The whole OTP between Toujou and Octavia so far is in OOC. The reason Tou acts like that in front of Octavia, is not because he likes her but because he's Tou. The whole OTP between Toujou and Octavia so far is in OOC. The reason Tou acts like that in front of Octavia, is not because he likes her but because he's Tou.
