Ok, here is what I have so far 4 lore
First, are their "Scrying Bones", which they called "Sil Fen's Fingers/Nasci's Hand"
"Sil Fen's Fingers/Nasci's Hand" is what the Tikaani call the bones they use seek guidance from their god. The bones are essentially scying bones that only the Shaman or the Shaman's apprentice may use.
These scrying bones are a set of knuckle bones with ancient Tikaani ruins carved into them, 1 for each element (Earth, Water, Fire, Air), 1 for each of the three planes of existence and three more for the essence of life (Food, Water, Love).
The bones may be cast at any time, but the message will be most clear during a full moon. When casting the bones the Shaman must cut their paw and use the blood to make a circle on the ground. The shaman must say a certain ritual, lick the bones to connect their spirit with Nasci's will and then drop the bones into the circle and interpret their message.
To create Scrying Bones, you must follow a special ritual. First, the Shaman or the Shamans apprentice must kill a creature, the more rare and elusive creature the more powerful the bones will be. The animal MUST be caught during a full moon otherwise the bones will not work. The Shaman must then bring the animal back to the pack lands, placing the animal's body on top of a stone under the moonlight. The shaman must then remove the creature's knuckles form it's body, burying it's flesh, meat and other bones in honor of the animal's sacrifice. The Shaman then will proceed to offer a prayer to Nasci and carve the runes before the night is up for the most powerful results.
