Broseph would probably look at their strengths and weaknesses through the way they act as well as their proficiency in certain avenues of skills.
Riko might be split off into training with Soma, because Soma wields a revolver (most of the time) for hunting.
Irvi might train with Jian considering swordsmanship seems to be a connection between the two. (Since Irvi will have a katana in the future)
