He is leader overall, although hes been talking a backseat to the mind mages since they can navigate the Sandlands better. But, in the face of supernatural monsters, reality warping mages, and cyborgs. It requires a certain type of person to be able delegate and govern them somewhat effectively. Chaotically effective.

Hes technically the weakest on the team, though.

Well....so far he....

-He led the group into a rescue mission, but it was really an execution of civilians.

-When Kotsu tried to threaten him about it all Denton did to get him to place nice for awhile was say he would kill Camille, who is another member of the team who isn't present atm. He was bluffing. It worked for awhile, though.

- Owl made an attempt to read his memory. Denton made it clear he would shoot her if she tried.

-Owl read his memory. He shot her.

- On the arc before this he led the team against a demon called Andras. They all almost died, but Denton captured it and delivered it to Maniacles. They haves plans with it.

- Quentin's memoryscape/world took them back in time. A Lord killed Quentin's father and tried to harness the demon inside Quentin. Denton cut a deal with the Lord. Everyone wanted to kill the Lord. Denton thought it would be better to work with him. Now Maniacles has foothold in the dream world and access to more men. It however resulted in Quentin's father dying in part thanks to Spoiled Bread . Anyway Quentin unleashed his demon due to the stress, but it all worked out.
