Jamie sat there and finally relaxed fully with her while he tucked in his food "Mmm and we can stay up later if you want, got no early mornings tomorrow." He said happily as he nuzzled his face in her neck.

Max gave him a sad smile and nodded softly "I know baby. And we love you too." She said quietly before kissing him gently "Oh...Greyson has a surprise for you as well once we get back."

He smiled and nodded. “They said I could leave by this afternoon. Mainly cause I said I don’t wanna stay.” He muttered, “could you get me some clothes from home?”

She nodded and smiled a little. “Mmm we can try but we’ll probably end up asleep before midnight.” She pointed out, rubbing her fingers through his hair

Max frowned a bit but gave a small nod "Yeah I can do that." She said softly before kissing his cheek again "I'm gonna stay here with you for a bit though okay?"

Jamie chuckled some "Hey, anytime after 9 is a late night for me these days." He said while turning his attention back to the show

She smiled a little and just carried on eating, falling asleep not long after she finished as predicted.

He nodded and sighed a little, gripping at her hand. He hadn’t been himself for a little while now but after the two stressors as well as the overdose it was really becoming obvious now

Max gave a heavy sigh as she continued to watch him "Is there anything I can do Eddie? Anything I can do to be more helpful?" She asked quietly just wanting her man to get back to his clean self again.

Jamie woke up the next morning and groaned softly feeling the bed empty beside him. He got up slowly and made his way to the bathroom frowning softly when he didn't find Carmen in there either.

He shook his head and smiled tiredly at her "Not really... I'll be alright." He promised, about to try and get out of bed to have a little walk around the room like he'd been told to do when the door opened and a much older, just as scruffy version of Eddie but with a far shorter hair cut and salt and pepper beard walked in, Eddie immediately freezing up.

Carmen made her way back up to the room after heading to Starbucks, getting inside and smiled at Jamie, "Here... Coffee. And a muffin." She told him, setting his stuff down on the side.

Max looked up when the door opened going a bit wide eyed as she saw the older man enter. She knew immediately that this had to be his father. Quickly she pressed the call button before standing up "I'm sorry sir, but we aren't accepting visitors right now." She said as politely as possible before standing infront of Eddie to shield him off.

Jamie gave a smile when he saw her come in and quickly took the coffee "You could have left a note you know. What if someone had come and kidnapped you?" He teased before sipping at his coffee "Thank you though, how did you sleep?"

“As if you wouldn’t hear that anyway. I slept fine. Finally set with the time change and then I go home tomorrow.” She grumbled a little.

Jeff grinned. “You must be the little girlfriend Wayne mentioned. My brother told me the same thing but I’d like to see my son… hey Ed. You not gonna say hi to your old man?” He asked him

Max glared at the man shaking her head some "Sir I have asked you politely to leave, he is not ready for visitors. So please, leave us be." She said as she followed his every move that way he wasn't totally in Eddie's eyesite.

Jamie nodded some and placed his coffee down before pulling her into his body "What would you like to do today love?"

She smiled a little, staring up at him hopeful, "I wanna go to the zoo. Then we can go get lunch and come back and before I have to pack we can fuck." She grinned at him.

Eddie was still frozen in place but his head was hanging low, hiding his face and looking very childlike in that moment until his father finally managed to get past Max and he felt the older Munson grab a fistful of his hair, yanking his head up. 'Goddamn pathetic. I told you growing your hair out like this would turn you into a sissy and look where it's got you.' Eddie flinched, bracing for impact until a nurse showed up and was asking for security.

Jamie smiled widely and gave a small nod "Alright I think we can do all of that. Let me finish getting ready and we'll head out." He said sweetly before giving her a quick peck on the lips.

Max frowned deeply as he got passed her and immediately started pulling on his other arm as he touched Eddie "Leave him alone damn it! You fucking prick get out!" She yelled as the nurses came in "Get him out of here please!"

He was still frozen in place until security came and got him out of there, Eddie finally starting to break down, sobbing and shaking but not acknowledging anyone in the room, shutting everything out.

She smiled and nodded, going to do her hair and makeup for the day, just wanting to feel cute after a couple days of feeling kinda gross

Max frowned deeply as they got him out and she went straight to Eddie's side. She sat on the bed and pulled him him close to her rocking him gently "Its okay....its okay, he's gone baby." She whispered having never seen him like this before.

Jamie walked around the zoo aimlessly all day with her. The fans had been very minimal all things considered and he felt like he was on cloud nine with her at the moment.

His nurse was back in shortly, trying to get his attention but he had completely dissociated at this point. “He needs to calm down or we can’t discharge him. He’s going to make himself worse again.” She told her.

Carmen was feeling more relaxed than usual with him in public, even making it through lunch without any hassle and eventually started the walk back to the hotel with him. “Mmm when do you get home again?” She asked as she leaned on him, her feet tired beyond belief.

Max gave a small nod and looked at Eddie "Eddie...Eddie listen to me, you gotta calm down. So we can see Greyson okay? He's gone now and he won't be back alright? I will make sure of it."

Jamie wrapped an arm around her shoulders and gave a small sigh "Unfortunately, not until the end of next month." He murmured

She made a face at that and sighed. “Boo… make the most of it tonight then I guess.” She mumbled, giving his hand a squeeze.

He frowned and shook his head, “he’s gonna be waiting. He’s gonna be outside! You don’t understand!” He yelled, just completely freaked now and no longer feeling safe at all

Max nodded some and took a deep breath "I know baby, but I will make sure to keep him away from you." She said kissing his cheek gently "I'll make sure he won't hurt us."

Jamie gave a small nod and pouted "I know love, but we will make sure to make the best of it." He murmured before opening the door for her as they arrived at the hotel.

She grumbled a little about her feet hurting while they waited for the elevator and eventually got on, leaning on him Elmore as she was getting tired and cranky now.

He shook his head and just kept panicking until eventually his doctor came in and gave him a sedative. “Sorry. He was going to cause more harm to himself than anything else. Once he’s settled we can still discharge him. I would recommend keeping him away from stressful situations for a while.

Jamie held her to him as they went up the elevator and smiled softly "You want a nap when we get into the room?" He asked quietly

Max gave a nod and thanked the doctor before she stepped out to call Wayne and let him know what was happening.

Wayne frowned, leaning across to grab his keys and sighed. “Alright, I’m on my way. You go get the kid and get him home okay? I’ll go get Eddie sorted.” He promised her.

She nodded, pouting at him a little. “That sounds really good. Otherwise im gonna be asleep by nine.” She mumbled, heading back to the room and went straight to lay down, curling up under the covers and getting comfy.

Max thanked Wayne multiple times before she got everything together. She informed the nurse that she would be getting their son and soon pulled a photo out of her wallet "Here, this is his uncle. He'll be here to pick him up, please don't let anyone else come in."

Jamie chuckled softly before kissing her gently and went to lay with her and fall asleep as well. He woke up groaning softly a couple hours later pulling Carmen's body close to his.

She grumbled a little and sighed, rolling over to face him. “I don’t wanna go home on my own right now.” She sighed a little, holding on just a little tighter. Normally she was fine with the distance but lately she’d been struggling just because of the other strains on their relationship with all the media presence.

Eddies eventually came around, looking over to see Wayne sat there this time and frowned, his eyes welling up but trying to not get worked up again.

Jamie gave a small nod as he let his hands roam her body freely. "I know love, but we'll be together soon enough." He murmured giving a heavy sigh as she continued to go on about it "Love I can't go, I have to stay for work and you have work as well. The media won't do anything okay? Its going to be fine."

Wayne frowned deeply and as he saw Eddie wake up just pulling him in close "Don't start freaking out too much on me now. They'll have to sedate you again." He said with a small chuckle before taking a shaky breath and letting a few tears of his own fall.

She frowned and shook her head. “I still don’t like it.@ she muttered, just quietly fuming

Eddie frowned and just swallowed thickly. “What if he finds out where I live. What if he just shows up at the apartment?” He muttered.
