Fantasy Crimson Knight Academy

Kiro emerged from Troy, taking over. He told her about how someone important to both of them had died, and Troy blamed himself for it. Kiro looked aggressive, eyes crimson. Troy was hidden in a dark place of memory.
The old Yuliae may have yelled commoner rand ran away. Run away from all her problems. Just like how she sprinted from the memory of her Mama and Papa being taken away for raising a magical child. Their limbs bleeding, screams piercing the cold air. She ran away from those memories. But this time, Yulaie wasn't going to run away from Troy and Kiro. Friends. The word circled in her mind, giving her the strength to fight back.

"I.. I don't care about that! I'm sad that he lost someone a long time ago, but he needs to look past that! Or else he'll lose someone again! You'll both lose someone again! And.. I'll lose someone too! So if you are just going to be a coward and leave me to die in the battle, so be it! But you'll only lose someone else! And this time, you won't even fight for me! It'd be just like giving up! And neither you, Kiro, nor Troy, would ever do that! Do you hear me?! Hear me!" She yelled, eyes wetting. Yulaie didn't care if what she said got her beaten up.

@Kiroshiven
Kiro sighed deeply. "Kid, I'm going to let Troy out for a moment. Watch what his mage armor becomes. And whatever you do, don't try and fight him. The last time he got like this.......let's just say the headmistress cleaned up a very large desert where a building once stood." The red left his eyes as they began to turn white, this was the color of fire at its purest. As Troy took over, he didn't look right. His eyes screamed of anger, hate, and bloodlust. It was savage, even Kiro's most terrible of looks was a beaming smile of friendship compared to this. Troy pulled out his lighter and created the small flame that would become his mage armor. It was no longer the phoenix, the symbol of rebirth and life. This was a creature born of a desire to kill. It surrounded troy to the point that he was no longer visible. What stood before Yuliae was a demon.

Elden levitates over to Christian, and he watches the boy. Elden was able to use his lightning to levitate, and he had to use this to watch Christian.

Elden watched silently as the boy does his best to hold in the magic. "Let it all flow Christian. Everything will work out if you accept it. Trust me." Elden turned into a bolt of electricity and stood next to Marble. "You can do just as amazing feats as Marble and I. You could do more. No one told you couldn't. Let it all go, Sky spirit." Elden's tiger eyes flash with a stormy blue, illuminating the dome of earth in a blue light. @yamagache @JustKay

Yuliae almost fainted. Troy didn't stand before her, but some sort of demon did. Kiro told her not to fight Troy. But what if she was attacked? Just... don't fight him. He was no longer a phoenix, but a symbol of darkness and the hottest of raging fire. This made Kiro seem like the sunny one. His armor was terrifying and burning with hate, blood thirst and rage. Was Troy even in there? Yuliae didn't dare speak until she knew what exactly was going to happen. An apparently, something so terrible that once upon a time, the Headmistress had to clean up his dark trail of rage and disaster.

@Kiroshiven
The demon looked around. It spotted the girl and then looked away. The demon was looking for threats. It moved and left behind a blazing fire where its foot once stood. The creature began to move about the campus. There was magic being used and the beast sensed it. It went looking for the magic the heat emanating from the beast melting much of the products around it. A roar echoed out into the night as it made its way toward the headmistress' office. Troy's desire to get out of the battle was driving him towards where where he thought she'd be.

The demon briefly looked at her, then turned away and started heading out. He searched the campus leaving a distinctive trail of rage and destruction that other students stood well away from. Yuliae silently followed the fiery demon that had consumed who was once Kiro and Troy. It seemed as if the demon was looking for the Headmistress. Yes, Yuliae was correct, as the demon had found his way to the door of the Headmistress's office. She had never been here before, but peering from her hidden spot on the wall, she could see that a sign engraved 'Headmistress' sat in between the ornaments of twisting branches carved into the door. An Earth Knight, yes. And she must be incredibly powerful. So what does this demon want to do with her?

(Do you think this is getting too O.P way too quickly, were still in school trying to learn magic or what ever, and then demon-like people reaming around a school yard ? Should we like try to be a little less O.P so that we could actually have a kinda hard time beating the demons outside the academy.Just a little thought).

( @Rexus434 Well, no, even though I don't want characters to get O.P too quickly, @Kiroshiven 's character is A) a year two standard student, and B) This is some sort of.. I dunno... demon thing... But let's just wait and see what happens, okey? ^^ )

(@Rexus434 The demon isn't trying to fight. It wants to leave. It's the darkest part of Troy. If he is attacked it will fight, but it's not an aggressive spirit it's just violent toward violence. Also, wanted to use this to show that there is depth to Troy beyond the two personalities. Wanted to show a bit more of what's locked away in him. That pain and hate he holds onto from the death of someone important to him.)

The fire calmed as Troy walked into the door. Being in the headmistress' presence gave him a sense of calm as she had done once before. He spoke quickly to her about the decision to be put on a team battling demons. The conversation ended with Troy leaving the room distraught. As he looked at all the students that seemed terrified of him, Troy didn't care. He was going to HAVE to fight again. It wasn't something that he was wanting. And knowing what had happened once before he worried about how his partner would react or if she'd survive.

While the demon Troy had been in the Headmistress's office, Yuliae had retreated back to the commons area, which was seemingly empty. She was going to wait there for the demon, Troy, or Kiro to come back. She would either fight or talk, and hopefully persuade him to join the battle. She planned her whole conversation, making sure she wouldn't let her emotions spill out uncontrollably like last time. After a while, her eyelids began to droop and her body turned limp, and she couldn't help but fall asleep in a curled up position on the couch.

@Kiroshiven

Troy walked solemnly across the campus. His body felt heavy and his heart like lead. He wanted to just collapse and let the world swallow him whole. The glares of the onlookers that were fixing the fire damage his demon had created kept him moving however. He finally made it back to the dorm and sighed deeply before walking in. His deep blue eyes stopped upon Yuliae who was asleep on the couch. "You waited just to talk huh?" He said quietly as he picked the girl up. He couldn't take her to her room so he put her in his and left her curled up before grabbing a spare blanket and moving out to the common room's couch.

"Nut here, bolt there... Complete..." Cecilia said to herself, currently in the recesses of the academy. She'd just finished up her weekly weapon maintenance, her Geared Assassination now back on her arm and her about to leave the small area which she'd used for two years to work on her projects. Playing with the mechanisms of her gun, she just did one last check to make sure all was functioning right. Just as about to leave, a teacher she's known two years, came up to her; Toshikazu Shimamoto, self-proclaimed 'master' of mechanics.

Mr. Shimamoto had been trying for almost two years now to get Cecilia a partner, though the longest she's had a partner for was about a month and that was just the first month of her time at the school; everybody else'd lasted a week at most before finding a new partner. This time, for the sake of both, Mr. Shimamoto prayed this one would be the permanent; a white-haired girl by the name of Kyo Yuki. Kyo'd been basically plucked from her uninteresting state of thought by Mr. Shimamoto quite soon after coming up with her genius idea, then brought right here to this girl and told she'd be her partner.

"So you're Cecilia Bloodthorne..." Kyo said, though some may question whether she spoke to Cecilia or if it was merely thinking out loud by the tone Kyo's voice held. "I'm Kyo Yuki, and supposedly we're partners..." Kyo stated as though simply speaking thoughts without much interest or care. Everything simply went silent after Kyo's few words, Mr. Shimamoto silently excusing himself due to him not exactly... fitting in with the two. "If that's all you have to say, then please go now so I may get back to my room..." Cecilia said in a calm and gentle tone, although rather serious with Kyo able to feel the seriousness in her voice.

With that, the two had met and become partners; whether or not it'd last, neither really knew nor did either care. However, Kyo's interest had been piqued ever so slightly by the small girl who Mr .Shimamoto'd claimed to be a goddess, for two simple reasons: One, the girl didn't seem to be the type to think of themselves as a genius or anything special just because they have some sort of talent, and two, the girl was very... reminiscent of Kyo's self in one aspect, though she couldn't quite tell what it was. Kyo and Cecilia went their separate ways now that all was said and done, Kyo returning to the commons area and Cecilia going to a room that'd been given to Cecilia alone due it being an old and unused room that was once like a small storage.

((This good, @kurol? X3))

Yuliae woke up. "Hm...Hm? Dammit! I was sleeping!" she quietly yelled to herself. She looked around. Boys dorm? Had Troy put her there? Did that mean he was back to normal...? She got out of bed, before realizing her uniform was old and stained. She hadn't changed for a while, and burn marks from spits of fire adorned her uniform. She crossed into the girls dorm silently to fetch a new uniform, but remembered that all were taken and that the Dorm Keeper changes them once every morning. She went back to the Boys Dorm and found one spare uniform in the closet. "Grrr.." she growled, putting on the boys uniform. For once, it felt like a usual moment, one where she'd growl casually at something that annoyed her.

Yuliae walked outside, grumpy in her boys uniform and tired state. Then she remembered; she'd been waiting for Troy so she could get some sort of form of answers to the bubbling questions inside of her. Troy was huddled on the couch, blanket on top of him. Yuliae stayed quiet and watched him for a while from the doorway of the dorm, waiting to be noticed.

Hearing both encouragements from Marble as well as Elden, Christian realized something. Even though he was terrified at what he created, he knew he wasn't in any actual danger. They wouldn't have put him in this situation if they were unsure if he could handle himself. And that's all he needed. There reasearments made him feel a sort of confidence in himself he never felt in his entire sixteen years of living.

"Thank you, both of you." He said feeling calm and peace, something very knew to his heart. The air swirled around, but this time it was if Christian had control. It danced around his two friends instead of violently lashing at them. Getting slower and slower until it became a light breeze gently ruffling there hair. Then it stopped.

Christian sat on his knees, breathing deeply and quickly. Sweat poured down his face. he was not used to ever using this much energy, let alone his Air magic for nothing else but Healing. But he learned today that he could use it for much more and that made him so outright happy, he couldn't help but smile, with tears running down his cheeks.

As the wind died down Marble could see Christian's torrent of magic slow down until it was only a steady stream. It was more then the thread thin rope it had been earlier which was a step in the right direction. Plus Christian now seemed more sure of himself when it came to his magic. When he was done stopping the wind storm and sank to his knees exhausted, Marble had moved out of the way and to the side of him instead as bringing down her magic barriers. "Very good Christian. You did well for today, but you need to rest. Your magic is as much a muscle as anything else in your body. We will have regular sessions here in the library after breakfast." she was knelt beside him now and reached out to pat him on his arm. "I feel classes will keep us busy during the day. Then you and Elder can train together to hone your fighting and team work in the evenings before dinner. Magic, mind, body is your new routine." Rising slowly she moved to stand behind Christian and put her hands on his shoulders in a touch so light it was barely felt. "But first, I did promise we'd take care of this. I want you to just close your eyes and open yourself up, I'll take care of the rest this time."

Elden watches the two. His tribal eyes watch carefully, the lightning around him trickling around his body. He smiles as he pats Christians shoulder. "We will stay here with you, and make sure that you grow. I am sure you'll do just fine." Elden does the fisted salute again, and he continues to levitate. He looks over at Marble. "You are very skillful in magic, Marble. You remind me of my grand mother."

A sudden flashback goes into Elden's mind about his long-lost grandmother. They would always meditate at the top after he trained with the warriors. Until that day... He snaps out of it, showing no emotions that he had one, but his eyes were misty. @yamagache @JustKay

While marble was Healing the burns on his back, Christian looked up in Eldens direction. He was still showing off a bit of electricity around his body as if the reaction to the magic that had come from christian was creating friction within Eldens Magic. Hes eyes never seemed to lose focus on christian, Still looking as stoic as ever. Christian really did find Elden to be very cool and awe inspiring. His mannerism always looked old and filled with wisdom, as if he knew more about the world then he let on. He really admired him. After giving more words of encouragement, he made his salute towards Christian. Without even thinking about it Christian mirrored his movements making the salute back to him. Christian couldn't help but think it was like their secret handshake. Something only they could do as partners. He couldn't help but smile again.

The smile suddenly lost its effect when Elden had complemented Marble on her abilities. His eyes became a bit misty. Something most people would have overlooked immediately. but for some reason, having spent a lot of time seeing Elden using the same facial expressions for a while now, he could sort of make out when there were slight differences. It was like for a split second he was lost in a day dream or perhaps a memory. Not knowing what to say, Christian tries to start up a conversation. "So Magic in the morning with marble, School work in the Afternoon, and then you'll be kicking my but with training in the evening." realizing the moment that it sounded like Elden hadn't been given the choice. "If you'll have me as a sparring partner." He quickly chimed in.

Troy woke up slowly. He was exhausted still. Not because of where he slept, but because of the nightmare that plagued him throughout the duration of his sleep. He had relived a few months ago again and again and again. It was terrible. And the last words she said "Keep smiling." How could he? She was the prson that had meant the world to him and she was gone because of his stupidity.

@kurol

Marble had closed her eyes, falling into the source of her magic. She didn't linger there like she did during meditation. Instead she gently scooped some of it up and coaxed it out like a root towards Christian. Reaching into Christian she teased out a small flowing thread of his magic and combined them. Next she focused on Christian's back layering the magic down onto it in rows to fully cover all of his wounds. Then she used her magic to whisper and guide, to tell the body what it was suppose to be. To help it remember smooth skin and health. It helped that children of air and water were best suited for the healing arts. Others could learn it of course, children of earth held an affinity for it as well, but most of the power healers came from those two elements. As the magic took the form it was suppose to and new what the body needed to be it spread out throughout the rest of Christian's body getting rid of old scars, pain, and healed over wounds. The work required focus to make sure the magic remembered its role and didn't roll away from them but it wasn't difficult work when using both earth and wind magic.

"We will stay here with you, and make sure that you grow. I am sure you'll do just fine." Elden does the fisted salute again, and he continues to levitate. He looks over at Marble. "You are very skillful in magic, Marble. You remind me of my grand mother."

Slowly untangling their powers she guided Christian's back into its source, making sure none of it had leeched out and was secure before drawing her power back into herself. Marble caught what Elden was saying as she came back up from her own source of magic. Opening her eyes she inclined her head at Elden, "I take that as a great honor child of lightning. I will do my best to live up to it." Patting Christian on the shoulder she moved back around to face him again and offered a helping hand down to him as he recited over what the coming days would bring for him. "You are most welcome to still join us in the mornings Elden if you would like to get in some meditation of your own."

@National @yamagache

Elden's eyes return to normal, and he stares straight down at his hands. He snaps out of it as he looks at Christian. He smiles, happy that the boy was now more confident in his abilities. He watches as Marble heals Christian, something that his mother would do often. Elden breathes in, and out, trying to calm himself from his visions and flashbacks. He smiles back at Christian. "Don't worry about me. I would love to train with you, it will strengthen our bond as a team." Elden looks at Christian, and he can still sense that warrior spirit inside the boy. It was sitting there, waiting for Christian to wake it up. He could see something similar in Marble, but it was a little closed off due to her stone magic. However, he still sensed many things.

He hears her say that she was honored to be compared to his grandmother, and another flashback goes through his mind. All the lights in the entire school flicker a few times as Elden's eyes stare at Marble's hand. Suddenly, he snaps back to reality, and he takes her hand, levitating back down. He looks back up at them. "Of course. Meditation is key to be bonded to your spirit and mind." @yamagache @JustKay

He could feel it, Suddenly like a wave of pure light passing over his entire body. Not only was his burns healing away, but shockingly every scar, burn, abrasion and cut caused by his mother washed away with the earth magic that was gently intertwining with his air magic. He stared, completely dumbfounded as years of pain filled milestones of his life suddenly vanished off his skin. Replaced by newer and smoother skin, Christian could only look at Marble with over whelmed gratitude.

"I... I don't know what to say... Thank you." For the Second time today, Christian felt his soul in peace, and he would never forget who gave him that.

But there it was again That small tinge of sadness clear across Eldens eyes. Even though he had told Christian he was alright, Christian just didn't believe he was entirely OK. Then the lights began to flicker uncontrollably as Eldens eyes glazed over. Everything immediately reset itself as if nothing had happened, with Elden shaking his head trying to regain his sense of self. He takes marbles hand and gravitates back down to the ground. Agreeing to Marbles invitation to join in Morning magic practice to meditate.

But it still bothered Christian. They were so focused recently on helping him that maybe Elden wasn't feeling as emotionally stable as he had been given to believe. Christian started to feel a little remorseful. Getting up from the ground, feeling weightless but strong at the same time. Feeling out his new and improved body, This time Christian placed his hand on Eldens shoulder. "Hey if you want to talk out any problems you have, please don't hesitate to confide in me...us. were your friends, just as much as you are our friend... and i'm your partner now. lean on me when you need support, as i have leaned on you." Speaking from the very depth of his heart, christian laid down how he truly felt with no problems. he was serious and hoped Elden could see that.

Troy slowly woke up. His eyes were frightened and large. She knew this too well. Had he had a nightmare too? She had one. About running away... About Mama and Papa. "Commoner?" she said slowly. Yuliae walked into the common room and sat on the seat near the window, looking at the cherry blossoms that peacefully flew down from their branches. It brought back many memories that Yuliae thought she had erased from her mind. Looking at Troy she wanted to help him, or at the least talk to him, but she could only look out the window.

Elden looks up at Christian, and he smiles. He had to keep up the masquerade. He knows Christian is his friend, but he didn't feel comfortable to tell what is attacking his tribe. It was his problem, and also his fault that his grandmother...

He shakes his head, and he gently pats Christians hand. "Nothing is wrong with me. I only had a bad memory slip into my head. Nothing more than that " @yamagache @justka
