When he opened it he smiled. "I do love it." He says taking her into a hug and kissing her again. "I love you, now it's my turn." He says not releasing any hints. "Get dressed."

Alyssa looked at her husband and then shook her head. "What are you up to?" She asked but did as he asked and got dressed then walked back over and hugged him from behind. "Where to Doctor Woods?"

"You'll see, but I'm took the day off from being doctor." He says taking her hand and leads her to the car. Taking a car ride they drive to the same plane he took her in the first time, a trip down memory lane.

Alyssa laughed softly as they went on a car ride. She smiled as she remembered every memory possible that she had with Jayden. "I love you so much." She whispered with a smile and leaned over to kiss him softly. When she pulled away, she fought back tears from all their memories. All their wonderful memories.

At the end of their memory trail that lasted all day, he lead her to the party he had set up. He was glad to see that smile on her face. When she went off to talk with some friends he saw Lilly and went to check on her.

Alyssa loved the memory trail and the party. When Lilly saw her father walk over, she sighed and looked away. "Yes?" She asked. She was exhausted and honestly just wanted Jace here. He was all she could think about. That and routines because, she got the position as captain. She was extremely nervous.

Her father shrugged. "I came to say hell to the captain."'he says proudly with a smile. He took her into a hug and kissed her head.. "Congratulations."

"Thanks." Lilly said as she smiled a weak smiled then stared at the table yet again. It wasn't really all that exciting plus she couldn't go see Jace today. She really wanted to tell him the news.

"I'll take you after this." Her father whispers with a smile. He knew what it was like to have someone you cared for to be in the hospital and you couldn't be near them 24/7 in good news Jace should be going home in the next few days.

Lilly looked over at her father and smiled a wide smile. She hugged him close and her smile never faded. "Thank you daddy." She whispered but when she heard screams, she stood up and looked around frantically. Angela stopped by but this time, her intention was to kill. Alyssa told the kids to go with their father and that's when shots were fired and Alyssa fell to the ground in pain. "Mommy!" Lilly said as she ran over and Riley stayed looking. This shouldn't be happening.

Jayden as a doctor his instinct mass him run towards her but as her husband his stomach fell to the floor. For s moment he froze at the sight but then pulled Lilly away and pushed her back towards the crowd while Alex ran off to call the police Jayden started doing what needed to be done automatically without thought.

Alyssa had her eyes closed and when she opened them, everything was slowly turning black. Her side in utter pain and when she heard Jayden telling her to stay with him, she just couldn't and soon became unconscious. Riley watched everything unfold and Lilly cried in his arms. This wasn't how today was supposed to go.

"Come on Aly, stay with me, I'm right here, it's going to be okay." He was trying with all his strength not to let his personal deelgs get in the way but he has see. Lost life before and he had seen her so close to it a handful of times before. Could this be the end? He prayed not but he couldn't help but think that.

When the ambulance finally showed, they quickly loaded Alyssa up on the stretcher then into the ambulance. Riley and Lilly left with Sadie and Alex following behind and when they got to the hospital, Lilly immediately ran to the room but she was taken out. None of this should've happened.

It almost seemed as if this's events had become normal to them and that frightened Jayden. Nk matter how many ties he was out through it it would never be any less terrifying than the first time.

When they got Alyssa stable, she slowly woke up and noticed Lilly was laying next to her. Aly smiled and kissed Lilly's head as she saw Riley sleeping on the couch then looked over at her husband. "Hey." She whispered with a laugh and leaned over to kiss him. She loved her family more then anything.

Jayden shook his at at her, "I told thou, I took the day off from being doctor." He says teasingly, but of course he was glad to see she was alright. He wasn't happy however they where here.

Alyssa laughed softly as she nodded. "I know. Angela's just a crazy psycho jealous girl." She told him with a laugh and leaned over to kiss him again. "I hate being here." She whispered as she sighed and leaned over to kiss him again.

"I don't really like it either." Her husband whispers with a soft laugh. He spent a lot of time here and he would prefer not on his day off. "I'm just glad you're okay."

"I knew I would be." She told him in a whisper with a laugh as she felt Lilly stir around. "Can I go see Jace?" She asked and Alyssa smiled with a nod. Lilly smiled and looked at her dad with a smile. "Please?"

"Don't cause any trouble you here." Her father says with a smile as he watched her walk out. "Do you need anything?" He asks his wife as the two oldest ran into the room to check on their mother.

Alyssa laughed softly and shook her head. "Nope. My family's all safe." She whispered and when their older ones ran in, she smiled at them and the two immediately ran to hug her. "Gosh, don't be so reckless." Bella said as she laughed and fought back tears. Today was the day, the oldest thought they'd lose their mother.

"It wasn't her fault." Jayden quickly adds addressing their daughter's concern. He knew what she was thinking because they all were thinking the same thing. "When is it ever had fault?" Landen asked teasingly but still held concern, today would have not been the day to lose his mom. Today he and his wife found out they were expecting one of their own and he wouldn't have been able to compose himself if he lost his mom in the same day.

Alyssa smiled at her older babies and then looked at Jayden and smiled as well. When Alyssa saw Ebony walk in then saw how quick Landen was to join her, she smiled at them. "Any news to tell?" She asked them. She could just see it.
