Fantasy After the Gods

Haruka nodded at Phenex. "I never said you looked weird," she said. She glanced at Teddy who was dancing again. She would have to surprise him later, and hopefully, Rin would come out...she just needed Teddy in the exact situation she thought of...though, it would be a bit hard...

Phenex looked at teddy who seemed to be super happy about something but he did not ask, in his hand was coffee and some donuts he bought for all of them, Teddy stopped doing his jig and grabbed himself a Doughnut and slowly chewing at it happily Phenex looked at haru and setsu "If you want rin out so bad you have to hug him or find another way, But hugging him always works...." he says

Haruka sighed. She was going to surprise tackle him later, but it seemed like she had to do it now. So, she leaped soundlessly into the air and wrapped her arms around Teddy's waist, hoping this was enough of a surprise itself.

 

[BlackJack]

"HEY WHAts the big Idea....." Haru was not in the hands of teddy anymore, it was rin now he pulled off the hood and pulled down the mask a big scar on both sides of his lips which made him look weird, haru seemed to be still hugging him and Rin hugged back, Rin was crying the words echoed in the air 'hes a big whimp' But the last thing Rin remembered other then faint memories of what Teddy did was the death of his parents

Haruka flinched at Teddy's tone, but listened to it soften into another voice. She felt the male hug her in return. "Uhm," she started, "are you okay?"

Phenex grabbed Rin and pulled him off Haru "Rins sad, the last thing he saw was the death of his family so he is using you as comfort, hes sad haru" Rins was still crying, he sat down and curled into a ball, Phenex was standing watching him, sadly Phenex had no clue what to do either

Haruka felt Rin's being pulled from her. "It's fine if he uses me as comfort," she said, making her way to Rin and sitting beside him. Even though she wouldn't admit it, the sadness of others always got to her, and no matter what kind of person they were, she felt a very strong urge to help them, which was another downfall of her character since it applied to 'evil' people as well. This is another reason why she continued to bug Phenex before; he was giving off such a sad aura, and he had even explained his story.

Phenex shrugged "You said you are not one for love but you sure are being nice to him.....Phenex grunts as Rin hugged her still crying he seemingly did not want to talk, all he wanted to do was cry, he was sad after all of it happened....when his parents died, haru could bring teddy back at any moment if she wanted all you had to do was say his name

Haruka looked up at Phenex. "I'm not," she stated. "Is this love? I thought love was something else....the books said this was a form of cheering someone up...or something." She was about to admit something she didn't want to, but luckily, she caught herself in time. "Is there a way to bring his other half back? Do I hug again, or do something else?"

"You dont like me do you....No one likes rin...they all like Teddy.....Im weak and pathetic....." Mumbles rin buried in her shoulder, Phenex rubbed his arm a bit confused at the new kid, he seemed to be pretty sad "Its just you are helping him get through things and to him he probably really likes you for that..." Phenex says to Haru

(mostly borrowing the laptop at night since shes sleeping next door, she gets it on her way to classes. So what do you need from me, who is in full rage mode.)

Haruka mumbled an apology, patting Rin's back. "I never said that," she says softly. "And I like you both. You're both my friends." She didn't know what else to say. "I'll be here until you're better, okay?"


"Well, it's nice to know someone likes me," Haruka mumbled. "Everyone usually stays clear." She cleared her throat a bit. "In any case," she said to Phenex, "I'd like to help you with your case, too...though, you said you needed a God...."

 

[Jofune Tsurabisu]

Misafune rages, chain clad. He is looking for enemies to fight, since his juice was digitized. But hearing the girl volunteer herself for some twisted plot made him angry. "What freakin gods are there? you all talk like they just dance around here like its their private stage, and were supposed to let them be? No, there are no gods here, they are all in some chapel counting their flock and fleecing the gullible. This is all too crazy. Demon, gods and angels, as if somehow its all real, and were cattle. Pssh, you all need your heads examined." he raged.

"Not anymore, Teddy really helped me out before you guys came....I know my sisters gone and I accept it, it was her own dumb fault anyway..." Phenex says his tough guy side kicking in finnaly as he hands haru a donut and sighs "But your like family to me to so I swear if anyone touches any of you ill destroy them..." Phenex says patting harus head as he sat down watching the two, rin continued to hold haru, his sobs began to slowly and slowly dismiss "Your lying....everyone lies to me....Teddy is way cooler....everyone knows that..." Rin says backing away from her showing his true face, it was scarred especially the massive cuts at each end of his lips, it made him look like the joker

Haruka flinched at Misa's tone. She had never heard anything so hostile...


"Thank you," she said, taking the donut from Phenex. "I'm glad that I have a family like you, too; Setsu has been kind as well, and Misa has been a gentleman, though I think something snapped him..."


Haruka looked at Rin, listening to his words. She held his face so that he couldn't turn away. "Look into my eyes and tell me I'm lying," she said sternly, though her voice held a background of gentleness. "I can't say that I've been what you've been through, but I can say that I think of you as a friend. Both of you." Haruka softened her gaze, hoping she didn't scare Rin. But such talk made her heart ache, especially when someone was suffering, and she couldn't just do nothing about it. She closed her eyes for a moment to gather herself, thinking about what happened with Rin and Teddy.

Rin was surprised when she made him look into her eyes, he found her to be very cute....but no one liked him and he knew it...he knew he would never get far...Teddy was always better with these things...she would never like him, Rin hugged her again and began to slightly cry. Phenex watched the couple and tried to ignore misa who was flipping out, however misa just saw Phenex change from a human to a demon so it was real.....it had to be "Im glad to just have family again" phenex says Rin still letting out all the emotions he bottled up for 4 years, where was setsu...Phenex looked at her and sighed "If you actually want him to stop say his full gamer name and Teddy will come back or if rin uses too much of his power...." Phenex says

Haruka awkwardly pat his head, not knowing why else to do...the books could never prepare her for a situation like this. She looked to Phenex. "I won't," she said. "Rin had this bottled up inside him...it's not healthy, and no one deserves be alone in such a state, and of course, be forced away. He should leave when he wants to." She looked at Rin, then back at Phenex. "Family members are there for one another, right?"

 

[BlackJack]

"Guess so but im sure Teddy will take over but it will not matter really....Rin can come back whenever if he truley wants to or we can force him back" Phenex says laying back and watching setsu who seemed to just be there then looked back at haru "Wheres that angel of yours that follows you everywhere, I have yet to see her?" Phenex questions Rin still crying hugging haru, he liked her, he liked her warmth, reminded him of home...

"She went to talk to Tony...but I can't see her anywhere...." Haruka looked around before sighing. "She usually disappears like that...I just hope she didn't get into trouble...."

(and... I'm too late. @Jofune Tsurabisu, where have you been? (don't answer that) I've been trying to continue the part with Hitokumi going after Misafune. Though, I'm guessing it's a bit too late now... The one day I choose to sleep in as well...)
