Kai calmly walks across the stone path of her kingdom a small basket in her hand. "Umm sir do you know what the time is?" She asks a passerby, he responds "oh its 5:34." Kai shook her head "I best be heading back then, thank you" she politely bowed her head and scurried off.

"...This is why we can't have nice things."

Trebuchet pointed to a dead Electricity Assassin, lying in a pool of blood on the palace's grand hall. A sharp slab of stone was embedded into the skull of the Assassin, opening up his head like a shattered red punchbowl with some vanilla and strawberry chunks of ice-cream. His brains were scattered about the somewhat clean hall floor. Tiny morsels of pink\gray flesh haphazardly strewn about.

"I said make it Quick AND clean." Trebuchet said, prodding a guard with his finger.

"Ya got his damn noggin all over the fucking hall."

The guard sighed and continued his task of disposing of the remains of the guy's dome.

Trebuchet sighed, rubbing his faceplate and folded his arms.

"I just want this silly war to end. It's pointless."

Trebuchet felt half-bad for the Assassin's grisly demise, though it's better for an enemy soldier to die than your own soldiers.

"Sir, it is time we take our advantage and jump the Earth Elemental."

A knight from the Electricity Kingdom said, speaking to the higher upper assassin that speaks for the king. The Assassin's dark robe covered up his bandages around his tiny torso and arms. Even small, he was able to get into the higher ranks than these weaklings. Adjusting his Electricity symbol clip on his robe, he took it off letting the over sized fabric drop to the marbled flooring. The servants quickly rushed over and picked up the wealthy robe off the ground. Brushing off the dirt particles, they bowed their heads and noted that they will have it cleaned by tomorrow. The young man under those robes, stood still holding his wooden staff with enchanted markings engraved on it. A bright yellow crystal sat on top of it and glistened off of the sun's rays. The male's dark blue eyes glanced at the knight who gave the suggestion and tilted his grayish-blue hair just a tad.

"You are mistaken, we cannot simply jump them just because you have a hunch of success. But if you must, I give you permission to jump to your death alone."

He responded with a small smile plastered on his pale face. A bandage wrapped around his head, letting his wound from earlier to heal. The knight angrily threw his sword down and approached the assassin. He ruffed as his face turned red. The assassin stood there unprovoked by other male. The knight didn't take it so kindly that he was willing to throw away his own men away. To disperse his unneeded rage, he wrapped his brown gloved fingers around the small Assassin's neck and held it tight. Other knights surrounded him and held their swords against him, warning him to let him go. The assassin tried smiling while he was gasping for air and dropped his staff. He wasn't afraid of death, and simply knew that he wasn't on death's door just yet. While the knight was distracted by threats, the small assassin dug his hidden knife out of his belt and pierced the knife through the knights armor weak spot, just under the waist line. The knight gasped and let go to hold his waist line. His blood oozed out of his hands and splattered all over of the floor. The tainted blood squirted on the assassins cheek and chest. He watched the dying knight drop to his knee's and pray to live another day. The other knights quickly grabbed him and dragged him away before he wasn't beaten to death. The assassin started to laugh wiping the blood off his cheek with his fingers. As he was about to pick his staff up, a female from behind tapped her foot against the floor and did her disappointed and shameful noise to gain attention. He glanced back picking up the staff and noticed it was the young princess Guenivere standing before him.

"Why do I get the honor of seeing you today, miss Guenivere?"

He asked standing up straight. She narrowed his hazel eyes at him, and gave him a disgusted look.

"You killed another knight of ours. We should have you hanged for that, Ciel."

She responded pointing a finger at him. Ciel chuckled and patted her shoulder. It was simply impossible to make the princess happy, but only royal gems can do the trick. Ciel thought to himself digging into his small brown bag that was tied around his belt loop. He pulled out a pink gem and handed it over to the princess.

"Sorry? It won't happened again?"

He sarcastically said. The princess grabbed the gem and sighed heavily knowing full well he was the best and stealthiest killer they have. If they ever wanted to do an ambush, he was the guy to lead it. Out of options, she gladly accepted his apologize and left his presence without another word escaping her pink lips. One of the colored servants handed Ciel a cloth to clean off the rest of blood off him. In doing so, Ciel gave the servant a gold coin for his troubles. The servant smiled happily and thanked him for his generosity. Ciel knew how it was being a servant. He lived most of his life serving the king. Bathing him, cleaning up after him, and cleaning the floors on his hands and knees. He felt mournful for the servants, but it couldn't let him blind him of his duties he needs to attend too.

Trebuchet looked at the bits of brain scrap and torn flesh of the dead soldier. He turned his blank stare over to one of his soldiers, Dragging the body away. Trebuchet liked the Electricity kingdom, regardless of them being enemies. He sighed and did a ceremonial funeral gesture, wishing the fallen foe good luck in the afterlife. Since he beaten Basalt, he realised how human and normal the other elements were. Trebuchet was the skinny gentle giant. He just wanted the conflict to end.

Kai opened the door of her fort setting the basket down when she got in hearing a distant sound "hm?" She ran to check it out giving a small slide when stopping

After the horrid event of killing one of his comrades, Ciel was sent to gather herbs and supplies on the outskirts of the villages where it's forbidden for others to go out this far. It didn't scare the assassin at all that he could be seconds away of being ambushed by any bandit or element. His confidence was through the roof, but it gets him trouble a lot. As Ciel dragged his feet against the grass and flowers, he scanned the area for rare herbs and food for his kingdom. Sighing in such annoyance, he kneeled down and started to stuff some healthy looking grapes in his bag.

Ciell Phantomhive

Ciell, I enjoy your joining in this role-play, but if you could please enter your character in the character sign up tab so i know more about you're character including the tribe its in thank you!

Kai looked over around the corner her sandals touching what seemed to be blood. Her face turned grim, giving a long sigh she continued to walk over where the trail led to. The assassin had gone already the body belonging one of the guard she had up in the back post. She sighed sniffling a bit lifting the body with a gust of air. "You did your kingdom well" she said to herself carrying it outside the fortress

Ender was walking out of the ice kingdom's palace as one of his loyal advisers, Colton, ran out in front of him.. "Please reconsider going to the air kingdom sir, you know you can just send one of our elite assassins in your place." Colton said as he planted himself firmly in place in Ender's way. "You know as well as any one that I like to do things on my own. Besides, I go there for peace not more needless fighting." Ender said while walking around Colton. A couple of hours later, at around 5:40, Ender was using his thin ice ability to sneak into the air kingdoms fort, past all the guards who were otherwise preoccupied, and right into Kai's room undetected. There he waited in the far right corner for her to return.

After minuets of telling the family and giving her respects she headed back to her fort calmly walking up the stairs, taking off her slippers "Ill have to ask one of the maids to help wash it out" she thought to herself opening her door to see ender. She stood there unsure of what to think before stating "Its nice to have visitors, we don't get to see you very often." As she walked inside closing the door behind her

After picking food and herbs for some time now, the sun was setting slowly and the night was longing. Ciel stood up straight and wiped the sweat off his forehead. Staring out towards the sunset, he clenched onto his brown bag in anger that he wasted an entire day being a slave for the kingdom.

"I did not come this far to be a servant again!"

He shouted tossing the bag away. One of the Electro's knights came towards Ciel holding a spear. The knight snickered at his howling, as he knew Ciel was short-tempered. Ciel crossed his arms against his chest and turned away from the fellow friend. Growling under his breath, he could hear the knights foot steps get closer, crushing all the baby sticks underneath him.

"Sir.."

The knight said taking his rubbery brown helmet off. His curly blonde hair curled around his ears, as his sky blue eyes were the light of Ciels dark pupils. A smile spread across the pale face as he placed his hand on the Ciels shoulder.

"Ciel, have you gotten in trouble with the king again?"

He asked trying to hold back his laughter. Ciel rolled his eyes and looked away. The knight dropped his spear on the ground, as it then hit a rock and rolled down the tiny hill next to them. The male wore only rubber clothing for them not to burned by their own abilities. It was an advantage of the other elements to strike, but wearing lightly gave them the advantage to also move faster on their feet. Ciel lowered his arms and turned back to the male that was mocking him.

"Aye, why are you out here, Claude?"

As he asked, Claude wrapped his arms around Ciels small body, and squeezed him firmly. Trying to gasp the last of his air, Claude stream tears down his face.

"I-I thought you were killed!"

He cried out holding him dearly to him. Ciel struggled to get out. He didn't want to waste his magical powers against his only friend in the realm. Sighing, he forfeited his strength and became Claude's teddy bear.

Trebuchet held the scrap of yellow clothing in his palm. Trebuchet wasn't affected by gore and wasn't a pansy about violence either. But to him it all seemed Pointless.

---

Trebuchet remembered William Basalt as a leader when he was young. A power-hungry fat bastard was what he all really was. His skills were almost flawless, summoning large boulders and hefting them with ease. Basalt wanted nothing but to rule. He was a bloodthirsty son-of-a-bitch, that's what. He barely batted an eye at dead enemy troops at the foot of his palace. The blood didn't matter to him, it was Greed. He hated all of the enemy factions and barely gave a shit about the allied ones. When Trebuchet beat the smug grin off of Basalt's face, he saw what the man really was. A coward, a showoff, a man scared of Trebuchet, a Kid. He finally understood why Basalt never went into battle with his troops. He was a scared man in charge of a powerful nation. And with that charge, he did awful things. The rape of enemy women, the torture of opposing soldiers, the plundering of foreign riches. It was all monopoly upon the fat man's shoulders. But then a prodigy rose. Elijah Trebuchet, a name etched in stone. He didn't care for Basalt's boulder-juggling. Trebuchet fought with real pride, real strength, real grace, and real Mercy. Trebuchet hated hurting people, but it was what he needed to do. When his troops captured a enemy farmtown some years ago, he didn't lock them away, sexually abuse, or murder them. He welcomed them with open arms. Handed out food at a banquet table. Each poor man, women, and child were fed well that night. He allowed the citizens to go back, very few left and a large margin stayed. Trebuchet was one of the only leaders who had sympathy and empathy for the other Factions, even the enemy ones. Trebuchet cared, he just wish he could be seen through like the air types could see him. Trebuchet just wanted peace again...

---

Trebuchet dropped the cloth, noticing while lost in thought, he had been crying. He briefly lifted his helmet and wiped his eyes with his sleeve. He sniffed and brushed aside a lock of long green hair and sealed his helmet back on. He looked around, no one in sight. Trebuchet breathed a breath of relief and walked out of the earth palace, onto the grand stairwell that led up to them,

Claude and Ciel were childhood friends. They helped each other survive this world of violence and soon got accepted as knights in the kingdom where they were treated with much more respect and unlimited supplies of food for themselves. As Claude let go of Ciel, the wind picked up and air was drying. Night fell and the world around them was consumed of any light. Grabbing Claudes hand, he looked around holding onto his sword. A member from the Electricity Elemental kingdom came by and approached them with no hesitation or fearlessness.

"Why are you here?"

Ciel asked as Claude shied away from the man wearing heavy steel armor. The strange man pulled his gas mask off his face and shook his head, fixing his cramped up long brown hair. Ciel smiled noticing it was one of his friends and not a random stranger this time.

"Felix, it's nice to see you again."

Ciel said letting go of Claude's hand. Claude peeked over Ciels shoulder and watched as they talked. Felix explained a plan in detail and informed them that only a few members would be joining them, and not the entire army because they need to protect the king in these horrid times. Princess Guinevere is unfortunately suffering a deadly disease, but no one would notice she had any illness. Felix informed how her illness attacked her heart and is now in ultimate bed rest. They only a few days in retrieving the medicine that the Earthlings have. They came up with a strategy of getting in and being undetective if things went smoothly. Claude volunteered himself as being bait if anything went wrong. Nodding in agreement, they didn't waste anytime going back to the kingdom. They set forth their journey towards the Earth's palace.

Trebuchet sat on his sandstone throne. Head in his palm. He didn't lounge on it regularly since it was quite uncomfortable, but he just needed a place to sit. He was thinking of what he could do to end the war. He really wanted to. But all of the anger the other leaders had was too far gone to bargain with now. The Earth faction was the strongest, but not the most violent. Trebuchet rarely went out into battle anymore.

"It tends to be quite difficult to visit another country when everyone is at the brink of war." Ender said as he walked away from the corner and grabbed a chair. He turned the chair round and straddled it while placing his hands on the ears of the chair. "I come here only to talk, not fight. I am getting a number of reports that members from your kingdom, among others, are getting dangerously close to the borders of my own. I would like to here your input on all this."

Traveling across the Ice lands, and next the air lands, they had to put a disguise on. Ciel, Claude, and Felix gathered some black robes and a brown sack to carry on their backs to blend in as casual travelers. Stuffing their Electro emblem under their shirt, they kept their eyes wide open just in case of any threats. They were in dangerous lands and quite far from their alias. Claude shook fear, barely holding onto his empty brown sack. Felix put his hand on his shoulder and tried comforting him without speaking any words.

The sun was setting, and the fire kingdom's 12th attack battalion was making camp. It hadn't done any attacking yet. It was simply marching around near the kingdom's borders, waiting for orders from higher up.

Markus cracked his knuckles feeling ready as ever. A tower of perfectly arranged logs stood in the fire pit, waiting to be lit. Markus concentrated for a moment and attempted to control the blaze of flames emanating from his hand.

A raging torrent of flame came forth engulfing the fire pit. When it died down, the logs and the surrounding grass were on fire. The flames outside of the pit were spreading quickly.

"Uh, hold on I got this." Markus said reaching for the bucket of water he had prepared for just such an occasion. He dumped the water onto the flaming grass. It wasn't enough. "Oh god... oh my god..." the young recruit muttered as the flames continued to spread. Still clutching his bucket he bolted for the river.

Returning with his bucket filled, and his lungs practically empty, Markus saw General Orwin, his commanding officer standing next to the fire pit. The flames in and around the pit had been completely extinguished. Markus dropped the bucket in surprise at seeing him. "Hello sir!" he shouted cheerfully. "As you can see, I've been um... I've been practicing again!" The general's expression was one of being utterly unamused. "You know", said Marcus, "this won't be too much of a problem once the war gets going! I mean, burning things is what we're here for right?". The general responded by picking up the bucket at Markus' feet and slamming it upside down onto his head. Markus cried out in pain, as the metal bucket rang from the impact.

"DISCIPLINE!" the general shouted at Markus. "If you put as much effort into this sort of thing as you do joking around, you would have tamed your abilities by now! If you don't learn DISCIPLINE, the only things you'll be burning when the war 'gets going' is yourself and your comrades!" There was a long, awkward silence. Markus didn't dare say a word. "Here's a joke you'll enjoy" the general began "until you've completed three more training sessions SUPERVISED by a skilled elemental user, that bucket stays where it is!". The general stormed off towards the center of camp.

"There there" one of the other soldiers said, patting Markus on the shoulder before walking off as well. Markus was by himself at the edge of the camp, with a bucket on his head. He picked up his gear in shame and walked off from camp, needing some time to himself.

Trebuchet stuck her hard in the abdomen. She let out a yelp of pain but continued to fight. She summoned a chunk stone from the boulder next to her and flung it at Trebuchet. Trebuchet crossed his forearms in front of his helmet and the rock disintegrated when it hit his armor on his forearms. She flung a few more barrages of rocks which Trebuchet dodged. In one desperate attack, she tore up a slab of cobblestone from the path in front of her and shot it forward. When it exited her mental grasp, Trebuchet tore the slab in two with his abilities and shot forward. Directly at her. She had no time to react as Trebuchet slammed into her and pinned her against a wall.

"Better try harder next time, sis" Trebuchet chuckled, his arms wrapped around her waist.

Edith's face blazed red when she realized how he was holding her and she shoved him away.

"As if-!" She responded, turning away from Trebuchet.

He chuckled and patted Edith's back.

"Heya. Good training though. Ya gotten better. I didn't even use metal manipulation this time and you faired well."

Edith turned her head and looked at him.

"I did good? Well, at least it's an improvement."

Eyes fluttered open as the sun just seemed to hit there fragile pearls, blinking a few times to the new found light a figure rose from a mass of blankets. A yawn and stretch escaping the thin form, before a knock arose from the door to the room. "Hmm?" the Queen asked gently, as someone opened the door slowly. "Ello Milady, its time for you wake up we have business to attend to" The maid told her gently, scurrying into the room like a scared mouse. Quickly looking through the row of clothing, while the queen wrapped her thin robe around her body. Standing slowly and walking over to the window to look out upon the land she ruled. Her purple pearls scanning out past the castle, the red sun making them glow brightly. Before being pulled away by her maid, pulling on a white kimono with gold and silver embroidery. Koy fish swimming onto a sea of ships that were made into the fabric. She let her maid fix the obi around her waist, the sleeves falling off her shoulder like usual, and the only thing under the fabric being black undergarments if the kimono seemed to slip away. Finally once that was all done, the maid lead her Queen out of the room.

"Mam our troops have seen some reports of the fire kingdom being dangerously close to our boarders, I fear they might being trying to gather information on us to see if there is any attack point. I would like to make our patrols more often and like to recruit some citizens encase they feel the need to attack"

A general was speaking at the front of a huge table, a diagram of pieces scattered along a map that spread out the kingdoms. May gently picked up a piece of the fire kingdom and tossed into the ocean area. "I dont see a reasoning to recruit people, we have enough. you can make more round though if it pleases you"

"but madam!" her hand came up to hush him, and she waved it at him to shoo. He stood for a second ready to say something, but gave in quickly and gathered his reports before leaving. May looking out over the map spoke gently "any other "important" information for me today"

"no mam" a maid told her, and with that she swiped the chair out from under her and left the room to do her own thing till something of importance aroused.

The temperature at the Ice lands were greatly harsh. Shivering under the robes, Ciel could see the enemy kingdom not far from them. But they weren't here to attack the Ice citiens, their soul mission is to gather the medicine from the Earth kingdom to save their dying princess. Glancing behind at his comrades, he knew they were the best people to come on this mission even if Claude is clumsy and innocent. Claude had the heart to change persuade others or have mercy upon him. Then my strength laid in Felix. Felix has no problem killing anyone, no guilt, no remorse. Then me, the smarts of the group.

As they crushed a few ice shards beneath their feet, a group of Iceland citizens were huddled up in their small village with a fire going. They wore heavy coats to survive the weather. Felix glared at them and wanted to tear their heads off, but Claude held him back for we aren't here to start a war with the Icelands just yet. Iceland was neither an alley or enemy. Claude grabbed onto Felix's hand tightly and shook his head no.

"This isn't time to make another enemy, Felix. The king will have your head if you create more trouble for them!"

Claude shouted. As Felix was going to roast Claude, a small child stood in place holding his teddy bear close to him. Felix held his breath and turned his face away. Claude waved at the small child with an innocent smile plastered on his face. The child took a steps forward before he noticed the Electro tattoo of a cloud and bolts embed on Felix's leg. He quickly retreated and fled towards the village. Claude soon smiley face turned into a frown.

"That ugly face of yours must of scared him away."

Felix laughed as he started to walk again. Ciel only watched the whole thing, as he didn't want to interfere. Walking behind Felix, Claude stared at the village and was confused to why the boy would be afraid of him.

Markus looked nervously at Logan, his trainer. Another fire pit was set up, this time right next to the river. Again, there were logs arranged perfectly, needing only the spark to light them. This time hopefully just a spark.

"Are you ready?" Logan asked Marcus. The young soldier nodded, then used his hands to adjust the bucket so that it was no longer sliding over his eyes. "Proceed then", said Logan. Markus concentrated with all his might. Only a spark he told himself. He opened his eyes, and aimed his hand at the logs.

"Pack up troops! It's time to move out" came a voice from further up the bank. "General Orwin just received the orders we've been waiting for".

"Sorry bud" Logan said to Markus, as he began to walk back to camp.

"Wait!" Markus yelled "Give my one second I can do this!" He unleashed his power, too much as usual, into a torrent of flame. This time nothing was left burning. The logs were nothing but ashes. This time the area around the pit was sandy, and not flammable.

"You fail. Can we go now?" Logan pleaded.

"Troops!" General Orwin began in his briefing "You know why we are gathered at this particular border. The royal family is all too aware that our feelings of neutrality towards the water kingdom, are not mutual. They feel it is only a matter of time before we will be at war with them as well. Our mission, is to do some reconnaissance within the water kingdom's borders. To that end, the 12th attack battalion will be breaking into smaller scouting parties of twelve troops each. These parties each have been assigned designated scouting routes. Each squadron is to document all water kingdom activity they encounter and report back to cinder outpost once they have completed their scouting objective. Do not engage the enemy unless left with no other alternative. Understood?"

"Sir yes sir!" the whole battalion chanted in unison. Finally some action! Markus got his gear together and met his scouting party. Logan was leading it. With determination, the party marched towards the border with the Water Kingdom, and crossed it.

Trebuchet caught word that Edith was spying on the Fire faction and their troops were crossing the border into the water district. She stood in front of his throne, giving the details as best as she was able.

"...Broth- err, Master Trebuchet, it seems that they are going to start a skirmish."

Her eyes quickly averted when Trebuchet looked up from his book. He stood up and walked to her. A slim but tall shadow being cast over her. She let out a nervous stutter and cursed under her breath for being so jittery.

"Aye, good work Lass."

"Huh?" She grunted in question. Her superior officers never called her that.

"I said ya done well. Now get the word to water, I want no causalities."

She saluted Trebuchet and stood in a straight position.

"Y-Yes Sir!"

Edith ran back down the hall toward the large archway to the main city hub.

"Aye!" Trebuchet cried out. Edith turned to see what happened.

"Talk to the Fire dudes as well. I want a whole element meetin'. I wanna end this war."

Edith nodded, running out of the temple and into the hub.

Kai nodded "I honestly never wanted to be involved in the first place, but it seems that i cannot control all of my people. I hope that hasn't been too much trouble as I can't keep track of everyone in my kingdom." She pulled out a chair, begging to sit on it "will your subjects not notice your absence? If you state it is so hard to get away"

Getting to the border of the Air and Ice lands, the boys held their position and scanned the area for any Air guards or citizens. We made it through the Elemental Ice grounds with no problem, perhaps Air can go smoothly as well. Ciel said to himself putting his foot over the border. Felix grinned and thrived of living dangerously. Following behind the leader, Claude looked back for a couple seconds then moved forward, stepping on forbidden grounds. Ciel and the others pulled up their hood to cover their face, and helped them breath more easy by blocking the horrid strong winds.

Felix arched his arm and pulled a few bolts from his finger tips and played with the small bolt in between his fingers. Claude looked back and forth quickly before putting his hand over Felix's

"S-Stop! We don't want to draw any attention to us!" Claude yelled. Felix chuckled and rudely shoved Claude away.

"Heh, I can take down any kingdom down by myself!" he responded with a cocky attitude. Ciel rolled his eyes and felt little unease having Felix around.
