[Telios]

Tupus watched quietly, just sitting there on the floor.

 

[azimuth]

Scarlet finally recovered, and turned to face the gryphon. The gryphon promptly nuzzled her, and scarlet now let out a chirruping sound. Though this one was a happy one. They apparently began a conversation in owlish. Zack would be in an even worse mood, and he began searching the house again, for something to do.

 

[Telios]

Tupus slowly got up and headed out of the room.

 

[azimuth]

Zacks searching was for a spot to sleep. So, his wings dangled down as he lay across a rafter.

 

[Telios]

Tupus went to the living room and watched for any agents looking for them.

 

[azimuth]

So far, there were no people with rifles standing around the place. While the gryphon and Scarlet have their discussion, a helicopter does fly over the house. Though it was a cruddy old thing that is barely staying airborne. It passes, the pilot opting not to see how long his rode could hover stationery for. A little while after that, scarlet and the gryphon wander from the room. Scarlet searches for tupus, and once she finds him, looks to the gryphon and gestures to tupus with her wing. The gryphon tilted her head at tupus, but didn't seem at all afraid anymore. Scarlet waved her wing at tupus again, and the gryphon hesitantly began to approach him.

 

[Telios]

Tupus sighed as he stared into oblivion, trying to remember if he has any siblings or parents. He can't remember anything so he gave up, hugging his knees. The gryphon walked into his sight and he looked over at her. Reaching out a hand to the gryphon, he tested if she was still afraid of him or not.

 

[azimuth]

The gryphon took a step back when tupus held his hand out. Scarlet quickly hopped passed her and forced her head into tupus hand. She was showing the gryphon that tupus was not something to fear. And apparently, the gryphon understood that. Scarlet moved aside and gestured to tupus hand with her wing. The gryphon slowly and carefully stepped forward. Hers eyes locked on to tupus, gauging him. She stopped for a moment.... When she was satisfied tupus was no threat, she nibbled on tupus hand. It wouldn't hurt at all. Scarlet fell over, churring.

 

[Telios]

Tupus smiled and gently scooped the gryphon up, petting her.

 

[azimuth]

The gryphon eeped and leapt away. Scarlet recovered from a laughing fit, and zack threw down a pencil and note pad. "now leave me alone." he said to her. Scarlet gathered the pencil and note pad, and began to write. "little steps, tupos." she misspelled his name, but it didn't really matter much. She held the notepad so tupus could read it.

 

[Telios]

Tupus nodded and reached out a hand at the gryphon, trying again.

 

[azimuth]

Scarlet looked to the gryphon again, and ye again gestured to tupus hand. The gryphon again, cautiously approached. This time, she nuzzled his hand.

 

[Telios]

Tupus let the gryphon nuzzle his hand, watching her with a smile.

 

[azimuth]

After a minute if nuzzles, she stopped to look at Tupus with big, golden, pleading eyes. She chirruped, and scarlet wrote something done and showed it to Tupus. "she's hungry."

 

[Telios]

Tupus looked at the bag in his hand. He still has a couple of burgers left so he took one out and gave it to the gryphon. "Can she eat this?" He asked Scarlet.

 

[azimuth]

The griffin curiously sniffed at the burger, and scarlet wrote something down. "she'll eat anything." the burger is then snatched from Tupus hand and the gryphon skittered away to eat.

 

[Telios]

Tupus smiled, watching the gryphon eat. "So she is also an hybrid made by them like us, right?" He asked Scarlet.

 

[azimuth]

"yes. She was meant to be a pet for the head lab monkeys son. Her name is" Scarlet paused on writing, and hooted to the gryphon, who had a beakful of burger. Once she swallowed, peppa chirruped back, and Scarlet wrote "peppa."

 

[Telios]

"Peppa huh..." Tupus looked over at the gryphon. He slowly got up and over to her.

 

[azimuth]

Peppa stopped eating the burger to look at Tupus... She snatched the burger and scurried away again. Scarlet wrote on a new page. "let her eat. She's half starved."

 

[Telios]

Tupus nodded with soft sigh. "Alright..." He then walked to the windows and looked outside for anyone. He could heard choppers in the distance but not too close to them.

 

[azimuth]

Scarlet would wander over to Peppa, and chirruped some. After a few moments of thinking, and another chirrup from Scarlet, peppa bit a little bit of meat patty off and Scarlet wandered over to collect it.

 

[Telios]

Tupus heard that the chopper's sounds are getting closer. He grew worried and went to find Zack.

 

[azimuth]

Zack was sleeping in the rafters, as he had been earlier. Though the sound of the choppers disturbed him. "let's bail." he said as he hopped down. "scarlet, find them. Tell me when where good to go." Scarlet quickly scarfed down the piece of patty and flew out a broken window.

 

[Telios]

Tupus went back to Peppa. "Can you hurry up? We need to go..." He asked, looking around worriedly.
