Fandom A World Apart (Massive Crossover)

Seven nodded, then turned. "Let's go scope out the castle then," she said. She wasn't sure how to go about this: Kaneki at the very least looked to her at a leader, which was something she had no experience with. She took a breath and started walking.

James woke up outside. He frantically tried to stand and look around, not realizing one of his ankles was torn up incredibly bad. He collapsed back down, cursing between deep, shallow breaths. Flinging his pack over his shoulder where it landed between his legs, he pulled out a stimpack and injected it directly into his ankle, before discarding the now empty syringe.

Scorpion touched the sand. Although he didn't show it, He enjoyed the hot temperature. Being from the Netherrealm, of course. Alex looked up and calmed down a little. He got up and mumbled "Thanks...."

Meanwhile, a bit closer to the castle, a very unusual figure had just pulled himself out of the ground and stretched his arms. "Man, that was a tight fit!" Wakko said to himself, "I don't know how Bugs does it! All that burrowing left me stiff as a board!"

He did a couple of stretches to limber himself up, then took a look around at his surroundings. "Huh. Agrabah? I didn't expect to be sent into Disney territory right off the bat. I wonder how quickly I'll be slapped with a C&D just for being here."

Not having anything else to do, Wakko began wandering towards the castle. "I just hope the food's decent. Scratch that; I just hope there's food!"

His leg now fully healed, he stood up and looked around at his surroundings. He saw many things but the one that caught his eye was scorpion. He drew his laser pistol and approached him slowly, careful but optimistic.

Loki nodded at Seven's suggestion to check out the castle. "Yes, we should probably break out the boy first, then find the genie. Normally I could just teleport in and back out, but as it is it seems this Storyteller has added abilities to the dungeon walls: Teleportation blockers." He said with an irritated sigh. Loki turned promptly and headed towards the castle to find a weak point in the walls with the others.

Castle followed along, and wondered if perhaps the humans with them could do anything to counteract whatever it was that the Storyteller had done.

Amaryllis, too, walked with Loki and the others, though she did keep stopping at stores and looking at all of the pretty things before running to catch up with the group, then getting distracted again.

Dash, Blitz, Scorpion, and Alex walked along with them. Except for Dash and Blitz, they were flying. "Race?" Asked Blitz. "Yeah!" Dash answered, and they started flying at mach 9 towards the castle.

Wakko peered up at the Sultan's Castle while standing in front of the front gate. "Is it me, or does this place look less whimsical than it usually does?" he asked himself.

He shrugged. "Well, maybe it just needs someone to fix up the place. Good thing my sibs and I helped out that Michelangelo guy with the Sistine Chapel. That's a good reference if I ever heard of one."

He then nipped into a convenient alleyway, and pulled out his Gaggy Bag. "I just need the right clothing for the job."

The guards looked at the weird little man dressed in overalls and a rolled up shirt, with a large mustache covering most of his lower face. Weirdly, they did not notice the fur, or the tail, or even the floppy ears. Regardless, they moved to bar his way into the castle. "No visitors without express invitation from His Majesty!" they barked.

The man grinned and hefted his brown bag "Suits me, gentlemen. I was hired by His Majesty to help with some renovations around the castle, which clearly means that I have his permission to enter."

One of the guards squinted suspiciously at the man. "Do you have any proof of this?"

"Look, fellas. To falsely claim the support of the Sultan with the intent of entering his very home is a crime worthy of imprisonment at the very least, yes?"

"Correct."

"Well, gentlemen, I am but an humble carpenter. To be imprisoned could lead to my losing my livelihood, and reduce me to begging, or becoming a dishonorable thief. Therefore, it stands to reason that I would not do anything that would risk being imprisoned.

"As such, it would make no sense for me to claim having the Sultan's support unless I actually did have his support, since to do otherwise would land me in jail, which I have no reason to do."

The two guards looked at each other. "You know, he has a point," one of them said. "To falsely claim the support of the Sultan is nothing short of insanity."

The guards then turned to the man. "Very well. You may enter."

The man bowed. "My thanks, gentlemen."

As soon as Wakko was within the castle walls, and out of sight of the guards, he took off his false mustache, and ate it. "Well, that was easy," he said to himself. "Now, let's have a look around; see what needs renovating."

Seven paused as they got nearer to the castle. "How do we get in, though?" She wondered quietly. "I mean, aside from fighting through everything, which sounds like a not-so-great-idea to me."

Kaneki pondered on the ideas. ''We could climb the walls. Sneak past the guards. Or even fight the guards'' he said as he remembered his attack on the CCG supermax prison back in Tokyo. This was similar, however with arabian soldiers instead of angry ghoul hunters, and a palace in place of a prison. ''Or you could do your ''magic'' drawing thing if you could get it to work'' he said as he turned towards the humans. ''I saw you earlier, and it seems like powerful crap, that you can do, so I suggest trying it''

Rain nodded in approval.

He approached the group with his rifle drawn. "Excuse me? Where the hell am I?" He said, not aiming his gun, but keeping it at the ready to avoid a fight.

Wakko was wandering through the halls of Agrabah, occasionally marking certain spots with an "X" by means of a large pencil, and occasionally making notes on a notepad. The guards, surprisingly, were leaving him alone for the most part. Probably because he was acting all official-like, and like someone who knew what he was doing. It certainly helped that they were working under the assumption that the only people actually within the walls were the ones that were supposed to be there.

"Let's see..." he mused to himself, as he walked down a random hallway. "We'll need to take out that wall to install the kiddie pool... Those pillars would block the new stairwell to the 3rd floor; have to do something about those... Man, who designed this place, Perry Coma? The design's one big snoozefest! Not even a miniature train in sight!"

That was when he came across the locked door in a rather abandoned section of the castle. "Huh. Maybe I can install it in here?"

It was no hard feat to break the door down with a swing of his mallet, and Wakko found himself looking down a long flight of stone steps that were illuminated by the occasional torch. "Coooool."

Without further ado, he grabbed one of the torches, and began walking down the steps. After all, who was he to ignore such an obvious plot hook?

(Ah, yes. Leaning on the fourth wall.)

Cole turned sharply toward the man with the gun and held up one hand. "We aren't dangerous," he insisted. "My name is Cole. We're here to free the prince of this place and set it right."

Seven and Jack turned as well, watching the exchange. Jack looked ready to intervene if necessary.

He slowly lowered his weapon. "You didn't answer me. Where the hell is this and how did I get here?"

"This is Agrabah," Jack cut in. "You probably got dropped here by Loki's spell-thing. Bad luck if you ask me." He looked around, scowling.

He rubbed his eyes. "So you mean... A different dimension? How do I get back? Does this Loki thing send people back and forth?"

Kaneki sighed in frustration as he looked at the man. ''Loki isn't a thing. He is a magician. You alongside, many of us, have been chosen to save our worlds ,from someone who wants to destroy them'' he said as he got closer. ''Want to know how to get back home? Help us....If you want a home to go back to'' @Reaper

He wasn't sure why, but he trusted them. "Help you what? Wander around?" It didn't look like they were on important business to him.

Kaneki tilted his head in annoyance. The guy was asking too many questions, but he was entitled to an explanation. ''We actually are hatching a plan to bust a guy named Alladin, out of this craphole'' he said motioning towards the castle. ''It may not look like much, but it is heavily guarded, and we have reason to believe something worse is going on in there. So'' he said tying his shoe..'' we could really use anyone we can get''

Standing up, Rain exited the back of the group, and headed for the man. ''First things first'' he said starting. ''Who are you and where do you come from?'' the waterbender ninja asked him. @Reaper

"My name is James Neeson, and I'm from a vault. Who are all of you? And if you're breaking someone out, what's the gameplan?"

''I'm Rain'' the ninja said shaking his hand. ''The white hair silent guy you were talking with is Kaneki, and others around here are probably going to introduce themselves'' he said. ''And we kinda have no gameplan yet. We are still deciding if we're going to sneak in and silence the guards, or if we are going to take a direct approach... Any ideas how to enter?'' @Reaper

A layer of snow suddenly spread out under them and Jack landed, walking overbto the no man. "Jack Frost," he said. He then turned to look at Seven, who jumped slightly.

"...Oh. My name's Seven," she replied semi-reluctantly. She then looked around for Cole, who was still beside Amaryllis. "That's Cole."

Behind the group there was the sound of armor clinking together, and a loud thud as a newcomer was teleported to the desert town. Under his horned helmet, his hair was messy and dirty, but still bright blonde, and his eyes were a light shade of blue. His kind weren't made for this weather

"Ugh... By the Gods... what is this place and why is it so hot?" The man asked, groaning as he stood up, a now empty bottle of Black-Briar Mead in his hand.

"Damn... I payed good coin for that mead..."

He then noticed all the strange looking people standing before him, and drew his sword, pointing it at jack, the closest to him.

"Boy!" he shouted "Tell me where I am and who you are! If this is another Daedric trick, I want none of it! I've had my fill of talking dogs and magic staves!"

Jack turned to the tower of a man, looking a touch surprises. "Calm down, man. You're in Agrabah. Loki probably brought you here."

He shot the newcomers sword with his rifle, probably moving it from being pointed at Jack, before aiming at his head. "Stand down, lief Ericsson. I don't understand how the hell I got here either, but it wasn't us that did it."
