distance between his a Yoshi's faces, "So basically it's like camping!? I love camping. Where I'm from the country side in a way, I used to do it with my buddies all the time, back in high school." He could now be seen standing up straight, gripping his chin in thought, "I'm pretty sure I fell from a 15 foot drop once...I can't remem-..." Holding up a finger, the man closed his eyes before turning and walking towards the counter to get himself a room, "Hello there. I need...Uhm...What was it again? What are they called?..How can I forget such a thing?!" Person behind the counter furrowed their brow in confusion before leaning forward a little bit, staring at the red-head as though he were an idiot. "A...room? Are you-" Before the clerk could finish his/her sentence, Seijuro snapped his finger, pointing towards their face with a large smile. "A room! Damn...haha, how could I forget that?" It didn't take long for a set of keys to be handed to the man; he paid his fair share and stepped back over to Hali, spinning the keys around on his finger. "I got a room."

Hali watched Seijuro and chuckled. "I see that." She said as he swung the keys around his finger. Hali stole a glance at Satsuki. He seemed mad. "I wonder if he's jealous..." She thought to herself. "Nah he can't be. We barely know each other. But then again, I know Seijuro even less." She thought again. Hali then turned to the rest of the group. "So who's gonna get the keys to the girl's room?" She asked. @Everyone

Satsuki looked around a bit more before turning on his heels so he faced the group. "Yoshi...what for contacts do you have to get us into such a place..?" he chuckled and took place next to Hali, giving the red haired male next to her a quick glance. Shishio had to admit that the guy looked pretty nice, he was just...not used to a second him. Yeah you could say it like that. "Hali, want to check out the rooms?" He asked, giving her happy all around grin. "I mean they got to be awesome!" Satsuki continued. "But...we have no keys.." his grin changed into a slight frown and the male shot a glance at Yoshi. "Yoshi? Do you have the keys?" he walked up to the boy with big steps, his hands behind his back and a smile on his face. Determined to get to know Hali better. @Spotine @NickOnTheReg

The Hotel

Seijuro was still smiling to himself and twirling the keys around his finger when he took notice of Hali's head turning to look at something. It was Shishio. Looking at the other man, Mikoshiba glanced back and forth between the two before turning towards the group with a flamboyant grin, "Let's play ping p-" Before he could finish his statement, Hali turned back around and asked who would get the keys. With a thumb pointing towards the center of his chest, Seijuro laugh triumphantly, "I...can't..." At first, he was going to offer his assistance, but then he realized that he doesn't exactly know what he's supposed to do. Once Shishio stepped up beside Hali, glancing at Seijuro, the red-head smiled with an energetic wave. It's funny how he's the oldest...but acts the youngest. Them man then just stood there, silent as he watch the small scene play out in front of him. "Then....!" Stepping over towards Makoto, Seijuro wrapped an arm around the boys shoulder. "I'll go with this one!"

Hali looked at Satsuki. "Is he...?" She wondered silently. "Uh yeah sure!" Hali said cheerfully, smiling at Satsuki. When Seijuro also offered to go, Hali giggled slightly. "He just doesn't understand. Unless I'm thinking of this the wrong way with Satsuki..." She thought to herself. After a second of contemplating Hali thought of something. "Wait... Are two guys fighting over me?" She asked herself silently.

Yoshi


Yoshi handed Hali the copy of keys to the girls room. "Here you go, top floor, take a left off the elevator and it's the corner room, we have the room across the hall from you." he said as he stood up and stretched. He tossed the second key to Satsuki, "Here" he said with a smile. "Each room has two bedroom, two bathrooms, plus a living room type thing if my memory is correct." he paused when Satsuki asked the question, "Well, my dad travels a lot for work so we've stayed here before, and he knows the manager." Yoshi said blushing a bit. "I paid for it, but he just made sure that there were two rooms available for us." he added. "Seijuro, return your room and get your money back, you can stay in our room, we have the space." he said. Yoshi quickly texted Ioko, he remembered he has her number. "Come to the Lobby, for hotel keys."


He sent the text and handed the second key to Senna. "You can take this or give it to Ioko when she gets here, if not I'll go get a 3rd key." he said. "Yeah I'll just do that, so you can head up to the room." Yoshi quickly ran over to the desk and started talking to the manager, "Ahh thank you as always." he said with a slight bow.

Senna


Senna took the key and smiled. "Arigato Oniichan." she said. Her eyes wandered off towards Makoto and the group. A slight smile came across her face. "I-I'm gonna go up to the room." Sumimasen" she said as she walked by everyone. Senna just wanted to lay on bed. The events of the train ride, the train station, everything was overwhelming her. Senna started to think if she could really do this, it wouldn't be bad to go home right now. She thought to herself as she reached the elevator. "Sore wa okinadesu" she whispered to herself. Stepping into the elevator she pressed the top floor button. "That's a lot of floors."

Hali took the keys. "Thanks. I'll give this to Ioko." She said, smiling at Yoshi. "Okay, let's go." She said as she turned to Satsuki. Hali heard Senna say she was going up to the room. "Wait so are we!" She called after Senna, but it was too late. Senna was already in the closed-doored elevator. Hali shrugged. "Are you coming?" She turned her head and asked Satsuki, smiling as she moved towards the elevators.

Yoshi waved them off and looked at Seijuro once Hali and Satsuki walked off. "Well, what do you say?" he said standing up. "Let's get your money back and you can come up with me." he said with a grin, if the guy was going to be traveling with them, Yoshi decided to be nice and get to know the guy. "So you're from Okinawa?" That's a fun place. Small talk, but it's all he can think about to say right now. @Suzumaki Arakai


Senna


Once the elevator doors opened, she looked at the key and then followed the numbers to the door. Walking down the hall, she admired the decorations and the rug. A very high class hotel indeed. She came to the door, and took a deep breath. Senna slid the key into the door and it clicked open. She pushed open the door and took her shoes off in the doorway. Once inside she dropped her bag. "Wow." is all she could say. The place was huge. A beautiful kitchen, living room type area, and two bedrooms. Two bathrooms with a huge shower bath area. Senna walked into one of the rooms and placed her bag down on the bed. She took out her stuffed animals and then all her makeup and put it on the table. She hung up some of her clothes. Even if they were only staying there for one night she wanted to hang some things up, make it seem a bit homey.

Archer limped out of the bathroom, hair still damp, bathrobe and shorts on all ready to sleep. He leaned against his walking stick for support more than usual, leg still throbbing from the earlier fall. He had somehow managed to get up and drag himself to the bathtub for his shower but the pain had only seemed to worsen.


He sat on the bed and sighed as he placed the walking stick on the other side of it while he set to work trying to shift the blanket. Archer pulled at the ends that had been neatly tucked in by the staff and lifted himself up with his good leg and hand while using the other one to shift the blanket so he could get under it later. Successful in his task, Archer slowly slid himself under the covers and adjusted his position, trying to sleep. The pain in his leg however, wouldn't let him and his mind was far too active to shut down. He groaned as he reached over to the bedside table to grab the phone while the other hand pulled open the drawer and took out the room service menu he had put there when he first checked in. Keying in the number, he scanned the menu and made his order when the line picked up before sinking back into the bed while waiting for the doorbell to ring.


A good while later, the doorbell responded and Archer sat up, grabbing his stick and pulling the covers away. Setting the stick down first, he limped out of the room and over to the door, opening it. The staff member who had brought up his meal gave him a bow. "We have brought your order as requested Mr Rosen." Archer nodded and limped over to the table for his wallet before limping back to the man. "Take out a two dollar bill." He ordered as he held his wallet out in front of him. For a moment, the man looked surprised but he quickly regained his composure and did as instructed before wheeling in the food. Archer's brow was creased as he glanced at the wallet he held in one hand and his walking stick in the other, annoyed by how helpless he had become. "I have set everything up for your meal Mr Rosen. Please enjoy." The staff informed him, bowing once more as he walked past and out of the room door. Archer moved to close the door when his wallet slipped from his hand and out into the hallway. He cursed under his breath as he stepped out and tried to lean down to pick it up was unable to. He looked around him to make sure no one was in the area and was about get down on his knees to pick it up when the lift door opened and he stiffened.

Hali took the keys. "Thanks. I'll give this to Ioko." She said, smiling at Yoshi. "Okay, let's go." She said as she turned to Satsuki. Hali heard Senna say she was going up to the room. "Wait so are we!" She called after Senna, but it was too late. Senna was already in the closed-doored elevator. Hali shrugged. "Are you coming?" She turned her head and asked Satsuki, smiling as she moved towards the elevators.

Satsuki grinned to Yoshi as the male tossed him the keys, he chuckled as Hali called out for him. "Sure Ma'am." The male smiled and ran a little to catch up with the female who was entering the lift already. He jumped the last meter into the lift and landed next to Hali, struggling to keep his balance. "So who did you leave in America? Your family?" He looked down to face her and a small smile touched his lips.


Ioko was about to get back towards the lobby when her phone made a weird buzzing she sound. She never heard it before so she gasped as the sound frightened her a little bit. Quickly the female tried to find it in her pockets, first she got a paperclip out, then another one and a piece of paper. She sighed and tried her other pocket where she felt the cold material against the palm of her hand. "Get out already," Ioko mumbled while she forced the thing out of her pocket. She almost fell against the wall when her phone suddenly shot out of her pocket, making her unstable. "Geez." Irritated she got the thing on and looked at the screen. She had one new message. The girl raised her eyebrows to figure out how she could open it. It took her too long so she started walking towards the lift. Finally she got it open and she read it whit her eyes narrowed a bit. "Oh." Was her only response. Ioko held her phone in her hand and ran the last meters towards the elevator. She ran past a man who was sitting or something? The girl stopped and walked backwards till she faced the man who was sitting in his doorway, trying to reach the thing on the floor. She looked at him with no particular expression. Her eyes went from the wallet to the man. Ioko got on her knees too so she could face him. He looked older then her and had tired eyes, you could read from his face he lived a hard life. Still she just faced him and pushed the wallet a bit towards the male. Ioko wasn't giving it to him..just making it easier. @Xeyran

Makoto watched as the conversation continued, chuckling every now and then because of the general weirdness.. Or should i say... Personality, of Seijuro. He was about to pull his phone out, with the intention to kill some time, when suddenly, Seijuro started approaching, wrapping am arm around Makoto's shoulder and claiming to 'go with this one.' The boy locked eyes on said male, slowly looking up to him before giving a slight nod. "Uhmm.. Sure, that's fine with me." He replied, struggling to find the right words to say at first, since Seijuro kinda caught him off-guard. Eyes remaining on the male for another brief moment, Makoto shifted his gaze over to Yoshi once he started talking. The boy gave Seijuro another agreeing nod as a response to Yoshi's key suggestion, quickly looking over at Satsuki and Hali, give them a quick wave as they entered the elevator. Hearing Yoshi state how Seijuro was apparently from Okinawa, reminded him of a conversation, he and Senna had back in Tokyo. "You're from Okinawa? funny, Senna's from there too, if i remember correct." He said, while shifting his gaze over to Seijuro again, giving him a slight smile.

When Satsuki entered the lift, Hali pressed the button and they rose up. Hali had always been amazed by elevators, as they seemed to defy gravity. She was pulled back to the present when Satsuki asked her a question. "Who I left? Uh, well, I lived with my mom and brother in California. My dad lived in Nebraska... Cuz they got a divorce." Hali explained. She saw the little smile on Satsuki's lips and couldn't help but smile too. "I'm in a lift with a really cute boy... Who's really close to me... And suggested we should be alone." She thought to herself. It was all she could do to not start screaming and jumping around. "What about you? Where're you from?" Hali asked.

Yoshi


Yoshi looked towards the elevator hoping Ioko would be coming down soon. He wanted to suggest some food first, maybe just the two of them before heading upstairs. Seijuro seemed to latch onto Makoto whether he liked it or not and that brought a smile out of the man. Yoshi checked his phone incase he missed a text from her but nothing. He let out a sigh and leaned his back. "I could fall asleep right now." he said to himself.


Senna


Senna sat up from being sprawled out on the bed. "So comfy." she said with a smile before walking towards the windows. There was a balcony with a beautiful view. "Wowww." she said as she stepped outside and the wind went through her hair. She let her hair down and leaned forward on the railing. "Kyoto" she said to herself as she looked down below.

Satsuki smile was wiped away when he heard that her parents were divorced. He too had experienced the same thing. Luckily the girl managed to quickly bring his smile back as she questiond him. The male put both his hands in his pocket and leaned back against the lift. "I am from Tokyo," he said with a hint of dislike in his voice. "I lived with my dad and sister till I was 19, then I moved out." he chuckled and looked up, as if the ceiling showed his memories. "My sister moved out before me though, so I lived a while alone with my dad." Satsuki continued, shifting his gaze to Hali again. "My parents divorced too." he locked his eyes till the lift came to a stand still. "Ah our rooms!" The male grinned and immidiatley leapt forward as soon as the doors opened, running to the door with number 265. The boy's room. "First this one!" Shisio pointed towards the wooden door and grinned.

Hali nodded understandingly as Satsuki explained his home life. She gazed at him with a look of sympathy when the lift suddenly came to a stop. Hali chuckled and followed him over to the door. "Am I allowed in there though?" She asked, smirking slightly.

Archer's cold state greeted the girl as he pulled the wallet into his room with his walking stick instead and followed suit, closing the door on the girl without so much as a word. He hated being seen by others in such a state. His mood had turned sour and he limped over to his meal, turning on the television before tossing the remote control away, a move he regretted when a slapstick comedy show appeared on screen. He growled as he limped over to the remote control and picked it up, cursing as pain shot up his leg when he stood upright again. He switched channels until he was satisfied and brought the remote with him to the table where his meal was set up. Tomorrow would not be a good morning even with the good food he was eating and a comfortable night of sleep. Not that it would have been very comfortable anyway with his leg.

The Hotel

Seijuro's arm still remained around Makoto's shoulder as Yoshi spoke up, telling him to retrieve his money. This brought a confused expression to his face as he continued to listen. Smiling brightly, the red-head jumped away from the group and found himself standing at the counter with the same person from not too long ago, "Here's the keys you gave me. Turns out I'm stain' with those guys." Pointing at the others with his thumb, Seijuro waited patiently for the clerk to return from a door leading to the back, and hand him his money from the cash register. Seijuro took the pay and snapped a finger at the person, "Thank ya." And with that, he returned by Makoto's side, wrapping his arm around him once more; just in time for the boy to strike up a conversation. "Huh?" His words didn't catch him very quickly, not until a moment of thought was given. That's when the man stepped back, crossing his arms in a triumphant manner, "Oh! Haha! I am indeed, from Okinawa! Ginoza Village! It's a small place, but fun...Although, when new things are put on the shelves in these big cities, it take forever for in to escalate to Okinawa...That's a shitty part about it. Oh! And where I'm from, the nearest crepes shop is two hours away by train, tch." He was now pinching the bridge of his nose...Is it that disappointing? After noticing everyone begin their travels up to the rooms, Seijuro wrapped his arm around Makoto's shoulder...again, and shot a hand into the air, "And we're off!" He then started to follow the others.

Makoto watched the process of Seijuro returning the keys, and taking back his money, eyes following his movement until said male got back to the boy's side. His gaze now shifted back onto the guy's face, listening to the brief description of his hometown. Seijuro seemed particularly dissatisfied about the fact that there weren't any local shops that selled crepes, in Ginoza village. It made Makoto slightly raise an eyebrow, giving him a questioning look before letting out a brief chuckle. He opened his mouth, intending to say something as a response when then, the new comer wrapped his arm around Makoto once again, shooting a hand into the air before dragging the boy towards the elevator. that actually made Makoto stumble a bit, but he fortunatly managed to find his balance again quickly, supporting himself by holding onto Seijuro's shoulder himself, for a brief moment. Once they had entered the elevator, Makoto pressed the buttom that would move them upwards, where all the others were heading to. He waved his hand at Yoshi, right before the door closed completely, sending him and the one next to him away. The boy's eyes locked onto Seijuro once again, looking up to the guy. "Well me and Satsuki are from Tokyo, Hali's from america but... you already knew that much. I still haven't asked Ioko or Yoshi where they're from, though." After a brief pause, he continued, "And, do you have any siblings?"

The Hotel

Once the two entered the elevator and Makoto pressed the button to take them to their destined floor, Seijuro sent a thumbs up to Yoshi for no apparent reason before looking back down at the fluffy-haired boy. Listening to him speak, Seijuro nodded after every pause before removing his arm from the other and gripping his chin in thought, "So...Sasuki is from Tokyo...And you..." He pointed at Makoto, not realized that he pronounces Satsuki's name wrong, then continued with his thoughts. "Hali is from America and says that she met up with you guys in Tokyo...That means that I was traveling in the opposite direction as you guys!? Because my next stop was going to be Tokyo!" Mikoshiba laughed at his little theory, smacking Makoto on the top of the head and ruffling his hair before flinching lightly, "Ah! Oh yeah." He remembered the boy's second question and smiled, "I have a younger brother and a younger sister! Momotaro recently graduated high school, and is continuing with his love for swimming! Following in his brother's footsteps!" The man was now kneeling on one knee as the elevator continued it's way up. He looked as though he were acting out a drama or something...Once that was over, Seijuro stood to his feet and placed his hands on his hips, "They're both still in Okinawa though. I moved out when I turned 20. And now!" Pointing towards the center of his chest with a thumb, "I'm a 25 years old traveler!...Not really...I am 25 though." The entire time he spoke, the large smile slapped across his face never once faded. That is, until he suddenly looked Makoto in the eyes, bending over to get a better look at the boy's facial features. A hand was placed around the other's jaw as Seijuro then began turning Makoto's head, back and forth before standing up straight and crossing his arms. "You..." Mikoshiba's cheeks flushed a gentle pink, "Are cute too!" Growing lost in thought, "Like a baby puppy!"

Makoto held his eyes on Seijuro and listened to his statement, wincing a bit once the guy smacked him on the head, ruffling through his hair. He wasn't sure how to respond to.. that, or why the guy actually broke out in laughter in the first place... So Makoto simply rolled with it, starting to laugh now himself, although somewhat robotic sounding. Then, once Seijuro continued talking, Makoto got back to paying attention as well, giving him a few 'Uh-huh's and nods from time to time. As weird as he was, Seijuro was actually interesting, or maybe the way he acted was just entertaining... i mean, how the guy just randomly started kneeling down on one leg was indeed something; Makoto didn't know what to say to this once again, and therefor, just stared at him in fascination. ...Is he okay?... did he hurt his legs or something? although at some point, he briefly stated, "Uhmm... I got a younger brother too, he's called Hiroyuki." and continued gazing. Then, once the guy finally got back on his feet, things got even weirder. After another minute or so, telling the boy about himself, Seijuro suddenly got.. literally right up Makoto's face, even going as far as to grab his jaw... semmingly analyzing him. "Uhmm?..." And.. again, the guy managed to make him speechless, although the expression he made, was probably more than enough to see what was currently going through his mind. It was basically pure confusion, mixed with a tad bit of uncomfortableness, plastered all across his face.... and the comment, Seijuro made once he was done moving Makoto's head around like a doll's, didn't really change that look. A faint red found its way onto The boy's face after a short moment of realization. He scratched his cheek, eyes still locked onto the red haired guy, and stated, "Uhmm.. t-thanks?" Then, right after His response, the elevator came to a halt, its door opening shortly after. The boy shifted his gaze slowly away from Seijuro, taking a quick peek over into the hallway. "We.. uhmm.." He moved his hand up to his mouth, letting out a cough to clear his mind, more than the throat, before continuing, "Well, uhh... we should get going."

Ioko blinked as the strange man suddenly closed he door before her and remained inside. She didn't think much of it and got on her feet again, taking a look on her phone. Her room should be one floor down, so the girl got into a elevator and pressed the button. After a while the thing stopped and she waited for the iron door to open. Once it did she stepoed out, next to her, an other lift stopped and Makoto and Seijuro stepped outside. Ioko smiled towards the two as she ran up to them. She just waved and kept beside them, watching Makoto with raised eyebrows as he cheeks showed a red flush. "You worked out Makoto or something?" the female said as she pointed towards his cheeks. Quickly she shifted her eyes to Seijuro. "Or did he hit you...hit on you?" she laughed on her own little joke and held her hand for her mouth as she did so. @Suzumaki Arakai @BobbyW


Satsuki was already in the room and watched with amazement how it looked. Once Hali asked if she could come in, he male set one foot outside the beautiful room and grinned. "God come here!" he chuckled and grabbed her hand, pulling her into the room. "I mean, this room is big enough for twenty men..why not for the two of us?" he continued while Shishio let go of her hand. @Spotine

Hali giggled as Satsuki pulled her inside of the room. "Well, it's the boy's room, I didn't want to seem creepy." She said, blushing a little. He dropped her hand, and her heart fluttered a little. Hali looked around. "This room is amazing! Better than any hotel I've ever stayed in." She said as she stepped forward. She set down her luggage, as it was getting a little heavy now. Hali stretched her arms up. "We're gonna get used to this hotel and not want to go back to camping." She said, giggling a little. "I'm looking forward to a nice hot shower." She said, putting her hands on her hips and smiling.

Hali giggled as Satsuki pulled her inside of the room. "Well, it's the boy's room, I didn't want to seem creepy." She said, blushing a little. He dropped her hand, and her heart fluttered a little. Hali looked around. "This room is amazing! Better than any hotel I've ever stayed in." She said as she stepped forward. She set down her luggage, as it was getting a little heavy now. Hali stretched her arms up. "We're gonna get used to this hotel and not want to go back to camping." She said, giggling a little. "I'm looking forward to a nice hot shower." She said, putting her hands on her hips and smiling.

Satsuki smiled and placed his hands on his hips as Hali started to discover the room for herself. "I wish all my friends and loved ones could see this." a sigh escaped his lips as he thought of his father who had lived most of his life struggling to earn enough. "But sharing this enjoyment with my travel companions is good enough!" the male chuckled and walked towards the window to be amazed by the view. "Senna is already in the girls room so you can just take a shower there I think." he said as his head almost touched the glass. "Or you can shower here, if you dare." Shishio turned around so that he was facing her and crossed his arms over his chest as he was teasing Hali. "Up to you ma'am" the male continued while a daring expression slipped on Satsuki's face
