I can add backgrounds to tabs, including resizing it.

Also, I can fix the background to make it not scroll. (In other words, it would be a fixed position.)

I like the look of what you had, it looked very organised. If you could find a png version of the chinese zodiac for the top image, that would be super cool! and the colour scheme I think would look nice is:

As for the Golden Week event,

and I have been discussing different events for the holiday, and we wanted to ask you all if you wanted to stay at home/the estate and the surrounding area, or if you wanted to go traveling to a whole new location (like in the anime when the gang went to the house on the mountain and the spa run by Ritsu's mom)? Once I get everyone's input, I'll make another poll that will include different activities they can do depending on your majority vote
