"That long? That's really cool to have someone that close to you for so long, I'm jealous." He said laughing. "3 years? Got it, I'll make sure." Tyler grinned at her. "So what do you do besides school? Like for fun?" The questions just rolled off his tounge. "Sorry if I'm keeping you." He added as he cracked his knuckles.

"I'm sorry..."


Milas's voice was quiet but audible. She moved to the side as the guy did the same and was face-to-face with him once again. Her cheeks turned pink as she became completely embarrassed.

"I don't really.. have fun." She'd giggle to herself. "I'm always studying, at university, studying, figuring out where I'm going to go for my Interning year and my Residency. It's all complicated." She'd say before yawning, leaning against the pole of the elevator and shutting her eyes. "What about you?" She'd say, eyes still closed.

Tyler took off his hoodie and handed it to her. "Here this makes a better pillow than the pole." He said being polite. "I didn't know that much went into it. I respect that you're dedicated and have a set goal. I think that's awesome." Her yawn caught him and he yawned and shook his head. "Me? Well I'll fight for as long as I'm aloud to. I have youth on my side since I'm only 21. I thought about starting a clothing line for like gym goers and fighters but I don't know anything about that stuff. Pretty stupid huh?" He said. Tyler didn't really give much thought about the future. Just the here and now.

Kin would finish up his session of Fallout 4. He then would cook up his next meal, which happened to be more fried egg. After eating said egg with a pinch of table salt, he would wash the dishes using minimal water. Then he decided to relax for a bit.

She'd be asleep by now on the pole, his hoodie curled up into her arms. She'd lightly be snoring, her face against the cold and wooden wall. If she'd seen herself, she probably would have yelled, "Get the hell up, you're in an elevator." But even her internal, judgmental voice was tired and asleep.

Shoji took a big gulp, "R-right," he said while scooting his way into the elevator. He couldn't help it but his cheeks flushed a slight red against his pale skin. He wasn't skilled in most social interactions, sure he could talk to people but in a situation like this he was completely stumped. Awkward situations were his weakness.

Tyler just smiled at how fast she was asleep. He didn't know what room she was in so without thinking he picked her up and hit the elevator button to his floor. Carrying her princess style. "You're very light." He whispered, though he knew she couldn't hear him. He opened his door and laid her in the spare room and covered her and left the room. "Well don't know how that happened." He said to himself but Tyler showered and laid down in the arm chair on the couch.

Kayano sighed, setting her book down, Amaterasu hadn't come yet and she was getting worried. She got up and took her phone off the kitchen counter, calling and texting her a few times before getting up. She decided to text Tyler to see if he saw her since the Shopping district. 'Have you seen Amaterasu at all?' she sent, sighing as she took her glasses off to clean them.

Tyler sat up when he heard his phone go off. He looked at who it was from. "Kayano." He said. His face went white. "Oh shit." He took a deep breath.


Yeahhhh about that. Well, she came into the elevator while I was in there and she stopped it and asked me questions on what my intentions with you were. Then we talked more and she fell asleep. And I didn't know what apartment you were so um yeah, she's in my spare bed room sleeping.





He sent it and he gulped.

When Kayano read the text she choked on her spit, well then. But picturing Amaterasu's reaction when she wakes up in the morning in her mind almost made her laugh, but then again it could be wrong. 'You could have asked.' she sent back, putting her glasses back on.

Tyler closed his eyes when he opened the text, opening one of them slowly, expecting a lot of curse words and caps. He read it and almost let out a sigh of relief. Yet still felt bad.


I know, I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking at the time and it just kinda happened. I can carry her down or you want to come get her?


Tyler wasn't lying there, It just kinda happened on instinct. Then again he doesn't think a lot of the time and just acts and sometimes it gets him in trouble. He had a sense Kayano was mad at him.

Kayano thought for a second, she didn't really feel like carrying anyone, so if Tyler was offering might as well take it right? Kayano texted him back 'Bring her down here' before grabbing the remote and turning off the TV.

Tyler stood up and put a shirt on and fixed his hair.


No prob. What room?


He went back into the spare room and picked her back up easily to not disturb her. She was still clinging onto his hoodie, he just smiled and worked his way to the door. He had his phone in his hand so he could see the room number.

'Floor 5 room 8' she responded, she approached the door before the sudden realization hit her. "Shit" she muttered and quickly rushed to the bathroom, taking off her glasses she struggled to put in her contacts.

Tyler read the text and walked to the elevator. He fit floor 5 and the doors closed. He looked down once again at her to make sure she was still sleeping. He was more shocked that this scene was happening now after her cursing at him a couple hours ago. He laughed at the situation. Once the doors opened he walked down the hall and gently knocked on the door. "It's meeee." he whispered, as if that wasn't creepy sounding enough.

Kayano heard Tyler at the door just as she had gotten her right contact in, she blinked a few times before grabbing her glasses and heading towards the door. Her glasses were only for reading, and her contacts didn't have a prescription. She set her glasses on the coffee table before opening the door, hoping he didn't hear the bathroom door slam.

Tyler smiled slightly when she opened the door. "Hey" is all he managed to say when he saw her. after stepping in with Amaterasu in his arms, Tyler whispered. "Where do you want her?" His eyes looking around their place. It was smaller than his, yet than again he wouldn't have minded a place like this either. He saw her glasses on the table, but didn't say anything else.

Kayano walked over to Amaterasu's bedroom door and opened it, it's only their second day there so Amaterasu hasn't had time to decorate it, so she wouldn't get mad right? Whatever. "In here." she said gesturing inside, she was a bit tired, so her acting was a little off, her expressionless face breaking every now and then.

Tyler nodded and walked into her room, he laid Amaterasu down gently and covered her up, his hoodie still in her arms. He left it. He turned back towards Kayano and closed the door behind him. "You alright?" he asked her. He felt like something was bothering her. "You probably have lots of questions or lots of punches to get out. Sooo go ahead." he said expecting her to be angry.

Milas passed him and went about her way. She found a 24-hour burger place down the street and got some food to-go in case Kiara woke up while she was gone and only would forgive her if given some food.

Kayano tilted her head at him before turning around and walking to the kitchen to grab her phone, she came back out. "Why would i punch you... exactly?" Kayano asked, "I could punch you but i don't see a reason to."

Tyler shrugged, "I don't know, because I brought her to my place." There was probably more reasons but that's all he could think of. "Reading glasses?" he said pointing to them on the table. "I'm supposed to wear them when I read but I never do." he added.

Kayano glanced at the glasses, "Oh, yeah. I only wear them when i'm reading though." she said pushing some hair out of her face. She does wear her glasses with her contacts, but even though they don't have a prescription theres always something blurry, but she does it anyways, since she's ashamed of her left eye.

Tyler nodded. "Though I think you'd look cute wearing them." he said with a smile. "So Amaterasu told me you've been together since you were young. I find that awesome, like you're sisters." Tyler let out a slight yawn but he couldn't bring himself to want to leave unless she asked. "I can tell you look out for her and she looks out for you. I like that." he added
