No. In the rules it says no species outside of the ones named.

Closest to monsters would be orcs, goblins and hobgoblins.

Though orcs, goblins and hobgoblins can only be lesser nobility, tribal chiefs or servants in this setting. An orc/goblin/hobgoblin baron from Silversand or Liviania is totally possible. It would just mean their tribe has been largely culturally assimilated.

Yes that is what I was thinking just instead as one of the wolf-demihumans. I was thinking that they were a normal human once and became a werewolf.

Wolf demi-human would be human with wolf ears, tail and fangs. A former human turned wolf-demihuman would only exist through fairy magic/fairy pranks.

No. At least not intended. Vampires may exist but could only survive in society if they kept away as civilians or be lower nobility who dont mingle with other nobles.

Only shapeshifting would be through shapeshifting magic or druidism
