Yu-Gi-Oh - OCxOC

Acacia looked at the Fiend of Flora and smiled lightly. "She's five dollars, and I'm surprised that no one else has even bought it yet." The red head only took the card out and waited to see if she should ring it up.

(It's fine!)

"Here's five dollars, but keep the card. It's yours, just as a thank you for the last few weeks," Jason said. The Fiend of Flora card aounded perfect for Acacia. Before Acacia could object, Jay started walkingnout of the store. "I'll see yoh at school tomorrow!"

(Time skip? I thought I'd give you this one.)

(Heh sure and thanks!)

Acacia only stood in the store and looked at Fiend of Flora. She smiled happily as she quickly shuffled the card into her deck. "See you tomorrow." The rest of the red head's day was nothing exciting as she sold a few cards to a few more people.

The next day, Acacia was waiting in front of the school like always. Vincent had been talking to her all morning when he noticed the new card in her deck. The red head could already tell it might be a bad day. "Vin, it's fine!"

Jay arrived at school in the morning and spotted Acacia with Vincent. She seemed annoyed or angry. Jay decided it better to avoid that situation for now. He decided to just give a smile and wave to Acacia, before looking at the two cards he bought the previous day.

Acacia only waved at Jay as she put a smile on her face. However, Vincent looked mad beyond words. His face read pure unadulterated anger as he started to walk over to the before Acacia pulled him back.

"No, Vin."

Jay was feeling rather proud of his deck for some reason. Between Dark Magician of Chaos, Light and Dark Dragon, and REDMD, how could he possibly lose to Vincent today?

Jay approached Acacia and Vincent. He knew Vincent was angry already. This had to end in a duel, right?

"Hey, Acacia!"

Acacia smiled lightly as she looked at Jay. She looked down as she held on tighter to Vincent. "Hey, Jay!" The red head couldn't help but frown when she saw Vincent's tight clenched fists.

Vincent growled as he looked at the brunette. "You piece of trash." Acacia's hand soon covered her cousin's mouth. A look of anger further etched itself onto the teen's features.

Jay heard Vincent's comment, but decided to act like he didn't. Instead, Jay ignored Vincent, acting like Acacia wasn't even near him. Jay had a good idea about what he was angry about.

"So, how's that new card?"

Acacia smiled and laughed a bit. "It works really good!" The red head smiled as she spoke to Jay before Vincent did something disgusting. He licked the palm of Acacia's hand. "OH MY GOD!" She instantly removed her hand away.

"I swear, I will make you pay Wright!" Vincent growled deeply as he threw a punch at Jay.

Jay wasn't ready for a swing. This was the first time Vincent had resorted to violence. WhileJay wwasn't scared nor ready, he'd never been in a fist fight before. He did however, manage to duck the first punch and roll away before a kick could reach him. Fighting was already a suspension. Throwing a punch or a kick would probably be an expulsion.

"Sorry sir," Jay said mockingly, "but I'm still not sure what I did." As soon as Jay said that, Derek came barreling through and tackled Vincent.

"Hawthorne, you can't get expelled man, get it together. Just have a duel or something next time!" Apparently Derek wasn't a complete idiot. He also was sacred to fight at school. Good to know.

"I don't care! I want to beat his face in!" Vincent was really off the deep in as Acacia only watched him sadly. A frown on her face as she only started to walk inside the school alone. She really didn't want to deal with this right now.

Vincent tried to get out from under Derek. His face read complete rage as he clawed at the ground trying to get any sort of leverage he could. "Derek get off of me!"

Jay gave Vincent a small smirk before going inside of the school. It was funny, watching him squirm under the great mass that was Derek. Didn't exactly seem pleasant.

(I'm puting up for the night. Time skip to an after school duek tomorrow? Vin-Jay)

(Alright!)

Vincent was calmer than he was yesterday. A small bruise was visible on his cheek from where he had hit the ground, and dirt was still stuck underneath his nails. Vincent's eyes had never looked colder as he waited for Jay outside of the school.

The taller had already sent Acacia home as he shuffled his deck slowly. Vincent's face didn't show any emotion as he waited patiently.

Jay left the school a little late because a teacher stopped and scolded him for not putting his name on a paper. He didn't really care, but he just left late.

Jay exited the building and saw the kid right away. There was no way you could miss the guy. Bruise on the cheek, stone cold expression. Vincent was clearly waiting on someone. Jay had a good idea of who.

"Before you go swinging this time, how about we duel," Jay said calmly.

Vincent turned and nodded at Jay. His duel disc was already on as he placed his deck in it and got ready. "Fine by me." Vincent's voice was cold as he drew his cards out. "I thought you might appreciate the new deck I'm using this time around."

The teen's smile was rather creepy as he waited for Jay to get with the program and get his gear on.

Jason yanked his somewhat new duel disc out of his bag and placed his deck in it. He gave Vincent a smile and calmly said, "I have a few new tricks of my own."

"I'm feeling nice today, why don't you go first?"

(Who do you think should win this one?)

Vincent didn't smile as he just drew his first card. Right now, he had two monsters, a spell, and three trap cards. Looking straight at Jay, Vincent summoned his first monster.

"I summon to the field, Bird of Roses." The large green bird came out onto the field as Vincent placed two cards down. "Now, I'll place two cards face down and end my turn." One was Mystical Space Typhoon and Bottomless Trap Hole.

"If you haven't already figured this out, Wright, I'm using Acacia's deck. Flora Destruction." Vincent smiled as he said his cousin's deck name.

(Vincent since he's trying to get a point across.)

(Alright. Yaya for character development! )

Jay jnew what Vincent was doing as soon as he layed down the first card. It was clearly Acacia's deck. A tough deck at that.

Jay analyzed what he knew about Acacia's deck, but he couldn't really think straight. So, he went with thefirst thing that came to mind.

Jay had three monsters, a spell, and two traps.

"I lay down a facedown and summon Luster Dragon to the field!"

Vincent didn't look impressed as he spoke up. "I activate my trap, Bottomless Trap Hole." The black haired boy only smirked as he looked at Jay. "Say good bye to Luster Dragon."

Jay winced, as he internally felt the pain of the attack. Luster Dragon was one of his steongest monsters. All he had now was his Dust Tornado on the field.

"I end my turn."

"My turn." Vincent drew his next card as he looked at Jay with unsympathetic eyes as he showed him one card. "I summon to the field Botanical Lion." The flower monster soon came out with a roar as it stared at Jay.

"And thanks to his special ability and Bird Of Roses being on the field, Botanical Lion has 2200 attack points." Vincent gave a smile as he stared into the teen. "You lose, Botanical Lion and Bird Of Roses attack you directly."

Jay's draw dropped. He lost. In two moves. Two. He got creamed. Even though nobody was watching, he was humiliated. It was a terrible feeling. One he just couldn't get over. He stood stil for a second, speachless.

Vincent only took his duel disc off as he walked over to Jay. Hie blue eyes were hard as he just looked at him for a moment. "You feel that?" Vincent asked with mock pity in voice. "That's the feeling of humiliation. It's a shameful thing that digs into you being and tears you to shreds."

The taller only shuffled Acacia's deck once more before placing it back into its rightful place. "You lost, and what are you going to do now?"

Jay wasn't goig to let Vincent get the better of him. Not one bit. Losing never bothered him before, why start now? Jay took his deck out of his duel disc and raised his head back up.

"You know, humiliation isn't terrible. In fact, I think it's great. I think it shows your true colors. Everyone knows your's, their terrible. Something I despise. If you want to know what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna go home and do what I always do. I've lost a lot before, this time is no different." Jay looked Vincent straight in his eyes as he said this, with a gleam of confidence. He said every single word and walked away, sad that nobody was there to hear it, yet still glad. It was hard to explain.

"You assume someone's colors only shows your misguided ones." Vincent sighed as he started to walk back to his own apartment. Now he would have to deal with Acacia freaking out as to where her cards went. Nothing a few cards and doing the chores for a week wouldn't solve.

(Time skip to the next day?)
