From what I understand, yes, as that's an ability. Sam can still do her pyromancy, so Quentin should still be able to do his.

I originally had it planned for Kotsu or Denton. You kinda just... Tried to pick him up though. I did tell you I have a plan for everything! I'm surprised nobody's checked any lockers either though. Some things I've scripted have gone way unused. Including the secrets.

Are you sure about that? Sam wants to shoot morgan, but Denton's with her, and he's her employer and she's bound by contract and mutual agreements. They owe each other solids is the nature of their relationship, but Sam still wants five minutes in a locked room with a crowbar and Denton strapped to a chair
