Fantasy Dragon's Roar 3: Rise of The Dark Arts ( Finished )

"Well, you're not alone in it, you've got the guild, or what's left of it, at your back ready to put their lives on the line for you."
"Don't be so eager to throw your life away for the likes of me. We barely know each other, guild leader or not. Unless I'm in the main body it's fine if I take damage."

"I know, but it's just a warning in case you feel like sacrificing yourself for me. The same goes for other members, I'll be the only one making sacrifices. You only live once Bruce. Origin lives 9 times."

"Untrue, I died in the war, thank you very much. That's why I didn't want to fight for Dragon's Roar."

( PLOT LINE POST. )
The founder of the Dark Arts uses the satellite she's spent years working on to hijack most of the television programs in certain areas of the world. That would be enough seeing that most people would spread it around for her. They couldn't see her face but they could hear her voice. "It seems like the world wants to hide Dragon's Roar since they haven't been turned into the Dark Arts yet. This message will be brief but if will carry a deep meaning. Eliminate Dragon's Roar or I will eliminate you." The founder presses a button and two capsules fire out of the satellite. One makes its way towards California while the other goes to New York. Each capsule contained 50 condensed Meta Demon. Once the capsules land and explode the Meta Demon will multiply and spread. They would continue to rampage, multiply, and kill until they reached the state's borders. They would only move on to the next one if she ordered them to. For New York and California, this was the end. The founder knew exactly where Dragon's Roar was but she didn't specify. She wanted every country to turn against each other under the assumption they're harbouring Dragon's Roar. She wanted humanity to show their true disgusting colours as they betray one another for their own survival.

Witch was happy to see Felix again but the hug was crushing her. What bothered her the most was Sanctum's response. She responded in her mind so Carnage, Julius, Sanctum, and the other personalities could hear. "I don't know you or Jackie all too well. I don't know any of the guild members beyond names. I've never tried to talk with them but the one person I think I could've had an understanding for is Jackie if I tried. When I was talking to you Sanctum... as brief as it was. I thought you were incapable of showing even one aspect of compassion. I guess I was wrong and I'm sorry for that. Julius remember that story you told me about? An old host of yours who almost became queen of the witches but lost her soul due to losing herself in her greed for power? If I deepened the contract between us just like she did, what are the benefits?"

"You and I would slowly become one. You would have just as much power as I do over blessing who gets witch mana when they're born. Basically the same capabilities I have."

"Alright.... and the downfall?"

"You will have to battle every witch who has previously lived for the rest of your life each time you sleep. If you lose against them, you lose your soul. If you conquer them, you gain more allies for your next battle. Once you start on this path there is no turning back or else you will lose yourself. Your 'inner demons' will become curses you will have to shoulder for the rest of your life until they're resolved. You will no longer be native to this realm. Your duties must come before your personal life to maintain balance for all witches. The training will be horrendous and you will never be the same if even the slightest slip up during training is made. You will be responsible for any and all evil or good deeds committed by a witch. Even after the training, defeating your inner demons, and completely becoming the center connection to all witches the battle for your soul will be a threat to you forever. Are you sure you'd like to go down this path for one person Morgan?"

"I want to use Sanctum to the best of my ability to try to connect with Jackie. While using both you and Carnage to pin point where the spell that wiped out Europe was used at. Once that's done I'll try to get an estimate on any witches in that building. I hope I can find the one two women Sanctum described. I'm just hoping that they're witches and they're in the same area they made that terrible spell before. It's all stupidly risky but I'm willing to make the jump. So yes I will do all of this for one person."

"Hm... I would've denied your request if it were for yourself. You seem so adamant on helping one person. It interests me. Adalinda had a reason different than yours. It was selfish but at the same time you couldn't help but admire how far she would go for power. That was an inner demon she could not overcome and lost her soul. Do not disappoint me Morgan. We shall discuss the contract later but for now I shall help you as a free gesture. Why would you use Carnage though?"

"You've mentioned 12 witches dying in the process of the spell. Many people died in Europe because of the spell. Carnage could be useful in this as well." Witch turns her attention to the mental image in Sanctum. "Is there anything you can do? Anything we can do to help you use some power?"

On the outside Witch was still hugging Felix. Carnage turns his attention to Isaac. "Do not touch my host! If it were Alice I would've pounced for asking... She can handle herself."

Raven picks up the knife from the fire and inspects the glowing blade. "I believe her but I'm not satisfied with her answer. Should we carve the symbol on her skin and make her find them for us? Wait a minute." The symbol on her shoulder glows since she's using a communication spell. "We captured a friend of hers recently.... they'll bring him to us now." She was listing things off as if she were relaying a message to the woman behind her. Once she was done the symbol stops glowing. "I think we can get the even more information out of her and an old associate of the Dark Arts."

Raven puts the knife back into the fire while they wait. Minutes pass and the door opens to reveal an old shackled man. "Looks like I've failed to get away." He lightly mumbles to himself.

Raven looks up at the woman after checking on the knife. "In this situation what would you recommend?"

"Alright." Sierra starts to go even faster. "Why didn't you answer the question?" Sierra's phone started to go off in her pocket. She sighs and takes it out, as dangerous as it is to do so while going at these speeds. "Excuse me, one of my friends sent me a text." The text was all about the message from the founder of the Dark Arts. As well as pictures from inside California. It seemed like hell itself had awakened in the state. "Holy shit...."

It was at that moment that Alpha, having finally gathered enough power, managed to open a portal in front of them. The portal would spit them out within a thirty foot radius of his other shards. "Go through," was all he said, his voice strained and exhausted.

Once again, Bruce has caused Witch to no longer desire to talk to him. He practically helped her point in saying he shouldn't risk his life so easily.

Sierra nods her head as she approaches the portal at bullet like speeds. "Think I can meet Orthus sometime?" They come out the other end of the portal in front of the house. It shocks Sierra and makes her slow down from the high speeds immediately. They nearly crashed into the house. "Shit..... where did you take us?" They weren't in the Arctic Circle. They were win Nova Scotia in front of Felix's house.

Bruce didn't really care that Witch hadn't responded to him, not like he was forcing her to talk to him. It didn't matter what she thought and said, he'd have to risk his life anyways. This was about the whole world.

Isaac ran back from the woods saying, "We need to train and explain the plan to everybody, something feels off."

"Carnage and I know what's happening and we've already explained it. You're late on that one."
"Well whatever it is it must be pretty bad, we should start training as soon as possible."

"Yes but Morgan is quite busy at the moment. In a days time we shall be able to join you in your training."

"We're at our first stop. Bring me to my other pieces. They should be in a bag with a small woman," he replied, his voice faint.

Hekate happened to hear Sierra's bike outside the house and walks outside.

Sierra notices the bag in her hand and holds out the sword fragment. "Hey. This guy wants to be put back together."

Hekate catches the piece carefully but doesn't quite understand what's going on. She still dumps the pieces onto the ground and sets them together.
"Good, will she be training by herself or will she be training with the guild?"
Julius decides to speak to Isaac this time. "Morgan shall be training privately with me. I recommend Alice training with Carnage. As for the other personalities... The decision is theirs."

The sword fragments float into the air, spinning around each other and forming a small, razor-sharp cyclone. As they spin, they begin to glow brightly and heat up. Waves of heat can be felt rolling off of the cyclone. One piece spins to the middle of the cyclone, where it spins in place. Another piece travels to the center, where it connects to the other piece, with no visible seam. This continues until all of the pieces have been reconnected, resulting in an entire blade spinning in place in midair. The blade's deadly rotations slow, until they stop altogether, leaving the sword floating motionless, point down. It then dropped to the earth, embedding a good foot of its blade in the ground. All of the grass in a five foot circle around the sword lights on fire, burning to ash. The sword stops glowing, and cools off instantly, now cold as ice. All is silent.

"That depends... since we have plans of our own." Julius cackles while he turns his head towards Witch. His tongue flicks out of his mouth several times.

Sierra and Hekate just stare at the sword. After five minutes of waiting, Sierra decides to walk over and grab the sword.

When Sierra lays her hand on the sword, a billion different voices start whispering and hissing in her mind, saying a billion different things. One phrase could be heard repeating over and over again. "The Alpha is dead"

"The Alpha is dead my ass! He still owes me my cash and a visit to Orthus. All of you voices make yourselves useful and find the guy for me." Sierra starts to inspect the blade in her hands. "Alpha, wake up."

"I don't like what your doing with your tongue, please stop. Anyways, just tell Isabel to see me or Bruce when she wants to hear about the plan we have."

"You do not control me! I have no obligation to listen to you! We are not allies! Learn your place!" The snake stops flicking it's tongue and bares its fangs at Isaac. The snake simply retreats back to Isabel afterwards.

"Umm okay, I think you may have over-reacted there a small bit. I never said I controlled you, I just asked you tell Isabel to see me or Bruce about the plan we came up with."

Witch sighs since she was slowly getting agitated. "Julius will you please calm down? Isaac it was the way you said it. He's a snake, he can't help flicking his tongue around. The sentence in which you started saying anyways wasn't a can you please tell her. It was in the form of a command. You have to tread carefully when talking to ancient entities. Especially with Carnage since he just eats people for the hell of it."

"Who me? I would never."

"So do I have to get Echidna and Typhoeus together again to create Cerberus? Can I get Beta?"

A separate clone of Grimm was sitting on a couch playing on a PS4. It was in some room slightly shaded dark red. "Alpha. It's time to wake up and pack you bags. I think you still have one job left to do. So I can let this slide. That is unless you want to stay here."

"Okay Witch, i'll make sure to be more careful next time. Once again Carnage you told me you devour everything you touch, then you told me to give you a hug.
