"Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope! Nope!" Mei cried, using her earthbending to surf away. Amita's eyes widened as she heard Milus' voice not far off. "Hello?" he called, but whatever else he said was drowned out by Mei's screaming. "It grew! Did you see that?! It frickin' grew!" Amita would have rolled her eyes under different cicumstances.
She whirled back to where she had heard Milus' voice. "Milus?!" she called, hoping he would hear. "Are you there? We need your help!" Meanwhile, Ila frowned. "Of course I'm a bender; I'm an earthbender to be precise, silly." She nodded, "Okay. Kala's fine; should we go find the others, or go help 'Mita and Milus?"

Amita couldn't move. She had to wait for Milus and tell him to either get out of here or ask him for help, but she also had to help Mei, no matter what that stubborn girl said. She hesitated in the rubble for a moment, before calling again."Milus! Milus, if you can hear me, I'm over here! It's Amita! Milus!"

Kesuk sighed. He had expected as much. Of course Shila wanted to help. What he didn't expect was Shila surfing them up back onto the boat. "Min Ra, you idiot, what do you think you're doing?" the girl shouted to her friend, to which they got the reply, "I'm not allowing you to go on an adventure without me!"

Kesuk rolled his eyes. Was this really the time? "This thing is fast!" Min continued, "If we don't fight it, running isn't going to work, unless you can conjure up enough wind, you non-airbender!" Kesuk frowned at her again. "We have to go at it the hard way, unless you want to endanger that other ship, too!" Min finished, and Shila seemed hesitant.

Before Kesuk could respond, the creature leapt up into the air, screeching, and then punged below the surface of the water, sending a spray of salty ocean water their way. Next moment everything was calm. "Is it... gone?" the boy asked hesitantly, peering over the edge. This time he was a little less confident. "Hey!" he called, waving his arms. "There's an ice raft coming over from the other ship!"
[QUOTE="Carriana Khaos]Sesi looked up as the waters calmed. The thing was gone, or so she hoped. The brothers on her ship gave her raft one last push of water to get her to the other ship. She climbed up and over the railing and faced the three, one Fire Nation, and the other two Water Tribe, southern most likely as she did not know them, people on board. "Hello, I am Sesi of the Northern Water Tribe, and with all due respect you three are crazier than a flying lemur on cactus juice" she said with a smile of relief that no one was injured.
((Oh just putting it out there Sesi means snow in Inuit.))

[When Shila does things, she doesn't do them by halves. Oh, and just so as you know, Min Ra wasn't there; she'd gone belowdecks. She's coming out soon, though.]

Shila was relieved too, but her attention was on the girl, who stated that she, Kesuk, and Min Ra were crazier than flying lemurs on cactus juice. Shila gave an exhausted smile and a thumbs-up to that, because it was true.

Meanwhile, Min Ra, although she was relieved that the creature seemed to be gone, wondered what had happened belowdecks, with her family and Shila's. She went down below, to which she was surprised to see that it looked like a storm hit it. There were a lot of things disturbed, and, most importantly, no one was there. She wandered around, calling out to her parents and Shila's family, but there was no answer. It was up by the prow, in a storage-room that she'd never had reason to go before, that she discovered one thing that had been disturbed, but not taken. It was a small metal box with a small fire-lock (think a small version of the lock on the room with the statue of Avatar Roku in the fire temple). She took it with her. Most of the other stuff was gone. Min hurried back up abovedeck.

"Hello," said the girl who climbed aboard suddenly, having come from the raft below. "I am Sesi of the Northern Water Tribe, and with all due respect, you three are crazier than a flying lemur on cactus juice!" Kesuk grinned sheepishly, while Shila gave a thumbs-up. "I'm Kesuk," he said, extending his hand for a handshake, "from the Southern Water Tribe."

"Do you know what that thing was?" he asked, relaxing a little bit. This 'Sesi' seemed to be okay, for now. "And what are you doing out here? We were looking for adventure... and, well, it looks like we found one." He shrugged, giving a lopsided grin. "I think it's gone, by the way," he added, referring to the creature.

He glanced over his shoulder absentmindedly, before turning to look at his friends. Min had gone below, or so he assumed, so he gestured to Shila only. "This is Shila-- she's from the Southern Water Tribe too. We were meeting her friend, Min Ra... who I think is below deck now?" He glanced around, catching no sight of the elusive firebender.

"That makes things easier," Rav said, looking back for a split second before facing Ila again. "No time. C'mon, let's go find Amita and Mei." Before the earthbender could respond, he had grabbed her hand and was dragging he towards the village. He then paused, grinning sheepishly. "Where are they anyways?" Ila smirked.

"You were going the right way in the first place." she said, before turning to another girl who seemed to have come from nowhere. "What's going on?" she asked, and Ila could tell she was a waterbender. "We're not too sure ourselves!" Ila admitted, shrugging. "But there's a giant earth monster basically destroying the town. So... yeah."

Amita heard Milus before she saw him. "Amita?" he called, and then he spotted her. "Amita! What's going on? Aside from the obvious." Amita would have laughed or at least smirked if they weren't in so much danger. "Mei's run off and we need to help--" She saw Lu approaching the earth creature, stumbling around like a... well, like a blind person.

"Lu, stop!" the airbender called, before shooting a whirlwind of air her direction, slamming her away from the monster, who had just now noticed her presence. It wasn't something she would have liked to do, and she felt bad, but it was the only thing she could do at the moment. She rushed over to her as quickly as she could. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?"

It wasn't something she would have liked to do, and she felt bad, but it was the only thing she could do at the moment. She rushed over to her as quickly as she could. "I'm sorry! Are you okay?"
Min Ra chose that time to make her presence known, running abovedecks with the box. She caught sight of Kesuk and Shila and said: "I was down below, and now I'm worried. There's no sign of our families anywhere."

Then, she noticed Sesi. "Hi," she said, "I bet you're from that other ship. I'm Min Ra, and these people are Shila and Kesuk."

Min Ra didn't know that Kesuk had already introduced them.

"Uh...yes I think so...." She said hesitantly. "Did something hit me?" She asked, though she knew what it was, she had to maintain the persona of Lu Qui. (Lu Qui = Loki, get it?)

Mayu looked at the Girl then at the monster,"OH NO!" She said in a blond way, like as if she was a timid person.

Lew and Kazu still watched then Lew looked at Rav,"were gonna stay here...." Kazu nodded,"Yeah, just in case someone else runs into us we can tell them where you guys went" Kazu said with a nervous nod

S Sesi looked at the group before her trying to get a read on them. "Yes I'm from the other ship. My uncle is a merchant so I decided that it was time to do some traveling of my own," she said. She left out the fact that she was trying to find a firebending teacher in her travels. As it seemed though her body was against her keeping that slightly hidden. She let loose a sneeze that caused her hands to spark from clenching them tightly.
((Had to give her away somehow))

Mei looked back to see the monster had focused it's attention on someone else, as she doubled back, she realized Lu Qui had become the point of its focus. Amita air slammed her out of the way as Mei Yun rejoined them, "Gee, you're sure fond of 'whoosh' 'pow!-ing' people out the way," she said as she skidded to a halt, "Got a plan?" She asked as she kept her eye on the creature

Rav'n looked from Kazu to Lew and back before nodding. "Stay safe." He grinned after a moment. "If I start screaming, come save me." The boy turned slightly to face the new girl, not sure where she'd come from. "Yeah, big monster thing. Unless you'd care to lend a hand, you might want to stick with these two." A smirk followed the last sentence after Rav glanced over his shoulder nevously towards the monster. "We have some friends to help out." Almost impatiently Rav'n pulled Ila along. Even a little earth monster would distract him from making friends with the new girl, so it couldn't be helped. He didn't have time for formalities.

"I'll distract it, get her out of here!" Milus roared as he realized that Lu Qui was more or less helpless, being blind and all. He drew his sword and yelled at the hulking form of earth and rock, intent on getting it's attention. "Hey, Ugly! Down here!" Creative insult aside, the man's mind was reeling as he wearily eyed the creature, trying to figure out how to stop it. Or kill it. He certainly couldn't stab the thing; it would probably break his sword. Nevertheless the man held the weapon in front of him, its weight and worn grip reassuring in his similarly worn hands.

Rav'n barreled through the streets, finally catching a glimpse of the Amita and two other girls through a ruined house. "Over there!" He cried, jerking Ila in the direction as he closed in. "Amita!"

Min Ra noticed.

"Oh, you're a firebender? What is a firebender doing in the Northern Water Tribe?"

Sesi shifted her weight uncomfotably. "It's a bit of a long story really," she said quietly. "Basically I was found in some wreckage by fishermen when I was 5, they took me to the safety of the Northern Tribe where I was adopted by a loving family, I have no memory before that" she said, not really knowing why she was telling complete strangers her life story, but she felt the she could trust them.

Min Ra nodded. "Interesting. Well," she said, "I'm a firebender, and you could really use a teacher. Do you want to be my student?"

Sesi's eyes lit up at Min Ra's offer. She knew she needed training, as all she knew were a few waterbending stances that her brother had taught her. "That would be a delight. Thank you," she said as calmly as she could given her excitement at finally being able to learn her element.

Min Ra smiled. "Cool. I've never been a teacher before."

She then turned more serious and said: "But still, all the adults on this ship are gone. We're the only ones left- probably because I was crazier than a flying lemur on cactus juice and stayed up here, and the waterbenders jumped. What do we do now?"

Sesi looked at the three on the ship as she processed what Min Ra said. "Why would the adults leave without you three. Yes I get that you all decided to fight that thing rather than hide, but you should never leave family behind" she stated in a slightly upset tone. Thinking back though she wasn't sure how anyone could have left as she nor the crew of her uncle's ship saw any life boats being set out. "Wait," she said "How would they have left anyway?" she asked.

Min Ra was just as confused as the other three. "I have no idea. But they weren't there. It was also kind of confused-maybe they thought I was with them or something."

Shila, who had a habit of wild guessing, said: "Maybe they had secret underwater lifeboats? Or teleportation powers? Aah &@^% it, I'm just as confused as the rest of you."

Amita shrugged, giving a lopsided smirk to Mei. "It's that or nothing," she said, then looked around uneasily. "...Not really." Suddenly she heard Milus yelling to get Lu Qui out of there, and that she agreed with. This was no place for a blind person. As she started to help her up, she heard a certain boy call her name. "Amita!"

"Rav?" the girl whirled, a small, hopeful smile appearing on her lips. With him was Ila, who waved excitedly. "Hey, 'Mita! It's us!" she called. "Rav! Ila!" Amita grinned, and she would have run over to them if not for Lu. The airbender had taken hold of the blind girl's arm, and had draped it over her own shoulder, in an attempt to aid her walking.

The creature glanced down at the tiny form below him. It seemed to be yelling. The earth creature roared down at the human angrily, before raising a hand to swipe. At that moment, it froze and it began to turn around. And around. And around. The thing began to spin; slow at first, though gradually becoming faster and faster.

"You have to help," Amita continued. "This is Mei, by the way." She paused. "Mei?! You're back, and safe!" She had barely even noticed the girl's return, but then her eyes widened. "Oh no! Milus!" She tried to look back at where the man had run off. "We have to help him; he went after Mei! And she's here!"

Kesuk's eyes widened as he saw a few sparks fly from Sesi's hands. He had assumed she was a water bender, or at the very least, a non bender. She couldn't possibly be a firebender... right? Min spoke his thoughts for him, and Sesi revealed that she was, indeed, a firebender. She had been found and raised by a family from the northern water tribe, apparently.

Min offered her training services to the girl, and she excitedly accepted. Kesuk couldn't help but grin. Next moment, Min pointed out that everyone else that had once been on board had somehow disappeared. "What?" the boy said, giving a confused look. He had wondered about Shila's family, but at the time things were too hectic to go and check on them.

"They're... not here? Where would they have gone?" he asked, obviously confused and puzzled. Like Sesi said, they hadn't seen them leave. Shila suggested teleportation, and Kesuk frowned. "We're pretty much all confused, I think. And did we ever figure out what that... thing... was? Where did it go? I think it left."

Mei Yun still didn't know who this Milus person was. But her reckless actions put him in danger. As much as she hated responsibility, she didn't want his death on her hands. Mei Yun sighed, "Gosh darn it! Come on let's save him then!" She jumped to her feet and set down the loot bag she already had on her person, "Just so you know, I'm still getting my other loot bag after this is over" she said to Amita as she got ready to go find Milus, "Well lead the way, tender foot"

"Gosh darn it!" Mei sighed, getting up and setting down her bag full of loot (or at least, that's what Amita assumed it was). "Come on; let's save him then!" "Yeah! We can do it!" Ila cheered, jumping into the air. "Just so you know," Mei added, "I'm still getting my other loot bag after this is over." Amita restrained herself from saying anything.

"Well, lead the way, tender foot." "Me?" the airbender asked, pointing to herself for emphasis. "You can do it, 'Mita!" Ila grinned, giving a thumbs-up. "We believe in you!" She looked at Rav, Mei, and Lu. "Riiiiight?" "Um.. okay," she mumbled, a bit unsure of herself, before starting to run in the direction where Milus had gone.

She then paused. "What about Lu?" she asked, gazing at the blind girl and wondering what to do. Ila sighed. "Okay, fine, I'll take her back to Lew and Kazu and that other girl whose name I forgot to ask. Reminds me-- be right back! C'mon, Lu!" The earthbender grabbed the latter's arm and began to drag her from the village as Amita shrugged and turned to follow Milus' path.

(Milus is pretty much just on the other side of this monster thing. What is it anyways? an afrit or something? Also, @xXxKateKaysxXx , am I allowed to vote for Rav'n now, or am I still voting for someone else?)

Rav'n looked up at the giant earth monster. "Woah." He muttered aloud, voicing his thoughts. "That thing is big." He glanced around just in time to see Ila run off and Amita go around the creature. "Wait, Amita!" He called only too late. "Milus will be fine." He mumbled, truly believing it. The man had been through a lot. He sighed before shaking his head and looking to Mei. "Hey, I'm Rav. Any bright ideas on stopping this thing?"

Milus braced himself for the attack, his leg muscles tensing for a leap to the side, but it didn't come. The creature began spinning wildly, however, which thoroughly alarmed the man. "What now?" He questioned exasperatedly, taking a couple of steps back to avoid the small debris that were flying (rather forcefully) off of the earth giant. The man was completely out of his element, facing off with a spinning top of rocks and dirt.

Min Ra gave a worried look. "Oh, I hope it left. I wouldn't know where they all went. But still, they're all gone, but left this box. Now, we have the ship. What are we supposed to do?"

Shila thought for a bit. "Maybe... we were going to go see the world, right? We could continue on that plan?"

Sesi looked at the others and started to form a plan "My uncles ship is headed to the Earth Kingdom, I was planning on leaving on my own adventure once we got there, it sound like it could be the starting of an adventure" she said while wringing her hands nervously, she wasn't used to talking to others outside her family much. She hoped they knew what she was trying to say though. (Sorry if it's a bit scattered I just woke up)

Shila looked at Kesuk.

"Well, I don't really have much to return to... So is it settled? We're going on an adventure?"

Shila had had daydreams about being able to use that question. She wished that it didn't come at the cost of her family, but what was done was done, and Shila felt too oddly empty from the discovery to be properly horrified and sad. Those emotions would probably come back to haunt her later, though.

Sesi nodded to Min Ra and Shila and gave them a small smile. "If you wish to continue on this ship I can ask my uncle to spare a few crewmen to aid us," she suggested not wanting to continue with her uncle to the Earth Kingdom port that he was heading towards, she had heard that many pirates occupied the market there.

Min Ra considered that.

"This is a small ship," she said, "And rather simple. It shouldn't take much more than us to sail it, especially when two of us are waterbenders. With my and Shila's families here, it was a bit overcrowded, and we don't have big families."
