Nation Building Ghost in the Machine

Well, I'm honestly not keen on the race either. I'm not keen on delving super deep into psionics as I've already told Jarkov and Neo when they were planning something.

I understand you're really wanting to take part in the RP so I won't shut you out but I'm also not going to accept the race as currently written. I'll also point out that this RP is detailed this time around, not casual, and I'll expect posts to match that. From everyone if I haven't made that clear but I haven't had cause for concern yet.

As for detail in the CS I think Bob's was a rather good turn around from the original CS he posted and would be a good idea to at least match that perhaps?

I think I can be detailed enough without writing an essay each time I post. I don't want to sound angry or aggressive, I'm just a little confused. You really don't have to explain every single effect to be detailed, unless you want to spoil all the fun.

Ah that makes more sense. So, psionics aren't allowed anymore? I think I can make a new character/race sheet then. Does my character sheet actually have to go and explain every vehicle, arsenal weapon, and culture of my race or can it follow the template?

Not so much disallowed as I'm not letting entire races utilize them. At most it would be limited to higher up individuals of great power and such.

And no, personally I don't give a rat's ass about weaponry and vehicles. I enjoy seeing a races history as well as the factions history, preferably in such a way that it shows me why they are who they are today. Same goes for character history and personality.

It was up to mine, had a lot of scenery description and versatility with the small amount of characters present.

It showed thought processes on your main character while also providing a sense of movement.

I'm not gonna lie and say that I'd sell my house and liver for the post but as far as starting posts go I'd say you've done a swell job.

Hmm

There were a lot if descriptions I didn't find extremely relevant. Buuut the only time I'm against that is when someone describes things in-depth and only has a paragraph of character involvement, as in using description to fluff the post to a minimum length which I hate. But you supported it with plenty of character involvement as and you were setting the scene so in my book that's a good post.

Two thumbs up yo

I switch in between which isn't exactly proper grammar but on this site people only care if your post is good

That one point when you really want to get in... but nothing iz happening. God I really want to just ruin peoples days and make others.

Also @Bobisdead123 did you read all the CS's?

P.P.S Patrick the Smart Is my hero of life

Uh yes, why?

Ah no worries. When I actually get involved with someone I always pull up their cs so no worries

I'm not gunna attack anyone... Yet.

Just gunna send in a battle fleet and some landing parties

Looks like he's going to attack someone now and it's probably me.

The M-carrier seems a bit smallish to me.

20 humans + 10 landingships * 10 = M.carrier. Human body constitution being around average of 1.92m plus being twenty in total would need the dropship to be atleast around 30m in length, 5 meters in with and 10m in height. Alright add it up and times it by the number ten. Assuming this carrier has a hangar, The hanger's dimension would have to be between 300-400m in length, 130m witdth and 200m in height. I'm going go ahead and guess that the carrier built around that hanger and that it makes the majority of its mass and add a bit of a percentage that goes with the other areas of the ship.

Now then. For the other ships I have little to no clue how big those guys would be. I purely guessing at this point. The Klavikan ships are smaller than the M.carrier but not by a great margin and the frigates seem to be tremendously smaller than either ship type making them almost pointless.

Hurrrr... I dare you to attack us :3

Uh, the M.carrier is of Klavikan design so it is quite large for its type, as are all Klavikan ships.

Also I am not humans (although your probably just using using the height for reference)

Purely for the sake of things in going to say that the Carrier can deploy 1000 men and many fighters (100?). I chose to send only 200 Rovilan style (hence how small they are) landing ships since there is no reason for my nation to assume there is anyone on the station besides your men. Also the Rovlian ships are built.for speed and they want to reach the station quickly

The Rovilan frigates are skirmisher missile ships made for speed.

I daresay 25 of me versus your one would not be pretty... For you.

Of course my ships aren't all powerful super ships so anything's possible

...Mmmm... it's inevitable

Your guys are not gonna like what's going to be on that station.

Yes. I haven't heard a good rant in a while now.

It makes me nostalgic just thinking about all the stuff we've said last time.
