Fantasy Dragon's Roar 3: Rise of The Dark Arts ( Finished )

Dru shoved Fahy forward and Fahy spoke in a quavering voice "could you perhaps help me become stronger as a necromancer? My end goal is to become a litch and try to live forever."

Bruce raises his eyebrow, questioning if it was really a good idea to paint on the cocoon. It seemed harmless enough, the cocoon could hold up against a little paint.
( @Tazmodo )

Hekate shakes her head. "That is exactly why I shall not teach you."

Raven finishes the painting on the cocoon. She has everyone on the dragon touch it, including Julie since it's on her back. They end up getting spit out of a painting that was closest to them. Raven and Justin catch the cocoon after its spit out.

"Alright... now we search." Hekate exits the building as if several people didn't fly out of a painting. Julie was no longer in dragon form. "A vast place.... This is going to be complicated."

Jackie goes very still at the mention of New York, the empty glass in her hand slipping through her now limp finger and shattering into thousands of pieces across the floor. She stays almost completely frozen, her hands still in position like she was holding the glass, her eyes fixated on something no one else seems to see. Only after Julie leaves does she finally seem to snap out of her trance, and she starts to shake her head slowly, getting off the chair and stepping through the glass, shaking her head furiously. "No. No, no, no," Unlike her usually demeanor completely confidence, she sounds frantic, bordering on frantic, "You won't make me go back to New York. I won't go back. You can't fucking make me go back there."
Krios approaches her, his computer screens fade away. "Is there something wrong? Does the location of New York displease you? Can I be of assistance?"

The group went to some store in the New York town. Iridexal stocked back up on his treats, Jacobs fed a bit, of course not killing them. He erased their memory of the situation as Brianna healed the wound. When they were done the person went on about their lives as if it never happened. Elizabeth was of course disapproving. She adored death. And Belieth was with the three. He knew he couldn't stop him, he had to feed. But it still set him off. When they were done, they all left the store, going to find some work. Afterall in such a city, how could they not? Iridexal was tossing candy in the air and catching it in his mouth for the mean time. His back itched a bit and he never felt happier

Bruce came out of the painting, quickly shifting himself to land on his feet and walk along with Hekate. Well, he was right about the painting not doing any harm, it made the trip much faster. "Hey, do you mind if I go get some fresh clothes? These aren't exactly made for fighting and have already been ruined."

"what do you mean? Being a litch isn't always bad. Besides I am barely even strong enough to summon and control a few zombies it would take a lot more power than I can muster right now to become a litch so please help me." Dru looked around not worried but his katana rumbled against his back for a moment.

Lilith simply leaned across the table, her face very close to him. "Tell me, do you ever get bored of being good? Do you ever wish you could just tear things up? Do you ever feel something in your mind, that just itches to be free?" She said, a wicked smile painted onto her face, her voice velvety. She put some of her power into her words, using her voice to chip away at the wall that kept people's darkness locked, trying to bring out that hidden side she was positive existed inside him. After all, she's never met a person yet who didn't have a selfish, dark side. Even the nicest of people had something they kept concealed, it was just a matter of how big it was.
A smile cracked across Reeds face. "You have no idea." He patted her on the cheek and stood up. "Come on let's go do something."

Lilith leaned back, her chin perched on the palm of her head. This might actually be worth my while. She thought to herself, getting up. "Do you want to cause some trouble?"

Reed sighed. "No just because I have a dark side doesn't mean I can't keep myself in check. Last time I did I slaughtered a whole village of people. I killed every one of them. The river ran red with blood. Well I spared one girl and now she's my best friend. Anyways I'd rather not. Anything else?"

"Sure, find some clothes. If we spread out our chances may be higher. I doubt it though... He could be in the Bronx... Manhattan... Brooklyn...uuuhh.. Staten island.. and or Queens. This is going to take forever!" Hekate turns to the aspiring necromancer. "I will not aid you in becoming a litch. Train if you must but I shall take no part in it." Hekate starts to walk down the street. She crosses even though it's the green light for cars to cross because that's what everyone does in New York. The 10 year old goddess flips someone the bird when they almost hit her. Raven, Julie, Emily, and Justin follow her. Holding the cocoon. That was until Raven put both the cocoon and Emily in a painting. Since this wouldn't be a good environment for her.

Lilith pouted. "Well that's no fun. It would just be a little mischief." She didn't feel like walking, so she shrunk in size, flying beside him. "A little bit of harmless fun. No one has to get hurt."

"Thats what the whole village thing was. Well that and revenge but don't worry about it." He thought for a sec. "Fine what should we do?" He started to swirl some water around.

If looks could kill, Krios would be scrap metal with the glare she shot his way. His approach near her was like a bucket of cold water over her head, and every amount of anxiety she had been showing was immediately locked away. When she speaks, her voice is tight, but expresses little emotion, and she doesn't even sound like she's talking to Krios, "I'm fine. It's just a city. It's just... It's just a place."

"I'll try Brooklyn! Good a place to hide as any, that's where I'd go anyways." He walked off towards the Brooklyn borough, stopping at a clothing shop for some track pants and a brown leather jacket. "Hmm, seems familiar somehow..." He then threw away his torn up clothes where some hobo would probably snatch them up and continued on his way to Brooklyn. If he was a former member of a cult that would probably be killed by the people that were a part of that cult, where would he be? Probably holed up in some super safehouse that could block out anything or right in plain sight where they'd never suspect them. Of course, if he had sewn his mouth shut like Hekate said it'd probably be the safehouse, contacting some via letters or email or even text. Maybe Snapchat.

"I've been trying to understand human emotion and tones. Most responses given to situations like this are to ask if they're really okay. You've made your point clear that nothing is wrong at the moment. I shall proceed with the procedure." Krios seemed to honestly believe her when she said she's fine. He didn't even bother to scan her to check since he really took her word for it. He has one screen appear and types away. Not too far away from them, the 'ground' which were doors open up. A plane rises up from the ground pointing in the direction of the long pathway. "I'd like you all to follow me. Unless there is something you need assistance with first."

Bruce could feel like something was off. As if something evil was on its way.

Justin ends up walking past a man selling merchandise on a table. He takes something and stuffs it in his pocket without the man noticing.

She fly around happily. "Sweet! I knew you'd agree!" She went through her mind, wondering what kind of harmless prank she could do. "We could make it rain inside a car, or a restraunt." She said, tapping her chin, "If its a car or a small restraunt, I could probably make a heavy enough mist on the ceiling that might look like a rain cloud."

Jackie climbs on without a word, breathing too evenly for it not to be intentional, conscious effort, and sits at the first seat she sees, staring out the window.

Bruce looks around, he was now thinking that he should've stuck to a group. He had a small ball of ki ready to expand and smack into any opponent that came after him.

Fahy noticed the thievery and was about to comment on it when Dru grabbed his shoulder and shook his head then he said "where are we going or what are we looking for?" Dru glanced around with a strained expression, he hated new york because of all the people all the sleeping and the hope all it once, it gave him a migraine. @Light

Once the remaining guild members get on the jet. Krios makes sure they're all strapped in before the plane comes to life. Krios straps himself in a seat as he starts pressing buttons on his screen. The plane was going to fly itself to New York, mainly under the guidance of Krios. With the speed of the jet and the distance it shouldn't take too long. Krios gets out of his seat once the plane was steady. He makes his way to all of the guild members to make sure he can offer them assistance with anything. "I apologize for not formally introducing myself earlier. I am Krios, an android for Dragon's Roar. I was designed to follow the instructions of the guilds members word for word. Also to provide companionship, which is something I'm still trying to learn. Human emotions are complicated, though I do have a grasp on some of them. Is there anything you need at the moment?"

Hekate shrugs her shoulders. "I was just sight seeing in hopes of bumping into the old man, I forgot where he was. I assume we're in Brooklyn at the moment. Bruce hasn't strayed to far from us since we're technically in the same place."

The traffic was hell itself as usual, but there seemed to be more turmoil that usual. As if people were leaving their cars and we're running. Suddenly a demon like no other turns the corner after knocking over a truck. It seemed to have the head of a minotuar, upper body of a werewolf, and the lower body of a golem. It was completely black, as if it's body were made out of darkness. Yet it seemed like it was pure evil instead of darkness. It's glowing red eyes were embedded deep inside of its head. Murky darkness oozes of its skin, thick enough to suffocate on. It lets out an enraged roar and charges towards Bruce.

Reed sighed. "Ok" it started raining in all the cars and restaurants around them. "Happy now?"

Bruce's first instinct for facing down this thing is completely unlike when he faced that little possessed eight year old boy. This time he starts to run away from it instead of facing it down, stumbling a bit in fear of this beast. "Fuck this!" He jumps up on top of one of the buildings and from roof to roof from then on.

Jackie doesn't look from the window, "The strongest drink you have on this plane pronto; I'm gonna need it."

The demon continues after him, charging into any building he jumps on to. The buildings end up collapsing due to the combined strength of a minotuar, golem, and werewolf. The larger buildings take more time and don't collapse, they just receive damage.

Krios nods his head and makes his way to the drinks. "Understood." Several minutes later, Krios returns with a bottle of Grimms special drink. "Have I completed your request?"

Bruce manages to get himself together, he could just let this fucker destroy New York, that's an overused action sequence! He jumped down just as it went into another building and fired the ki ball he'd been charging up.

"Yup," She drawls, taking it out of his hand and throwing it back like a pro, only shuddering a bit at the strength. She lifts the arm rest of the seat beside her up, taking off her jacket and making it into an impromptu pillow, then lays down, "Night, N and B."
