In chess, there are various pieces; pawn, rook, knight, bishop, queen and King. Any single piece could change the battle, but in only one case is the loss of a single piece the end of the game: The King. For those of us in the Allied Armies, it is readily obvious who the 'King' was for Team Rocket: Giovanni. Without him, Team Rocket would be without a leader, and his loss would be devastating. Perhaps it is for that reason that he has stayed off the radar, making himself nearly impossible to find since the War started, appearing only in propaganda films designed to recruit new members to Team Rocket's cause.


We have reason to believe he may be getting desperate. Intel reports indicate Team Rocket has begun abducting individuals to bolster their numbers. Thus far, we haven't found any of the missing people, and none of them have shown up as battlefield casualties. We have no idea where they may be keeping the hostages at this time.


At the very least, we know why Giovanni may be getting desperate. He greatly underestimated the strength of the Allied Armies. Bolstered by the likes of the Elite Fours and Champions from each nation, it's no small wonder why the Allied Armies have proven so effective. Even still though, casualties have been high, with many of these powerful trainers already KIA. Unlike Team Rocket, who has only one King, the Allied Armies have spawned five, at least, that's how Team Rocket sees it. Intercepted transmissions indicate that a few members of the Allied Armies have struck a particular nerve with Giovanni. He has put a bounty on them, promising a big reward to whatever Team Rocket member brings one in dead or alive. In fact, it was Giovanni himself who dubbed them the Five Kings.


The Demon King, The Metagross King, The Red King, Position Available, Position Available. These Five trainers rose up after the Elite Four and Champions were struck down. Now they are our greatest weapon against Team Rocket. As long as the Five Kings stand, we cannot be defeated.

Speaking of Flashbacks, I was thinking of giving Baelok implanted memories of the five kings as Rocket designed the experiment to stop them. Essentially trying to brainwash Baelok into hating them- I'll let you all determine for yourselves how much truth is in the memories. Is that an idea I should go with or just scrap it?
