For the missions I've figured out who goes where.
Mission 1 - Sayogoromo and Jian
Mission 2 - Yama
Mission 3 - Isaac and Cordelia
Mission 4 - Irvi, Riko, and Joseph. (Even though he's retired he'll step in for the mission. To teach the newcomers what its like at Cerberus Vale)
