Hello!

This roleplay takes place in an institute for the emotionally disturbed or mentally ill. Each patient is placed in a room with a room mate however they are not confined to these quarters. There is an art room, a music room, a court yard, a lounge, and of course the cafeteria. Patients are required to be in their bunks by 9pm every night as well as attend counseling appointments. In addition, medication is given periodically throughout the day and must be taken.

Rules!

1. To join give your intro and a brief explanation of your patients diagnoses.

2. At any point you may play a nurse or doctor

3. If you find someone you'd like to be your character's room mate, go for it!

Let's make this fun and interesting!

"Open your mouth" the pudgy nurse demanded, holding Noelle's chin in between her cold fingers. Noelle begrudgingly opened up her mouth moving her tongue this way and that to show that she had swallowed the several plastic capsules they claimed would make the voices stop. The voices that told her she was nothing, the voices that sat in her stomach and told her they were enough to fill her up. The voices that told her no one really cared, though she didn't need them to know that. 6 months since her parents last visit and not a reason to justify it, 7 months since her 'boyfriend' told her he couldn't sit around waiting for her anymore, 9 months since she'd been put in this place. The place for the broken.

Noelle moved back to her room, crawling into her iron bed and pulling itchy sheets over her tiny pale body. She pulled her messy dark hair away from her face, letting it fall in a pile behind her, squeezing her dark green eyes shut. This was not the life she had imagined, stuck in this hell hole away from the very people who put her here. But this was where she was going to have to deal with it.
