First, fix the code. That is extremely tedious and difficult to use. Second, his ability is too much, it can resemble the color yet not the texture or hardness of something he looks like. Third with his appearance...please alter it just a bit. They worship the goddess of nature meaning your character would be seen either as some deity or a fraud and exiled for blasphemy. And finally he does and will always have the scent of their race no matter what he mimics.

ill change everything else but the apperance, i had posted that picture yestarday and claimed it, you did not say anything about it till now. It took forever to actually find a picture i was satisfied with

I'm sorry but I cannot accept you then, if you recall I was also busy trying to get the lore together yesterday. I have been strict with everyone else and I will not bend for anyone.


Maybe his fur is the color of the forest yet it doesn't actually have plant life?

quite the control freak arent we, im not changing the appearance, i was willing to compromise with you by changing everything else but that, what you see in the picture, is what you get. His power isnt too much because again, and octopus can do it. It changes both the texture and color of its skin to match its surroudings, something that is biologically done and proven cannot not be too much

Honey this is called being strict. If I was a control freak, I'd have 10 characters taking up all the power positions and making people claim characters I already made. You are the category? This is fantasy meaning things don't always have to be scientifically proven and they won't even know what an octopus is. You saying that he could change everything about him to even smell like what he's mimicking means that no one is able to find him at all. I'm sorry but this is where I stand, and I'm pretty sure you knew coming into this that I would be strict when judging characters.

@Hollowed Kadaver she was willing to compromise on the picture as long as it wasn't plant life. The ability is a bit too much in my opinion, maybe you should find a way to tone it down just a tiny bit.

Honey this is called being strict. If I was a control freak, I'd have 10 characters taking up all the power positions and making people claim characters I already made. You are the category? This is fantasy meaning things don't always have to be scientifically proven and they won't even know what an octopus is. You saying that he could change everything about him to even smell like what he's mimicking means that no one is able to find him at all. I'm sorry but this is where I stand, and I'm pretty sure you knew coming into this that I would be strict when judging characters.

ill compromise, only because my gf doesnt want me to leave, im not changing the appearance, his smell doesnt change, he just smells like that because of all the lycan growing, GROWING, on his fur. As for biological functions, ill take away the texture change but color changing has to stay

Drop the roots and make it so the green is all fur. Logically, if you wanted him to have plants on him, he would have to preform photosynthesis instead of consuming food and at the bottom of a forest it's kinda hard.


Trust me, if you allow that I'll throw in something with your character later down the line in the RP.

You can though say he has only recently become her apprentice, I plan on having their first trip to Fiik Grotto be quite early on.

Drop the roots and make it so the green is all fur. Logically, if you wanted him to have plants on him, he would have to preform photosynthesis instead of consuming food and at the bottom of a forest it's kinda hard.

hmmmm, i understand the logic of the photsythesis argument, me being a biologist/ecologist myself, I dont like the idea of green fur though, it sounds kinda cheesy, uncreative really. As for throwing something in for my character, you dont have to do that.

For the rights of passage I had an idea I'd like you to "OK"


So I was thinking when a wolf hits the age of 15, They are sent out to climb a mountain (the same mountain every time, the mountain would hold a religious value of sorts). Along they up this mountain they would face various "challenges", all unique for each wolf. Once they reach the top they will find an object awaiting them, telling them what they are meant to be. If it's a tooth/claw, a warrior, if it's a dead animal, a hunter, if it's a necklace a shaman and so on.


What do you think?
