This sounds exciting. What do you want the cause of death to be? Some neurotoxins cause the neurons fo fire way too much and can lead to things like tetany, seizures, twitching, incredible pain, etc. Others make it so the neurons fire way too little and cause things like weakness, paralysis, nausea, respiratory depression, etc. Still others destroy the neurons altogether and have a multitude of effects from both.

I might have poped into that a time or two and seen order of seven. I liked the premise. its actually fairly close to a noir-esc table top game I have been thinking about for a long time.
