ok so now that he's been rejected can u tell as why he got a eyepatch

Originally, I plan to reveal that the eyepatch contains a mutated eye, or "dojutsu", which is the main source of his stockpiled power. After digesting the DNA of Superhero Man, the power he receives has a cost, and he chose his left eye. Like before, as Norm has no moderation with his power, he has no control over his mutated eye. This eye, when activated, can release the full potential of his power, such as instantly recharging his power and even GO BEYOND 100% up until 1000%, where he will make the most devastating move using all of his stockpiled power to cause a much more collateral result.

No, the powers can be somewhat mystical in nature, but as long as it isn't straight up magic or god-given abilities it's good. It's just that powers are a bit more scientific in nature so keep that in mind when using her ability ^^

Personality: Cold and seemingly detatched rodney likes to act as if he has no cares or emotional ties to anyone or anything. But this is quite obviously a defense mechanism. In truth he cares a great deal, about his plans , his associates, and most importantly those he holds dear. He is just afraid that if he shows it, he will make his enemies target those things.

Backstory {O}: Rodrick was born to a wealthy family in the spotlight of the world. They were the owners of several research and development facilities and had billions at their disposial. However every family has their secrets. In the king family it was a long history of abuse, verbal, physical, and sexual. As the oldest of three rodrick was often the one to recieve most of the aggression his father held. But when his sister turned 13 his father turned his attention to her, It was right around this time that Rodricks powers awakened and he put an end to the abuse permanently. He killed his father flr his actions, then his mother for her inaction. However they must have had some remorse as they left their family fortune to the children and because Rodricks power left no evidence he was never a suspect. He and his siblings each inherited 10 billion and one of the three research and development companies. Rodrick was quick to buy his siblings out and made back the money he gained five fold. He sells top of the line equipments and supersuits to the hero organizations of the world, while secretly doing the same for villains and putting himself in the center of a superpowered battle for the city.

Strengths:
Vast wealth- Rodrick has over 15 billion dollars at his disposal at any given time, his companies each bring in about 10 billion per year half of which goes back into the companies and the other half is invested in various sub companies

Access to advanced technologies- Rodricks companies supply heroes and villains alike with gadgets, weapons, and suits. It would only take a phone call to get these things for himself.

Very manipulative- one doesnt build an international company without a bit of plotting a scheming, he has been running three and as such is very good at underhanded tactics.

Genius- more feared than his powers are his ruthless tactics, Rodrick prides himself on his intellect and with good reason, his I.Q is 206 making him one of the most intelligent men on the planet.

Weaknesses:
In the Limelight-A wealthy and powerful man like Rodrick cannot even go out to diner without someone noticing, while not impossible, it makes it hard for him to keep his plans under wraps.

Just a man- his powers are useful yes, but they cannot stop bullets or blades, not easily at least. Due to this he must be careful as it only takes a lucky shot to put him down.

Paranoia- both a strength and a weakness, his history has rodrick convinced that people are out to get him. As such he does poorly in social situations and is very hard to trust people especially those who say they love him.

Abilities:
Money management- Rodrick is an ace at accounting he is able to manage billions on his own, and often does so out of a lack of trust for other accountants.

Silver tounge- talking is Rodricks strongest point, listening to his speeches is actually quite dangerous as it is very likely that he can sway even the hardest of cases.

The trial force- Rodrick has put together a squad of excellent lawyers, even if caught they can usually get him off, and make him look like the victim.

Inspiration-one of rodricks most dangerous qualities is his ability to inspire people. He can turn his worst enemy into his most loyal ally with money, power, and the belief that he is infact doing the right thing, is on the right side of history, and will succeed with or without help.

Equipment:
The suit- The white regal buisness suit that rodrick often wears is actually a marvel of modern technology. It has many layers of armor, padding, and electronics. This allows it to be bulletproof, explosion and blade resistant, fire and ice proof, and regulates its temperature to keep him comfortable. In worst case scenarios the suit has several flashbangs set up in his buttons, and four frag grenades disguised as his cufflinks.

The Watch- Rodricks watch is again a piece of important gadgetry. It doubles as a communicator which has a variety of features, it allows him to communicate with his subordinates, listen in on others communications such as heroes and police, and it even has a scrabler which prevents his being seen on camera, or heard via microphone.

The ring- Rodricks ring is actually a high powered Lazer which can cut through reinforced steel in a few seconds, not usable for combat because it takes a while, he can however overload the core and cause it to become a pretty powerful explosive.

The Gun- Rodricks gun is actually not special, but the ammo it shoots is. He has three different magazines on him at any time, the depleated urainium bullets are heavy granting them excellent stopping power, and giving those wounded by it radiation poisoning, the White phospherous rounds burn incredibly hot carving through most armor with ease, and the liquid shock rounds, are non lethal but painful, and devastating to machines.

King Of souls- Rodricks power is strange, It started with one single invisible servant named Grom. This servant is invisible to the naked eye, thermal, and infrared, but it can be seen by those close to death and with EM vision. It stands 9ft tall, and looks like it is wearing a skull of a dinosaur on its head. It cannot phase through matter instead it smashes through it and answers to Rodricks thoughts. Grom is an extension of Rodrick so it can only see, hear, and percieve the world through Rodrick. If grom kills a being, their soul becomes chained to Rodrick and becomes another of his souls. The more souls he has chained to him the more Youth and longevity he has (however a bullet to the head will always be fatal.)

Catalysts {O}:
Recruitment-Anyone killed by Rodricks power can become a new Soul at his disposial if he wills it so, however they must be killed by Grom, not another soul. The more souls he gains the more he can do similtainiously.

Blockages/Inhibitors {O}:
Salt- Grom is a dark spirit so the defence against him is pretty simple...a ring of salt. He cannot cross lines made of salt, and if a person were to sirround themselves with it he couldnt touch them, all other souls share this weakness.

Limits:
Grom can only be controlled when Rodrick is conscious, when he is asleep or knocked out grom is free to do as he pleases, he can only venture 30 years away from Rodrick before he disapates, and the souls must stay within 30 yards of grom or they move on.
If Rodrick is surrounded by a circle of salt He is effectively cut off from his power. Extra souls are as powerful as they were in life, but grom never lived and as such his limits are a bit higher. He can lift up to 10 tons, and is resistant to nearly all forms of damage, he can interact with inorganic matter only, the same is true for all of the souls at rodricks disposial. This means they cannot touch and influence a living being, however machines and inanimate objects can be possessed. Rodrick currently has nine Souls in addition to Grom. His mother and fathers souls, the souls of three members of the old board that ran his first company, a poor scientist who figured out who was behind Rodricks parents deaths, a man who tried to mug rodrick in an alleyway, and a couple who was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Personality: Paul is a man who cares for nothing except for his sister. He rarely if ever has an opinion about anything and he does his utmost to keep it that way, hed rather let his sister call the shots and he rolls with the punches.
Sephy on the otherhand is exhuberant and eternally optimistic which helps to keep paul in check. She often guides the two of them to do better, working with other heroes and keeping them both out of trouble.
Backstory {O}:
Paul and sephy Both grew up together in a family that sat on the cusp of lower middle class. Thekr parents worked for everything they had even owned, and the two learned at a young age the benifits of hard work, and a bit of friendly compitition. They both enlisted in the marines when they became 18 years old, neother had the heart to let the other go in alone, nor the intention of letting the other surpass them. They kept each other on their toes, each trying to one up the other, and each having to put their best foot forward or look like the Lame twin. Yet they both harbored a secret, their powers.
When their abilities came to light they expected the worse, dishonorable discharge, perhaps even court marshal. yet the miliatary had different plans and signed each other them up for the Enhanced soldier program. There an armor suit was built for each of them and they trained in the usage of their abilities and their augmentations. It wasnt until three months had gone by that they realized the horrible side effect. The suits were techno-organic Symbiotes, and they merged with the twins. Feeling betrayed and used Sephy opted to leave the military, and paul followed. The two now lead a double life, Their armor is technically property of the united states military but since they cannot take it off they have been branded fugitives from the law, yet neither is willing to stay in hiding while the world needs them.
Strengths:
Paul- Extreme loyalty, Can take loads of punishment, doesnt think too much.
Sephy- excellent leadership, quick thinking, And very friendly.
Weaknesses:
Paul- relies too heavily on his powers, occasionally he gets to feeling like he is trapped in his own armor, has panic attacks as a result, cares about his sisters safety above all else.
Sephy- Cares about her brother alot, is naive, extreme distrust of any organization.
Abilities:
Sephy-Excellent strategist, Master marksman, CQC trained.
Paul- fearless, Master of CQC, Trained marksman.
Equipment:
Paul-
Powersuit Ex-model 3: pauls powersuit is armed with kinetic dampeners that lessen any physical attacks, and energy redundancy sheilds which weaken energy based attacks.

Sledge Driver gauntlets- to amplify his already impressive strike force his gauntlets are able to absorb energy his suit cancels and channel it into his knuckles allowing for devastating impacts

ESVE helmet- Standing for environmentally Sealed Visual enhancer, his helmet allows him to operate in the depths of the ocean, the vacuum of space, and even in poisonous chemicals. It also allots him Thermal vision and night vision.

Sephy-
Las cannon- a laser cannon built into sephys arm, this cannon has rapid fire, power shot, and even homing rockets.

Drone factory- the small orbs that follow her are recon drones that can scan an area for her, they can also explode on a whim. She can have three drones active at a time, and it takes 30seconds to build a new one if it is downed.

ESVE-2.0 helmet- an upgraded version of pauls helmet, sephy's allows her the same features but is sheilded against radiation, and offers infrared, and Em visual range.

Both-
Exo skeletal reinforcement: both paul and sephy have this in thier suitsit boosts their strength, speed and durability 5x their normal levels.

Neuronet mesh- this allows both paul and sephy to be in control of their suits via thought and protects their minds from intrusions, while also protecting their suits from hacking (sephys drones can still be hacked.)

Paul-
Super strength & stamina: pauls power is very straight forward, he is strong enough to lift up to 20 tons, with the suit bonus that gives him 100 tons worth of power, and comparable durability. However more remarkable is his inability to produce fatigue toxins, meaning he never grows tired.

Sephy-
superspeed & stamina- Sephy is capable of running at 190mph, with the suits bonus that puts her at around 950mph allowing her to outpace most bullets and missiles. She needs her suits helmet to see while moving at that speed. Like her brother she shares the inability to grow tired.

Catalysts {O}:
The suits-their suits boost their powers considerably, adrenaline will also boost their abilities as they are physical in nature.
Blockages/Inhibitors {O}: The suits are succeptible to emps and powerful changes in electrical currents, if overloaded the suits shut down for a few minutes making paul and sephy rely on their natural powers, a bit hard when wearing a several hundred pound deadweight suit
Limits:
Paul- paul can lift a maximum of 100 tons without threatening the integrity of his suit. If the suit breaks while trying to lift something he can be severely injured or even killed as without it he is 1/5th as strong.

Sephy- the same can be said for sephy, pushing her limits can cause her to break the suit, at which point she will be moving far too fast and the fall alone coukd kill her.

Super strength & stamina: pauls power is very straight forward, he is strong enough to lift up to 20 tons, with the suit bonus that gives him 100 tons worth of power, and comparable durability. However more remarkable is his inability to produce fatigue toxins, meaning he never grows tired.

Sephy-
superspeed & stamina- Sephy is capable of running at 190mph, with the suits bonus that puts her at around 950mph allowing her to outpace most bullets and missiles. She needs her suits helmet to see while moving at that speed. Like her brother she shares the inability to grow tired.

Catalysts {O}:
The suits-their suits boost their powers considerably, adrenaline will also boost their abilities as they are physical in nature.
Blockages/Inhibitors {O}: The suits are succeptible to emps and powerful changes in electrical currents, if overloaded the suits shut down for a few minutes making paul and sephy rely on their natural powers, a bit hard when wearing a several hundred pound deadweight suit
Limits:
Paul- paul can lift a maximum of 100 tons without threatening the integrity of his suit. If the suit breaks while trying to lift something he can be severely injured or even killed as without it he is 1/5th as strong.

Sephy- the same can be said for sephy, pushing her limits can cause her to break the suit, at which point she will be moving far too fast and the fall alone coukd kill her.

Personality: Johnathan O'hare is simply, outdated. His mannerisms, morale code, and even his beliefs,are from another century. He isnt racist or sexist by any means but he believes that people should be a limit to what is acceptible. A line that shouldnt be crossed, and he is that line.
Backstory {O}: Johnathan O'hare was born centuries ago in the 1600s he wasnt born to a wealthy family, nor did he have many opportunities. But that made it easy, when a woman he loved died of disease, because he didnt have much to leave behind. He attempted to take his life by leaping off of a high towered church. However thats when he discovered that he could not die. He rose from the bloodspattered pavement with a new purpose, his uniqueness made him a no longer fear the unknown. He drifted thriugh life for a few decades handling several budding criminals but his life didnt change much until the 1700s when he sailed to the americas with the settlers of plymouth rock. He fought in every war the american nation has been involved in. The real change came in the 80s when he realized his healing was slowing down. After loosing an arm to a napalm explosion in vietnam he met with a scientist to see why it was that he couldnt grlw it back. The answers the scientist gave him were that he was ageing, and he proposed a solution in the form of several implants to increase his preformance. Johnathan accepted, unaware that the scientist was actually a villain. The implants were a success but allowed the scientist to control Johnathan. Once he was stopped by some fellow heroes he returned to the scientist and killed him, destroying his backup control programs as well. Since then he has worked with the heroes of today in order to be better prepared for the threats he is now "too old" to handle alone.
Strengths:
Very hard to put down- even without his healing factor johnathan is as tough as nail.

Best shot alive-trick shots out the yin yang, plus very accurate at up to 300 yards. He also is very very quick on the draw.

Very skilled Fistfighter- you dont drink in shady bars for almost 500 years and not learn a little something from it. Johnathan is no super skilled martial artist but he does know how to throw a punch and how to take them.
Weaknesses:
Stubborn- Johnathan will not back down unless forced to, even if the opponent is many times more powerful than he is.

It is made of titainium tungstien carbide and is one of the hardest metals on the planet. It can fold out a sheild to cover his body, can launch the hand out with a 300ft steel microcord conecting it to the joint so he can zipline places. And can lift up to 4 tons. It is grafted down his ribcage to his spine so his back doesnt break when preforming these feats. Its final mkd, was recentky added and it allows him to grind metal into usable bullets for his gun.

Blockages/Inhibitors {O}:
Being Frozen or set ablaze will nearly nullify his power, he cannot regenerate as fast as fire damages him, nor can his cells respond while frozen.
Limits:
Regenrating limbs, organs, and death without the Chasis is almost impossible. Also he cannot heal damage that is still in effect, for example if decapitated or impaled through his head, one would need to reattach his head, or remove the object that is in it.

Also if I may add, having such a powerful healing factor, and then having armor is quite OP ik that it only applies to the arm and chest, but it reeks of an OP power.

I see. I wasnt going for much just giving him a fair chance is all. Otherwise hes just a western guy.
As for the technology it isnt very advanced, we already have defibulators and dialysis machines which is basically the chasis, the arm is a stretch and ill give you that the tracer is a bit much.

What technologies are out of place i can remove them :)
 
Duely noted, perhaps ill just deleate him and add a different third. However i disagree with the op assessment, Killing someone and defeating them are two very different things.

After this she slught the heroes of tomorrow, leaving her college life behind for training, guidence, and the ultimate rush.

Confidence- Madalyn is a doer, its what she does. She rarely if evef doubts herself and almost always has faith in her teammates

Versatile- Madalyn has a wide range of uses for her powers, shes fast enough to catch most criminals, strong enough to trade punches with the big ones, amd tough enough that few need to worry about her safety.

Adrenaline micro injections- in the hidden glove compartments are 12 individual micro adrenaline shots meant to trigger her power in emergency situations, and can save her life in certain cases.

Catalysts {O}: The synthesised Adrenaline micro injectors can be used when she needs a boost, it is dangerous but it can double her output for half the normal time.

Blockages/Inhibitors {O}: Any kind of sedative can reduce her powers or cancel her ability to produce adrenaline altogether.

Limits:
Time- Adrenaline rushes are not permanent, and they put strain on the body, even in her case. The longest she can sustain a single adrenaline rush is for about 3 minutes.

Her heart- the human body can only take so much and madelyns heart is put under alot of strain when she uses her power. As such any more than three rushes in an hours time is enough to cause her to have a heart attack or worse.

Just don't bullshit the limits. Also adrenaline does not actually improve reflexes THAT much, so don't make her dodge bullets like that.

Normal adrenaline doesnt but her adrenaline isnt normal. I assure you there will be no powerplaying or god modding.

Dodging bullets requires enhanced reflexes of some sort, not an adrenaline buff. Bullets move REALLY fast. So...you might have to change it. She can already lift 10 tons, I mean...cmon man.

Have you ever read heroes? There is a scene where a man gains flight and superstrength. He flys around and does some cool stuff but he steps in front of a car to stop it, since he has no durability the car hits him and he dies bleeding internally. It isnt the fact that i want my character to be powerful more so well rounded, you could make a badass character but if they die from a stray bullet then they wernt exactly a good character to begin with. No worries im not exactly sure i want this character anymore.

It's well rounded characters which typically pose the issue in superhero RPs. They are usually the ones who are used to godmode, powerplay, and overall be "I'm better than you." The point is to have diverse characters, not have an army of characters who all have the same powerset to avoid accidental deaths.
