As for getting approved moonclae doesn't really have a system for approving characters they will just call you out if it's to overpowered. Following that logic it's probably safe to say that you good to post until moonclaw says otherwise.

100 words isn't harsh at all, hell that is barely two paragraphs. If I wanted to be harsh I'd bring you to my level and make it 500 words. Then again last time I did that people kept dding fluff so that is a no go. Back to writing my drunken post
