I think i'll have Len just wander into her apartment. I'm assuming it looks wrecked and stuff from the outside so it wouldn't be too hard to get inside?

The door is reinforced steel. Though, the second floor windows would be easy to get into. Might even be a crack in the wall somewhere on the bottom floor. Front door would be a no go tho . Unless he ripped it off. It's got electricity, furniture, and TV. Its just run down on the entire left side of it save for the lobby.
