I don't see the issue with posting a character sheet, but keep in mind we are trying to keep this RP... Fairly grounded to start off with. If we ask you to nerf the Spectre, you'll have to nerf him. Mostly in the interest of keeping things interesting for the other players, as well as keeping the threats... Well, threatening lol.
If you can agree with that, than I'd be fine with you playing the Spectre.

Well it's not just joker my point was why does The Spectre literally do nothing half of the time whenever there's actual real danger to people and my best guess is from what we learn from his showdown with PS is that he's meant to keep things orderly and be more of an observer. The only real times we see either bother with directly stopping something is when it's a massive supernatural phenomenon like Sin Eater, Eclipso, or Blight. Plus you already have part of the sin trio. I figured maybe introducing one of the key figures in DC Dark could mean more dark plot points. (Only reason why I want one of those instead of Constantine is I know for a fact I will NOT do Constantine near the justice he deserves.)

Mostly they keep him out because he snaps his fingers and problem solved he can only be challenged by big stuff

any who yeah submit a character sheet and we will think even if you come up with reasons there will be hesitation, believe me i try to play him a lot, it is always the nagging feeling of why is everyone else there if he is or god is being an asshole to let people suffer and die when a spirit he sent to take vengeance is having his hands tied by god

Most versions of the Joker (or really most supposedly "insane" Batman villains in general) are not convincingly portrayed as lacking responsibility for their actions, even if the other characters call them "insane" or "crazy". It's honestly my biggest pet peeve.
The exceptions are types like the Ventriloquist/Arnold Wesker or Humpty Dumpty/Humphry Dumpler, who are treated as 100% victims (as far as I know) because they sincerely have no control over themselves.

Plus he is from Gotham. Although, since STAR Labs is going haywire. Perhaps Supergirl and Mr. Zero could investigate? Seeing as he has knowledge in physics and could maybe decipher those signals?

Ah... I have a question, if it's alright. I had been thinking, when it comes to inserting Robin into the roleplay, I could simply have him working alongside somehow or accompanying Batman in the situation- but would that be alright, or would it not be wanted? I don't want to be troublesome or anything by joining the interaction with Batman, I just thought that it might be the simplest or most comfortable way to do so. But if not, I could try to figure something else out too. Sorry about having to ask, I just wanted to make sure what it would be alright for me to do, and am a bit confused about how it'd be best to enter my character as well.
