HAPPY BIRTHDAY (hope i'm not too late)Thank you c:
OOOHHH YAAAASSSSRYOKO IS BACK IN ACTIONNNN
Hmmm...I'm inching towards no and here's why:
- To make sure that not everything gets spoiled right away and Amelia comes to know things that will sorta break the entire plot xD
- To have more character interactions between people rather than just your own characters
- To make sure that all the information the ghosts give is correctand more misinformation isn't created
What I can do is make some small character sheets for a few of the deceased students
I was planning on actually writing out a few and control them myself, that way Amelia gets to interact with the ghosts and learn special information at the right time
But I hadn't yet asked Zayne1694 for permission so I hadn't brought it up yet here.
Great! Thanks.Glad to hear that! If I get permission, I'll try to get the character sheets ready today so Amelia gets to interact with them asap
But I'm a bit busy today so we'll see how that goes.sorry for the inconvenience
Thanks for clearing it up, darling. I will go ahead and edit that.Alright
I think I need to clear something up for some of you since it's become a misconception of sorts:
Alcatraz is not an actual literal prison.
Alcatraz is at its core a school and a research facility in one. Troublesome children (including criminals) get sent there to be researched and reformed.
The only way in which it is like a prison is that you cannot leave the premises. Within the actual premises, students and patients have a lot of freedom to walk around, play, interact, etc.
But to allow that, it's got some rock hard security considering the fact the school is filled with children of all ages with all sorts of unusual abilities.
This includes:
- An extensive camera system
- Secure locks (not unbreakable, but you're gonna have to find a way to deal with the cameras if you want to break them before someone catches you)
- Several fences, some visible, others not.
- Experienced staff with abilities
- A lockdown system
Some students who misbehave or have particularly dangerous abilities will have shackles or other measures to keep them in check, but that's not a common thing.
What this does not include is:
- Armed personnel
- An armory
The staff does not use deadly force. This is a school. This may be a research facility at its core, but most staff and students don't know this. To most, it's just a school which handles troubled children with special abilities and reforms them. The experiments happen in secret for a reason. Parents and CPS wouldn't be sending their children there if they knew what was going on.
That being said, the staff will use sedatives, tasers and things of that nature. But you really shouldn't be concerned about their physical weapons.
Remember: every staff member at Alcatraz has abilities and they will not shy away from using them to handle misbehaving students and patients.
(Not every staff member will make it known what theirs is, that and how to escape will be up to your student characters to find out.)
Now, though your post got me to address the issue h2h0e it's by no means personal nor directed at you in particular
I just wanted to clear this all up since more people seem to not realise this
I very much am, little minnow. Me and my rag-tag team of criminals. So yes, there are knives...buuuuuuuuuuuuut
There is always at least one staff member present in the kitchen during breakfast, lunch and dinner time.
Since nearly all the doors require a keycard to enter, a student/patient cannot enter the kitchen outside of breakfast/lunch/dinner time or when no staff member is inside
So stealing them will be a challenge, you up for it hehe?
