Between Two Hateful Sides (Telios x Ene Kagerou)

"What does it taste like? It smelt so good Leah could barely stop herself from eating a piece of it," Leah said, "Leah wishes she knew how to cook like Takios."
 
"Leah hopes so," Leah said, smiling back at him. She was silent for a while and then she spoke up, "Leah wishes it could've been her who saved Takios."
 
"It's like those two are connected now. Takios has half of the same demon that Star has," Leah explained, looking at him as she spoke.
 
"Not exactly," Leah said, "Star and Takios have the opposite powers from each other now. They make the perfect team. They fill in each other's weaknesses. Like that.."
 
"The demon inside can split the souls," Leah explains, "Half of your soul was taken away, and Yugens have two souls. One is a demon and the other is the human soul, but the demon soul is wrapped around the human soul. Star gave Takios half of her soul, and the demons soul expanded, causing the power to increase, but in opposite directions. Does Takios understand now?"
 
"Y-Yes..." Takios nodded before taking out the lasagna.


"It's ready. Let's go tell everybody to the dining room." Takios smiled as he out the tray onto a service cart and pushed it to a connected room, seemingly the dining room.

"Yeah!" Leah said enthusiastically, running back into the main hall and looking for everyone, successfully leading them to the dining room.


"Yeah, Takios and Leah made it," Leah told them, proudly, as the rest of them followed her into the room.


"Mm, it smells so good," Odeus commented, inhaling and letting the delicious scent of lasagna fill his nostrils. "Meat, Tomatoes, Pasta, Cheese..."


"I wanted to help, too," Star pouted.


"Star shouldn't whine when she's getting such a nice meal," Leah muttered.


"Sorry," Star said, "I won't complain. It looks yummy. Thanks, Leah and Takios."

"Here and here and here... Done! Let's eat!" Takios started to set the table before cutting the lasagnia, putting a piece of the same size onto each plates before sitting down at his chair, smiling.
 
Everyone else sat down with him. Star sat next to Takios on one side, and Leah on the other. Odeus sat next to Star, Braden sat next to Leah, and Usa was next to Braden, with Uso sat next to Odeus. "Thanks, Takios," All of them said in synchronization. "And Leah," Leah added, repeated by the rest of them, only with less enthusiasm than they had for Takios.

Each and every one of these other Yugen seemed to love the lasagna extremely. "This is really good!" Usa and Uso exclaimed, beginning to shovel the food into their mouths like starving orphans.


"Super good!" Star added, smiling brightly as she ate it rather slowly, as if conserving each and every bite.

"You must be starving out there!" To kiss exclaimed, looking Usa and Uso, eating their food quickly.
 
"No, Usa and Uso get lunch from the school," Usa explained, continuing to eat her food as fast as they have been. "They just really like this Lana stuff!"

"Not many humans know about it, but there is a school that Yugens are allowed in for free, in this city. There are a few humans there who are as poor as those who are Yugens, while some Yugens go to school with humans if they can afford it, or if the human is their master and wants to bring them to school," Odeus explained, "Star, Leah, Braden, Uso and Usa all go to the first school. They receive bread and water for lunch, but it isn't very good bread."

"Most definitely," Odeus agreed, "The family is very grateful for your genorosity and kindness. They have not met any human who is as nice as you. But unfortunately they learned that good people really do die young, they were just lucky again that Takios was able to be resurrected as a Yugen."
 
Not long after everyone was finished, Star stood up from the table.


"I'll clean up," She said, and before anyone could disagree, she began to collect everyone's dirty dishes. She put them on the service cart, and wheeled it back into the kitchen.

"I'll leap her. Everyone can do anything they went now." Tobias said as he got up and followed Star.
 
When he said that, the rest of them left the dining rooms and split off, exploring throughout the house.


Star stacked the dishes next to the sink in a neat pile and separated the forks from knives. She didn't seem to notice Takios, as she hummed along, turning the faucet on and scrubbing the dishes, with a soap-less scrubby. That is, until she turned around and saw him. At first, her face showed a bit of surprise at the fact he appeared before her. "Um, am I doing it wrong? Or, Do you not want me to do it? Either way it's fine. I'll move for you. Or do you just want to help? You could dry the dishes if you want. Or did you just need to talk to me? That's fine too, because..." She continued to ramble on about possibilities that had no significant info in them
