Realistic or Modern A Touch Of Color (Redo)

Asher frowned before walking closer to her "Can you walk on it? I have a first aid kit in my bag" he said as he put his arms around her shoulders to support her and blushed a little, His last ex was constantly getting hurt so he started carrying the first aid kit and just sorta forgot to take it out "I'm Asher, by the way" he said awkwardly as he pushed his hair behind his ear that was getting blown by the breeze

Simon looked back over at him. No one had said that before. He blushed and chuckled. "I-I like you too.." He said, smiling awkwardly. This could be the one... It had to be...
 
Having her cheeks turn a slight red, Dani push herself away from him, "I'm okay." With her head dropping down to the water and along with her foot since, she no longer had any support. She didn't want him to see her blushing, why was she blushing? He was just being kind? Stumbling a little bit, her foot was in excruciating pain, her arms fell right back onto him. "Okay, maybe I do need help," She whimpered. With his help, they were able to make it to the surface. Where she slowly made her way down to sit in the sand. Examining the foot, she asked, "Are you sure you are going to able to doctored it up?" Looking up she gave slight smile, "Asher? That sounds pretty. My name is Dani, I know weird right? My parents thought I was going to be boy, so they gave me a boys name." Laughing at the memory, made her forget about the throbbing of her foot.

Asher noticed her blush and grinned a bit but helped her up to shore and to sit down, he sat beside her taking a look at her foot, it was pretty bad but nothing he couldn't handle "Yeah I think so" he said as he reached into his messenger bag and pulled out a pretty impressive looking first aid kit "My uh- er, a friend of mine used to get hurt all the time, I'm used to it. Dani? Meh It's not that boyish, Could just assume its short for Danielle or something" he said with a shrug as he got a bottle of water and rinsed the sand off the wound

Grimacing when he rinsed off the wound. Dani watched him clean the wound flabbergasted. Never before has she, been treated like this by a guy, of all people. She smiled, raising her eyebrows. "You must of really like this friend, if you carried a first aid kit everywhere with you for them." It would be a little bit of a shame, if she did find out, that he had a significant other.

Asher glanced up at her with a small grin "Ex boyfriend, actually" he said, implying he was gay even though technically he was not, He got some disinfectant wipes out and began dabbing it lightly "This is going to sting like hell" he said as he dabbed deeper into the wound "But dirty sea water, it could get infected" he added
 
When Simon said that, Amakai thought he indeed saw a color out of the corner of his eye. He glanced over, but it was gone. He looked back at Simon, he posed the question:


"Do you see any color?"





Tobi was fishing off the pier when he saw down below a girl getting a nasty cut treated and decided to see if they needed any help. He reeled in his hook and left his equipment where he had been fishing and headed down to the beach. As he approached them, he pulled out a notepad and pencil, writing something. When getting to the two, he made eye contact with Asher and showed the note:


"Is everything okay over here? Do you need any help?"
 
Her face softened when, hearing the words ex boyfriend.


I really know how to pick them.


"Well thank you for helping me," giving a little smile, "Especially since I did get you all wet." Her smile faded away when Dani felt the sting of the disinfectant. Pulling back from him, was an instant reaction. "Sorry," she told him while putting her foot back into his hand. Looking up she notice a boy with a paper held up to them. She couldn't really read it since it was angled more to Asher.
 
Asher shrugged "Why wouldn't I help you? I don't want to be eaten by a shark from you bleeding all over the ocean" he teased before looking up at the boy and to his piece of paper, Unsure how to respond as he wasn't sure if he was mute or deaf or both, He just nodded with a small smile "She cut her foot on a rock" he said, hoping he could hear him

Amakai smiled as colors began to show for the both of them. Their happiness was interrupted by the waitress clearing her throat beside them. She wasn't angry though. She was smiling. The two ordered, and Amakai heard the waitress as she walked away.


"Cute young 'uns. Findin' each other. Wish Hank was here to see it."


There was a bit of sadness in her voice.





Tobi knelt beside Asher and wrote:


"How can I help?"
 
Simon's eyes sparkled as he saw the color splash throughout the world around him. He smiled a little. He finally found them... He grinned a little in excitement.
 
Amakai looked back and saw the grin on Simon's face. Suddenly, he wanted to kiss him. As the two made eye contact, he leaned in to do so.

Sammi saw this and kissed back. He blushed lightly, feeling a slight sensation. This is the first time he gained something in return while doing this. He was as happy as he could ever be and perhaps hoped it would last.
 
When they finally backed out of the kiss, Amakai was blushing. Bad. But when he opened his eyes, he saw the pink on Simon's cheeks and the color of his eyes, and wasn't blushing anymore. He smiled brightly.
 
Simon looked over at him. "What are you- Oh it's my eyes isn't it." He quietly pushed his bangs back over his eyes with a nervous blush. They were two colors. One green and one blue. He was born like this and his parents pointed it out. He felt nervous they looked bad and grew his bangs over them.

"Don't cover them. They're really cool. I always liked the idea of both colors. Please don't cover them?"


Amakai took one of Simon's hand in this.
 
"Well, I don't know..." He said quietly. He pushed his bangs to the side and looked down sheepishly.
 
Amakai let go of Simon's hand and lifted his face with it to give him a reassuring smile.


"Trust me."


Then, they were interrupted by their food arriving.
 
Simon smiled and looked down at his food, gazing at the colors. "This makes food like 500% better." He said happily as he stuffed his face.
 
Laughing at his joke, Dani felt a little better about being nuisance. She also was quite curious what the other boy problem was. Listening to what Asher told him, she figured his note was about what happened with her.Taking her messy bun down, she took hand combed through her messy caramel curls. "Well I don't know how I am going to repay you for your help," she stated, she hated getting help from others.

Asher began wrapping her foot with a bandage "I think we're good actually but thank you" he said as he looked up, noticing how attractive the boy was caused him to blush a little, Then back to Dani "You don't have to repay me" he said as he closed the kit up and put it back in his bag, taking his hair out only to put it back up tighter so the strands weren't blowing in his face "Long hair problems" he muttered
