Respawn!
Lilith Tennant - Not all Hero's wear Capes. Some wear Titan Armour
Lilly was patiently waiting for her brother to re-enter, I mean seriously was he really that nervous around her body? Why? It was just a physical form with limbs to be able to dodge, swing and defend easier. She had thought that ever since that night, just a strong shell to be able to hold onto and swing a sword. The clothing was getting increasingly irritating and she had half a mind to throw her old, smelly under clothes back on. She was not one for fashion afterall and only ever wore things for comfort or necessity.
She had a hand on her chin in her musings when the sound of screaming suddenly had her turn in her place, still as a statue. She blinked and a second later she had run to the window, forcing the shutters open with a wide swing. She froze on spot, green eyes huge as she drank in just what was going on. The street...the street opposite of them simply just did not exist anymore. It was smothered and flattened to a black charred earth, not a single standing building or person left.
Her eyes then drifted up to the deafening roar, not in fear mind you, she just didn't feel that emotion. A dragon! She studied it with his bone mouth agap, charging up a second attack. Lucky Lilith didn't think to hard meaning her reflexes were second to none. No wasting time on the what ifs, she already knew she had to stop that thing and NOW.
In an heart beat she had vaulted the bed and retreaved her Titan Sword before charging at the doorway and swinging it wildly open. If her brother had still been there behind the door, he would have been unceremoniously flung away like an ant from her strength, but in the same motion she had thrown her spare hand out to grasp at his wrist with a firm hold. Her eyes as stern as steel as she glanced to him, already half dragging him down the stairs.
"Bone Dragon. It's attacking the town. You can either stay here or come with me...regardless. I'm stopping it. NOW." Her voice was just as stern as her eyes, like there was no doubt or fear at all and in her mind there was no possible other alternative. The dragon would die at her hands. She skipped two stairs at a time with her long legs, dragging her brother as she did. Once on the bottom level, she let go and ran straight to her armour, leaning her sword against the wall.
It was like watching a firefighter get dressed, with dizzying speed she had her chest armour, guanlets, leg covers all hooked and tightened into place. With the armour now back on, she looked roughly double her size and double as intimidating. She tucked the helmet under her arm and rested the man-sized sword casually on her shoulder. In another heart beat she was at the doorway looking back over her shoulder to her brother.
"Follow me if you want, or stay here. Regardless, I'll be where the loud noises and roaring is." At this she gave him an almost childish grin, like a kid in a candy store, not even thinking for a second things might turn sour. She just wasn't smart enough for that. Here she shoved the helmet onto her head and was running out the door before he could respond.
Lilith was running at a fairly decent speed, her armour clanking heavily with every heavy crush of her boot against the floor. As she approached there was a pounding in her heart as her adrenaline soared, this was how she lived! In the thick of battle! She would have grinned had the helmet not covered her face. She made her way to a big patch of scarred earth, sword swinging out at her side and a guanlet crashing loudly at her chest piece. Then she yelled in a loud booming voice so the dragon could hear.
"IF YOU WANT A FIGHT, WHY NOT FACE SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY FIGHTS BACK YOU UNDEAD, DRAGON SCUM! PATHETIC!" Even being as dull as the girl was she knew she had to draw his attention away from destroying anymore of the town or people. If he focused on her it would lessen the collateral.
