Futuristic Empires of Talveria

"Most excellent, you have our thanks miss." The old Reetain smiled inside his suit and bowed his head foward.

"This'll make things easier." said the elderly woman as research team fumbled with the tablet and as she said, the crew could now easily dishipher the language that the dubbed 'Ancients' have spoken. They scanned the holographic charcters and had them in thier own language on the tablet.

Eventually the xeno's where in flight, the good dr kept working on his warship. "Heh...noe then my race follow the signal...find out about what is going on"

The metallic spider humans, scuttle into several ships, zooming towards the signal of the relic. The dr kept communications on, as the xeno's got close they saw the several fleets.

A lone Quiturin ship exited slipspace, the engineers on board immediately went about scanning the area as the Ambassadors crowded around the viewport. Ambassador Giant 37 watched as the unknown ships grouped near the strange signal. The other two Ambassadors, Dealers, conversed about the possible outcomes of this incursion as 37 continued staring at the potential threats. The Giant dwarfed the Dealers by at least three times, so it was easily spotted when he turned and made way for the hangar. His massive boots emitting loud stomping sounds as he prepared for a possible send off.

The two dealers watched him go, "It would seem 37 is getting angsty." One stated as the other turned to the engineers working the controls of the ship.

"Would you kindly hail the station and slow our course?" the Dealer told them "We must keep this clean and quick."

"And the other ships?" Questioned the first Dealer

"Stay out of their way," replied the Second Dealer "we are here to study the signal. We shall engage in possible contacts after that goal has been met."

As the Engineers hissed back in their strange language an affirmitive and went about hailing the station for a possible transmission, one of the Dealers walked off to another part of the ship.

The scanning of the panel would reveal the station was studying 3 major projects in three major sections of the station. One in particular was mwntioned on this panel. It spoke of studying a highly advanced form of energy generation. The energy in question was called Xerillium cabable of generating power akin to the collective energy of a yellow star over its entire life cycle.

Ancient Station : Tranquility

The scientists were baffled by this discovery. They have discovered a new energy source!

Xerillium. How do you harvest it? What were it's properties? What could we use it for? What was it used for? The questions kept piling on the scientists. But The old captain didn't get ahead of himself and continue the scan.

"Alright that's one of the three projects. What are the other two though?" The old Reetain watched closely as his teammates work on the terminal. It's fascinating to know that whatever civilization existed had such capability of researching such a potent energy source.

Science Vessel : "Wandering Comet"/docked on station

The woman wasn't doing anything major except watching the gargantuan vessels that were already present on her visor. Then a surge occurred on her scanners that caught her attention away from the ships and the navigator reported soon after word.

"More ships have entered the area, ma'am."

"That's just great. They should contact those psionic aristrocats... whatever they are." She threw her head to the right hand side of the captian's chair.

"If anyone can do something with all of these races here, it would be those guys...".

The lord lady Hera mkved away from the scientist. Ahe walked over towerds a command console which displayed a screen showing a video feed to the uknown vessels appearing just a few moments ago. Her seers had alrrady proped their minds for a base language to speak to them. She looked towerds thee tall humanoid" to what do we owe tgis pleasure?" She stated.

As the Dealer continued giving orders to the crew he was interrupted by an incoming message that flared into existence on the viewport. He turned to look at the being and let his eyes scan over it for a bit before responding.

"Good evening, I am an Ambassador of The Aedeagus Hive coming in response to a signal that seems to have birthed attention from several other Unknowns." the Dealer spoke before glancing to the side momentarily as if distracted before returning his attention to her "With permission of the current party staking claim to the signal we request the chance to analyze and gather data on said signal."

The xenos shot forward, innitiating an attack, shootibg blue lasers, as the five xenos swirved between the fleets. Suddenly there communications whefe hijacked "well well....what have we here" (soz for short reply walkin dog)

[Rekic station tranquility]

The station suddebly came alive from outside the station began to extend two spherical devices each emitting green energy the same the altrerians used. A green shield foemned around the station.

[Assault capital ship sword of harbinger]

The lord turned to her officers each taping away at their consols" enemy fire send ship in threat level omega target those fighters." The ship began to turn its green enwrgy shilds shimered, as they were struck by laser fire. The ships own pladma batteries charged up along with various beam turrets. They began to target the enwmy fighters bright blue energy fired off carful not to friensly fire ships not attacking them.

The scientists of the Sovereign Colonies had also begun deciphering the symbols.

"Excuse me." One of the scientists Lady Hera. "Can you please assist us on what this is?"

The scientists pointed at the Sovereign Colonies scientists deciphering the symbols

Everyones communications begun coming on at once "well hello there" dr psycoro came out of the shadows his legs rattle as he walks "let me ask you....do you fear the past, because the kalids are the perfect species..."

The xeno's avoided the plasma fire, and kept returning fire.

Lady hera turned to the scientist " the devices is in your leaders hands it will do the same for you know please excuse me it would seem we are under attack." She said calmly.

The capital ships stil fired beam cannons hitting two of the fighters. The plasma cannons charged fully. The shields held somewhat draining. The other 2 frigate ships each fired at the fighters as well with with plasma bolts.

"Would you like us to go check the hangar?" One Sovereign Colonies trooper asked.

Science Vessel : "Wandering Comet"

"There seems to be an attacking going on towards the station." replied a male Reetain tapping on his high tech dashboard. The bridge flickered a bit as a scrawny ominous figure appeared on one of the monitors. The woman batted her eyes to see what's happening.

"Well hello there," He came from the shadows thus revealing a vexing being. Red skin color, horns and with a lower torso that's shaped like an arachnids abdomen.

"Let me ask you... Do you fear the past?" He quickly added "Because kalids are the persfect species."

"What did he say?" The woman eyed slightly amused at monitor. She could sense that this... thing.... wasn't in the right place of mind. What he said alone doesn't make any sense at all. He might be the lunatic that's attacking the station which for the time being is perfectly shielded and protected from the aggressors. One of the ships present responded by shooting back at those small vessels.

Ancient Station : Tranquility

"Mmmm... This might be troublesome..." The old Reetain captain narrowed his eyebrows.

"Alright. I'll sent out a group of researchers to go investigate the area where the 'Xerillium' is present." He pointed at fifteen individuals.

"Why now, we don't even know about the other projects that the terminal-"

"Because I don't know how long this peace will remain." The captain cut of one of the younger researchers. He eyed at the pale woman who just said that the station is under attack before returning his attention towards the lot of researchers.

"The location has been given on where this energy source may have been tested, i trust you to find it. Now go."

"We're following." Two Sovereign Colonies scientists said to the obese captain. "The other two will stay here with the terminal. We will personally hand you a copy of anything else we find on the terminal."

"Go away, you mongrels." Spouted the captain in an icy voice. He wasn't going to have these babarians tamper with their research. Their first impression is already enough to make the old man's blood boil.

"This is our find. Go look at the other projects on that terminal."

The moment the attack commenced the Dealer was interrupted by the sudden movement of the ship. He stumbled a bit as the Engineers prepared to out manuever the threat once their engines powered up. As the Dealer picked himself up and brushed his clothing Ambassador 37 entered the Bridge in a hurry. He quickly shoved the Dealer out of the way before growling to the Engineers. As they replied the Dealer once more picked himself up "37? I thought you were on your way to the Hangar?"

Before the Giant could respond the voice of the other Dealer arose from 37's radio.

"Ah, 37... If you made it back to the Bridge could you tell our comrade that we need him to take over at the Hangar?"

The Bridge Dealer immediately grabbed 37's radio "I'm present, why am I needed at the Hangar?"

"You'll see when you get there, I've got defenses to warm up." When the radio went silent 37 gestured with his head, the Dealer just sighed before jogging in the direction of the Hangar.

Elsewhere, the other Dealer arrived at the loading bay. Several Beast Riders were checking up on several slumbering Seede in large pens. The Dealer grabbed a small whistle and blew into it, causing the Seeders to shutter back to conciousness.

"Anti-Armaments up in three." the Dealer raised three fingers as four of the Seeders moved over to harnesses on the wall and let the Beast Riders secure them.

As that occured 37 and the other Dealer continued giving orders to the Engineers when suddenly another screen slid onto the viewport. Though the Engineers continued about their duties and 37 kept himself busy, the Dealer took it upon himself to actually listen to the speech. He kept a straight face up until the bit about being the "Perfect Species." At that he had to step back to have a chuckle over the silly claim.

[Relic station tranquility]

A long hall eay opened up when the scientist opened it via panel. It lit showing a long black corridor to a white cylinder room.

Meanwhile the capital ship outside along with the two frigates cleaned up any remaining fighters. While they took some damage to their shields. The lord lady Hera turned towerds the monitor, as coms came back. She looked again to the men aboard the unkown vessel" it would seem someone wishes a war on their hands." She said plainly.

37 gave a deep rumbling sigh before relaxing and ordering one of the Engineers to send messages to the other two Dealers on board. Once the unknown returned on the viewport, 37 faced towards it and tilted his large head to the side.

"As it would seem." he stated slowly "Though we will continue to consider caution as a prime state for now, the request for permission to land and analyze is still up."

In the Hangar, The Gas Barge was ready and the personnel planning to go were set. However, when the Dealer at the Bridge viewed a camera feed he noticed something new. There were two grunts securing a prisoner with metallic restraints.. It was another Theron, wearing more tattered and ramshackle armor. The Dealer paused as the Grunts dragged him away, shaking his head at the fact that a Groundwalker had made it aboard their vessel. It must have come onboard before they had left Goliath, the Dealer made note of that.

The other Dealer was in the loading bay when he had received the Bridge's message. "So we're finally close to some progress." He stated before turning to the Beast Riders "The situation seems to have been averted, but I would like to have you on standby just in case." Once done with that the Dealer exited the Loading Bay.

( Tank, don't follow them and do not post something that's a contradiction to this one. Seriously. )

The Reetian scientists have had enough of the 'Sovereign Colonies'. They are dangerous and annoying bunch. If they were to get the new energy for their already too-powerful military then all is lost for improving the Ito Federation.

"Have the coating secure their route." sighed one scientists from HQ as he touched his tablets.

"Those militant creatures want to follow the group and the captain doesn't like it."

In that instant As soon as the group had went down the long hallway some of the drones had secured their entrance with a special 'field' that is akin to plasma. How this field works if its sheer complexity in it's microscopic build up. Charged particles of gas, energy and bacterium work hand in hand, blocking out anything that doesn't match the Reetian genetic structure. Nothing can by pass it.

"With this the S.C can not follow us." said The captain as they had proceeded down the hall way. He smiled as the purple transparent cover shield blocked out the entrance.

The group of scientists and their small tear shaped drones have made it to A white room filled with towering cylinders.

"So this is where the Xerillium was being tested..." Mouthed the old man. The Scientists seporated from the group to explore the white room. The Captain too was looking for maybe something to use his tablet.

In the room tow white panels oprned up, as each one extended a consol. Ancient writing ran across the screen. However one panel had what seemned to bea hand scanner on the side. The xerillium glowed a bright neon yellow inside cylindrical tubes lining the wall to a central orb above them filled with the substance. A small needle like spire extended downwerds like a injector.

Hostages were taken, and the savages were sent in to take care of the heavy defenses that awaited them on the planet's only city. They had pushed the enemy half way before new orders came in from the Supreme Chancellor. With great displeasure, the Savages began falling back. The hostages, officers from this resistance, were brought forward before the entirety of the enemy force, and a cease-fire was called.
Looks of discontent were shared among the entirety of the Bakrahn forces as they gazed at their former leader. The commanding officer of the forces, General Tarkil, was called forward to negotiate with Valruk. Quickly, the bargaining for the hostages began, as they had critical skills needed by the Resistance.

"What do you want in return!?"

"The planet, in exchange, you take them"

"Five men aren't worth an entire planet of one billion!"

"Then I guess their blood will be on your hands.."

"Now wai-"

"Fire."

One hundred thousand Sorian soldiers, hiding within the surrounding buildings, raised hell upon the streets of the city. The civilians, now evacuated to the upper districts of the city, could only hear screams and gunfire before realizing that almost the entirety of the Bakrahn military was now gone.

Within mere seconds, rapid artillery and superb training brought down at least eight thousand of the thirty thousand Bakrahn forces, and half of the survivors were being killed in the full on attack. It was truly a good move.

General Tarkil made a run for it, going for cover behind an ancient trading stand, probably abandoned by it's owner months before now, when the war reached it's peak. Before Tarkil could make it to the stand, a pulse round entered his right leg's Achille's heel, and he quickly hit the ground.

As he got up, he faced a smiling Valruk, standing amongst the flames and bodies of those he had quickly attacked. Behind him, Tarkil could see the dead hostages, each shot in the head by Valruk with a single, precise aim, probably at the exact moment his men opened fire.

"You'll burn in Shrakraah for this..."

"I'll see you there", Valruk said in a re-assuring tone, pushing the General back with little struggle as he stood valiantly before his now weakened enemy. Another precise shot at Tarkil struck his head, and his body flew like a doll, bursting through the stand he thought he could use as cover, and landing nearby the crater-built trench his soldiers had retreated to.

And, in another hour, the Bakrahn-Sorian War had ended, and the Supreme Chancellor had once again been able to flaunt his Empire's ability to the galaxy once more. But, another issue was bothering him.....
[unkown solar system]

On a habitable earth sized planet a faint becon broadcasted out i to space in reaponse to the satalites own beacon. A ancient vessal aproximatly the length of 3 football fields, and one football field in width rested on the planets surface crashed. It was moatly intact with minor damage.

After the crash-landing was scanned and confirmed, two shuttles full of soldiers and officers were sent to investigate. They touched down fifty meters from the vessel, and approached with weapons raised. The officers took their backs, armed with advanced pulse pistols, trained on the vessel.

"If anything moves, aim at it. I'll do the talking", one of the officers barked into his COMM unit, advancing to a bit of debris, using it as a sort of cover. His squad advanced with him, and soon, the four squads had every side of the crashed vessel covered.

Captain Vek'tor, a former police unit, pulled out a small device, before speaking into it. His voice was projected through coded neural waves, sending information through silence as he launched the message towards the foreign ship.

It was something along the lines of...

"You're in Sorian territory, state your business. Failure to respond in thirty minutes will give us full permission to break into your vessel, and eliminate you if need-be. You're surrounded, don't try anything funny."

The Reetain scientists have gathered together and are more or less centralised around the old man. The old man looked at the two indidium panels. One having a type of scanner and a strange orb with a long needle-like end extending downward. The man can't exactly understand the purpose of those two objects and instead proceeded to scan the ancient alien language to see what he would have to do.

No one in the science group is exactly willing to touch the scanner no matter how tempting it may be they are being cautious with thier movements, not wanting to start something out of the ordinary just yet.

The kalid doctor scuttled back and forth "what i want is what all species want- no no! Need....survival..., we kalids have been dead for so long...i think we deserve a second chance dont you all agree" his message translated to all of the fleets near the relic. "Then theres this thing...mind letting me take a look"
